• Franck (8/5): - Emplacement géographique ( proche de la gare et centre ville) Petit déjeuner, les premiers les mieux servis !! La télé ne fonctionnait pas , endroit bruyant, marché juste en dessous des fenêtres.

Tener en cuenta que está localizado dentro de la zona del mercado de un barrio árabe. El desayuno un poco escaso, tardaron en atenernos para el check in porque estaban ausentes.

• Rahimian Mojgan (6/5): lage war sehr gut 5 minuten entfernt mit HBH betten schlescht insgesamt 5 von 10 skala für ein nac - Grosse des Zimmer und Höhen Deke war das einzige mir gefallen hat .Frühstuck war Okay . Den Matratzen waren sehr Alt SEHR UNBEQUEM 👎 UND KISSEN WAREN DISASTER 👎 HOTEL EINGANG DURCH EIN GEMÜSE LADEN 👎

• Rudolf (3/5): Es war heruntergekommen - freundliches Personal der Zustand des Zimmers. Es waren noch dreckige Socken im Bad und an der Badezimmertüre klebte der Dreck. Die Armatur im Bad war nicht festgeschraubt .

• Nicole (5/5): - Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß, die Betten waren ok. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof war praktisch. Leider funktioniert die Toilettenspülung (im Zimmer 106) nicht, so dass wir mit dem Papierkorb nachspülen mussten. Für 80 Euro die Nacht erwarte ich schon die Standardfunktionalität. Das Ambiente beim Frühstück war nicht mein Geschmack. Etwas kalte Atmosphäre, wir hatten keine Lust, uns dort länger aufzuhalten. aber das ist wohl auch so gewünscht. Ich würde dort nicht mehr übernachten.

• Joyce (1/5): Very bad - The hotel is inside a market. It looks old, and although it's in the city center, the location is terrible. It's on a street with a market, a horrible place. I didn't stay there. I would have preferred to pay for another hotel, and the price was exorbitant for such a bad area. Just saying: don't stay at that hotel.

• David (1/5): - --- Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, mein Name ist David. Ich bin gehörlos und kommuniziere über die Deutsche Gebärdensprache. Leider muss ich mich mit einer Beschwerde an Sie wenden, da mein Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel nicht zufriedenstellend war. Trotz bereits erfolgter Hinweise haben sich die folgenden Probleme nicht verbessert: In der Badewanne fehlte der Duschkopf bzw. der Wasserdruck war nicht ausreichend. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht ordnungsgemäß. Der Boden war staubig und verschmutzt. Die Bettwäsche war schmutzig und wurde nicht frisch gewaschen. Es befanden sich deutliche Kalkablagerungen an WC, Spiegel, Badewanne und Waschbecken. Auch die Fernbedienung war verschmutzt. Aufgrund dieser Mängel entsprach der Zustand des Zimmers nicht dem erwarteten Standard. Daher bitte ich Sie höflich um eine Rückerstattung von 40 % des Übernachtungspreises. Es tut mir leid, diese Beschwerden vorbringen zu müssen, und ich danke Ihnen für Ihre Zeit, Mühe und Ihr Verständnis. Ich hoffe auf eine faire Lösung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen David Stehr

• Michael (1/5): Schmutzige und runtergekommene Unterkunft mit Schädlingsbefall und einfachstem Frühstück. - Nichts! Lage im Hinterhof neben einem Gemüsehändler. Hinweis von der Rezeption: "Man darf die Fenster nicht öffnen, sonst kommen die Viecher rein." ... Kakerlaken waren aber schon da. Schmutzig, runtergekommen. Brot mit Käse zum Frühstück, sehr einfach und "überschaubar".

Asciugamani body troppo piccoli Doccia che spruzza acqua fuori dal box TV inutile non sono riuscito a farla funzionare. Cuscino letto scomodo. Ho dormito con il cuscino del divano. Lenzuolo di sotto senza molle ogni mattina mi svegliavo con il lenzuolo per terra.

• Joco (10/5): Keleti kényelem München szívében - A recepciós hölgy kedvességét és rugalmasságát nagyra értékelem. 🙂 Továbbá a reggeli minősége és mennyisége is kifogástalan volt. A szoba felszereltsége és kényelme rendkívüli volt és a tisztaság pedig kifogástalan. Minden igénynek megfelelő a hotel elhelyezkedése is. Pedig elsőre kicsit meglepődtem, hogy egy szupermarket udvarában van a hotel bejárata. 🙂 Nem találtam kivetnivalót semmiben sem. Csak az időjárás lehetett volna jobb.

The location is bad because of the proximity to the bazaar and in general I do not recommend this area because of the settlement of foreign citizens there

• Don (1/5): Bad - The shower was OK You have to cross through a packed open market to get to the entrance of the hotel. It’s very crowded and there’s cars in the small Market area. You also have to walk around the bumpers at cars to get into the hotel. I return to the hotel around 11:30 p.m. and there is no staff present in the check-in in area was locked. The front door to the hotel was unlocked. So anybody could come and go during the night. Also, the price was very high compared to other hotels that were a lot cheaper and a lot nicer. I did not figure this out until after I had already booked and paid. If you’re looking for a place close to the train station, that’s good but that’s about all It’s good. The pictures I have uploaded were at about 7 o’clock on Sunday morning when the market was closed down. It does not show you how busy that market was going into the hotel.

Neighborhood, maintenance, tv not working but that's all fine except the Receptionist (morning) needs to learn how to be nice to the guests like for example sharing back the good morning smile...
• Usama (4/5): Disappointing - The location is very good. The AC in the room is not working during our whole stay and the weather is very hot.
• Thaeer (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel is perfectly located, with restaurants, shops, and the old town all within a short walking distance. Additionally, the staff are lovely and helpful. The entrance to the hotel is unusual, as you have to cross a market to reach it. During our stay, the AC was not working despite the hot weather, so we were provided with a standing fan. Additionally, the safe was broken and could only be locked with a key. The breakfast offered was basic and nothing special.

• Bilal (7/5): Good Stay option for only a day not more! - location is really perfect ! at the center of HBF you can see places around like restaurants and stuff quite easy . super markets small ones are also closer. room was big enought then my expectations tbh. bathroom was also good I just didn't like the overhead that came along with the room so I think first of all the breakfast was not ready to admit my expectations very very limited breakfast it was a cheap breakfast and other enjoy it at all it was really something that one would need just instantly but nothing to fill your stomach with healthy food I think the optional are very very less and I was like wasn't expecting this much low level breakfast where there's not a dedicated place for more guests to accommodate and it was absolutely no way allocation where you can still breakfast
