Tavoletta del water rotta, vista camera terrificante, sembrava la discarica, aria condizionata e tivù non funzionanti.

O chuveiro nao esquentava,entao ele nos mudou de predio,retornando conosco para o endereco do anuncio. Isso de nos colocar em outro hotel,diferente do anunciado nos incomodou. Tambem nao entendi porque tive que pagar mais 11Euros.
• Maira (1/5): PÉSIMO, no lo recomiendo para nada - NADA No le pongo un 0 porque no me deja booking pero fue realmente un desastre! NO TIENE NADA DE HOTEL 3 estrellas, directamente no es un hotel porque no tiene ni recepción. Tienes que enviar un WhatsApp a un número para que te vengan a abrir la puerta y darte una habitación. La habitación estaba a medio terminar sin los enchufes tapados, sin tele, sin espejo y sin una mampara para la ducha! Tuvimos que usar las toallas que nos dieron para poder secar el piso CADA VEZ QUE NOS BAÑÁBAMOS! La puerta del baño no cerraba ya que estaba hinchada de tanta agua y para prender la luz había que darle golpes al interruptor hasta que se quede prendida. Tampoco había cortinas, ni hablar de la cafetera y secador de pelo que te ofrecen a hacer la reserva que no estaban a disposición NUNCA Para colmo la mujer que “limpia” cada vez que no vio nos pidió propina porque “ ella es la única que se encarga de todo el lugar”

• Silly (4/5): - The Matress was quite comfortable, and the manager was good to reach. So it was actually clear that there was not much to expect but at least I thought it would be clean, which it wasn't. There was hair on the floor and the blanket had multiple stains on it.That was quite disappointing. Also there's no noise cancelling whatsoever so when somebody speaks in another room across the hallway you have the impression they would speak directly standing in front of your bed. I saw the cleaning lady two times, one time I asked her whether I could get some more Towels since everything got wet when I took a shower due to broken fittings. She told me this would only be possible the following day. The following day she told me, that she wanted a tip from me. So she never cleaned the room but wanted money from me. Never experienced that before. I didn't like her attitude at all. The manager was good to reach, that was a plus. But although I told them, when I was going to arrive at the property, there was nobody there and I had to call them. So this is NOT A HOTEL! THERE IS NO RECEPTION. would absolutely not go there again.

Rezervorul de la baie scotea un sunet de locomotiva dupa ce trageai apa. Nu recomand, paturile au fost oribil de inconfortabile. Pe langa toate acestea, am asteptat 30 de minute in fata la bloc, cu bagaje, dupa baiatul care trebuia sa fie deja la receptie. Zona unde se afla hotelul este o zona foarte murdara.

I cannot understand how booking.com advertised these type of properties. Horrible bed, horrible place. The bed tilts to the middle from both sides. We did not use the bed sheets. We placed the towels on the bed and tried to sleep on them feeling cold. No hot water in the room. Cold showers. I want my money back. You should not advertise these properties.

• Melinda (1/5): - There was nothing to like about this place. This place is terrible. Not clean, realy bad conditions, tiny room.The building is also dirty and looks ugly. We could not stay there due to awful conditions. I traveled all around the world and stayed at least at 50 hotels and B&Bs over the years but never saw such a bad place. The owner did not want to communicate with me when I asked for a refund.

• Karim.Bouzid (2/5): An absolute disaster... - The placement that was near the Garibaldi station but nonetheless still very unfriendly and dirty at night. First of all, the flush of the toilet was malfunctionning and doing noise the whole time so we could hardly sleep at night. The shower and the floor of the room were dirty and there was hair since our arrival.Same thing for the walls... The bed was so unconfortable, the matelas so hard it made your shoulder hurt by the morning... they were clearly very old and outdated.... At night, there was a lot of noise outside, especially the cleaning trucks that start doong their work at midnight and keep going for hours. And to top it all, the last day I noticed a bug coming out of the bed, I tried to kill it to take a proof of it, but it hid back into the bed...
• Piotr (1/5): - Właściciel bardzo sprawnie odpowiada na wiadomości. Przed zakwaterowaniem bardzo szybko pojawił się na miejscu i przekazał niezbędne informacje. Jest zainteresowany gośćmi i ich komfortem. Umożliwił bezpłatnie przedłużenie doby o godzinę. Okolica bardzo niebezpieczna - na ulicy handel narkotykami, dookoła sami obcokrajowcy. Czuć na plecach wzrok i obserwowanie. Nie trzeba wychodzic na ulicę bo juz z samego balkonu widac, ze w pobliskiej kawiarni sprzedaja wiecej narokotykow niz kawy. W nocy najlepiej nie wychodzić, po godzinie 19:00 jest bardzo niebezpiecznie. Podczas wieczornego powrotu ze sklepu znajdującego sie nieopodal zostalismy napadnieci pod samymi drzwiami hotelu. Zaatakowano nas, pobito i okradziono. Skradziony został zloty naszyjnik którego pewnie nigdy nie uda sie odzyskać.

