• Marcellus (8/5): - The owner is wonderful. Drove us to the airport to drop off the car, took us to a restaurant and picked us up later. The room was nice and had a spacious bathroom. The only reason I took off a start is because the room smelled terribly like cigarette smoke (Italians like to smoke). The staff offered air freshening spray, but it didn't help much. There were no other rooms available to switch to.

• Lautaro Martin (1/5): Pésimo servicio - Lo unico bueno que tenia era el parking Pésima atención, a la hora de hacer el check in nos querían volver a cobrar la estancia negándose a que ya la habiamos pagado por booking, luego se dejaron los dni hasta el otro dia por que así le era mas cómodo para el rellenar los datos que no lo hizo por que por la mañana tuvimos que esperarlo, la habitación con un olor a tabaco inaguantable siendo que no fumamos y no tenia ventana para ventilar, el baño no le funcionaba el agua caliente para nada y cuando fuimos a pedir que nos cambie nos dijo que al haber gente usándola no se podía que nos duchemos asi, el desayuno bajamos a las 7:45(15 minutos mas tarde que abrieran) y no reponían ningún producto ni había personal para pedirle un cafe. En definitiva pésimo hotel y atención
• Michelle (5/5): Das Hotel lag 10 min vom Flughafen aber nichts in der Gegend etwas abgelegen um zu Fuss zu gehen! - Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und nett Das Zimmer was ich gebucht habe war ein Geruch nach Kanalisation , und wechselte das Zimmer. Fenster war an der Decke ! Morgens kein Kaffee ( Maschine kaputt)

But the staff were all nice and were very accommodating. The room was nice and clean but we could not get hot water on our first night.

Elke hoek die ik zag, vertoonde gebreken. Zelfs de meest simpele dingen leken op instorten te staan. Hoewel het personeel zijn best deed, is de algehele staat van het gebouw onacceptabel voor een hotel, laat staan een met 3 sterren." ​Over de hygiëne wil ik nog een punt maken: die was ronduit schokkend. De kamers waren vies, met stof en vuil in alle hoeken, en de badkamer was onacceptabel. Het gaf een erg onprettig en onhygiënisch gevoel."

• Ritu (1/5): Not good, cigarette smell - Nothing, is old and smelly The room was advertised as a double bed which had two different single mattresses, one of which was completely broken, the room has a massive stench of cigarettes, more of a motel to go make your love necessities than a hotel to stay a night

We loved everything about our experience—very friendly and helpful staff, and our room was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The price-quality ratio was excellent, and we appreciated that breakfast was included. While it wasn’t a full breakfast, it was perfect for grabbing a quick tea or coffee before heading out. Overall, a fantastic stay!
• Gerald (6/5): Close to the airport, very helpful staff but not an experience to remember - Location is great. The price was good value given proximity to the airport. We could smell that smokers had been in the room. The walls were thin and we could hear a lot of noise from other guests. The shower took a long time to warm up.

• Ishan (7/5): Basic but comfortable hotel. Not a great location although it is close to the airport. - Despite the negative location, it is recently close to the airport and the parking is free. The rooms are clean and comfortable. No complaints there. The breakfast is continental style basic. The hotel is in the middle of a quite desolate looking industrial estate. It is difficult to find and looks like a house with a secure car park. There is rubbish all around on the main road which is not very inviting. There is no nearby public amenities.