• Rares Marian (4/5): Sinceramente, non mi aspettavo molto dalla struttura, ma almeno la luce in bagno ed una tendina per la doccia! - Buona posizione La luce in bagno era spaccata ( nel senso che la lampadina stava pendendo dal soffitto e si reggeva grazie a dello scotch ), evidentemente non funzionava la luce in bagno, anche il bidet non funziona e la doccia era aperta ( nel senso che in ogni modo provassi a lavarmi si ALLAGAVA il bagno e la camera ) e tutto questo ha reso parecchio scomodo il soggiorno!

Der Zustand des Hauses innen und außen war unerwartet schlecht - schmutzig, geruchsbelastet, defekte Treppenstufen, desaströses Treppenhaus. Auf den Mitarbeiter vor Ort mussten wir auf der Straße warten, er verstand kein Wort, übergab uns die Schlüssel und war wieder fort - wir fanden uns in unbewohnbaren Zimmern wieder. Auf unsere Nachricht an die angegebene Telefonnummer wurde nicht reagiert und wir mussten uns am späten Abend ein Ersatzquartier suchen.

• Giuseppe (4/5): Non va bene - Posizione assolutamente centrale a qualche minuto dalla stazione - l'alloggio non era nella struttura prenotata (hotel Crisari) ma in un'altra struttura a pochi minuti (b&b Aurora, via Milano); - nel bagno la doccia era senza sportello (era stato smontato e il rubinetto aveva delle fuoriuscite d'acqua che finivano sul mobile; - ho acquistato io la carta igienica da un market etnico a due passi e ho usato il mio bagnoschiuma; -niente termosifoni e condizionatore non funzionante (a caldo); Non ho usufruito della colazione

• CANGIANO (6/5): Appena sufficiente - Disponibilità orario check-in. Prezzo e posizione. Al secondo giorno hanno cambiato la camera di cui si lamentavamo. Al primo giorno, non c’hanno riservato una vera stanza. Crepe nei muri, materasso con molle che si sentivano sotto la schiena, niente bidet, rubinetto che ballava, bastone tenda crollato, acqua calda che non arrivava mai. Da dire che avevamo prenotato due mesi prima.

Этого жилья не должно существовать на букинге, это настоящее мошенничество. 1. Никто не отвечает на сообщения, пришлось связываться через техподдержку букинга. 2. Нет инструкции как попасть в номер, а сотрудник не приходит в назначенное время. Сообщения и звонки игнорируются. 3. Нет интернета. 4. Нет горячей воды. 5. Перебои с холодной водой, в первый вечер я сидел вообще без воды и не мог помыть руки. 6. Нет света в туалете. 7. Дверь в туалет не закрывается. 8. Душ сломан и брызжет во все стороны. 9. Фен не работал. 10. Кондиционер сам сбрасывал температуру до 17 градусов. Кондиционер сломан. 11. Раковина засорена и вода не уходила. 12. В туалете совершенно нет места. Если садишься на унитаз, то колени упираются. 13. Если выбираешься в ванной комнате, то полотенце касается унитаза, т.к. площадь туалета 1 на 1 метр. 14. Шумно, слышно соседей через стенку. 15. Грязно, все стены в разводах и плесени. 16. Для чего-то в центре комнаты стоит заражённый стул с телевизором. 17. В ванной комнате открыт доступ к электропроводке. Это буквально худшее место, где я когда-либо был. В какой-то момент мне даже стало смешно, т.к. не работало вообще всё, что было в номере. Как будто где-то стояла скрытая камера и это был социальный эксперимент. Надеюсь букинг обратит внимание на это и разберётся. Всё, что заявлено в описании, в том числе фото, не соответствуют действительности.
• Volodymyr (3/5): Несмотря на небольшую цену, больше в этом месте не остановился бы на ночь. - Понравилось близость к железнодорожному вокзалу, с одной стороны, но небезопасный район с другой стороны. не соответствие фотографиям и описанию, душ не работал, на унитазе отсутствует стульчак, покрывало очень уставшее, отсутствие воды в вечернее время, розетки и выключатели без рамок, плачевное состояние парадной.
