• Dimitra (10/5): - Very polite and helpful staff, always willing to assist with every request we had. We were very satisfied with our stay in the Violetta room, a new section of the same hotel, featuring brand-new, comfortable, and clean rooms. The location is very convenient, close to main roads, shops, supermarkets, and within walking distance of the central train station, the metro, and the Alibus buses to and from the airport. An excellent choice for an easy and comfortable stay. Many thanks to the kind gentlemen at the reception for their warm hospitality! Arrivederci!
• Antonina (7/5): Нормальное жилье для ночёвок. - Очень удобное месторасположения - в 5 минутах ходьбы от центрального железнодорожного вокзала, куда прибывает автобус из аэропорта. Район, хоть и непрезентабельный, но вполне безопасный. Доброжелательный персонал. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации, что важно, если приезжаешь поздно. Здание явно требует ремонта, особенно ванная. Хотелось бы, чтобы в номере был чайник и чашки.

Un po' la signora delle pulizie, che non ha toccato la mia stanza per le 3 notti del mio soggiorno, non ho riferito al gestore perché riuscivo a tenere abbastanza pulito la mia stanza, magari era il motivo per la quale non la puliva. Per il resto, la struttura è un'ottima scelta.

• Valeria (7/5): - vicino alla stazione comodo per muoversi quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato peli sulle lenzuola e in giro per la camera, la camera ci è stata gentilmente pulita, successivamente essendo io e il mio ragazzo allergici alla polvere abbiamo fatto notare che sotto al letto c’erano 2 dita di polvere, nuovamente ci hanno risposto cortesemente che avrebbero pulito, cosi non è stato, ci siamo tenuti la polvere. Per non farci mancare nulla aggiungo un fatto divertente: l hotel era stato avvisato del fatto che l ultima notte prenotata io non ci sarei stata e che al mio posto sarebbe subentrato il padre del mio ragazzo, fatto presente ciò mi fa pagare la tassa di soggiorno per TUTTE LE NOTTI PRENOTATE, per DUE persone, il giorno che me ne vado ci dicono che mancava da pagare una tassa di soggiorno per il padre che sarebbe subentrato al mio posto, gli faccio presente che avevo gia coperto la spesa pagando interamente per tutte le notti per due persone, dal di qui inizia la maleducazione, mi viee detto che con me non si puo parlare che non capisco e che parlavo del nulla, ci tengo a precisare che si trattava di 3/4€ quindi oggettivamente del nulla, si tratta semplicemente di principio, comunque alla fine nonostante gli avessi detto che se voleva i soldi dal padre mi avrebbe dovuto ridare i soldi che avevo pagato per la tassa di soggiorno del giorno in cui non avevo soggiornato, mi e stato detto che non è possibile, comunque i soldi gli sono stati dati, ma sicuramente per la poca educazione e correttezza non consiglierei questo posto e non ci torneró

• Capetta (7/5): Camere nuove ma mal tenute - Buona posizione, camera bella, letto comodo Poca pulizia Cuscini diversi, uno era bassissimo L' acqua della doccia o veniva calda o veniva fredda non c' era una via di mezzo, doccetta con buchi tappati, e aspiratore che faceva un gran rumore quando si accendeva Peccato perché le camere sembrano nuove e belle, ma la manutenzione e la pulizia fa un po' desiderare Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, ma abbiamo trovato meno di metà rotolo di carta igienica e lo abbiamo dovuto richiedere il secondo giorno

• GIUSEPPE (7/5): The vicinity to the station is good, and the rooms as such aren't bad. - Couple hundred yards from train station. One of our rooms was in the rear of building, so great for acoustic comfort. One of the shower sliding glass doors was clearly broken, perhaps by previous guest. No big deal really, in terms of still being able to shower with hand held shower head, and putting towel down on floor, etc

• Marina (8/5): Bien!!! - Un hotel a 3 o 4 minutos caminando de la estación central de tren, habitación con aire acondicionado, baño privado, la cama muy cómoda, limpio. Ideal para pasar un día a Napoles y continuar. Para llegar al mural de Maradona se puede ir en Metro hasta Estación Toledo... o caminar 30 minutos y llegas.

• Emmanuel (6/5): Convenient hotel for young people to spend some day in Napoli - The location is good. You are close to the main train station and it is possible to visit other places in a easy way. You have not only trains, but also buses available. You have quite restaurants in the area where you can have lunch or dinner. The hotel personal is friendly. Despite in the description of the hotel says that there is not wifi, there is actually one. It does not work so good, but it works. I think this could easly be improved. You could think that the area is dangerous, but it is not so. There is quite police officers and it is crowded area. The hotel is ok if you plan to visit the city and places nearby for a couple of days First of all, you must understand that you are booking a convenient hotel. For me it was important to have a place where to sleep and to take a shower. I was all day long visiting any place/city/town. Said that, there are however some things that the hotel could improve without a great investment: - It smells to cigarette in some areas from the hotel. It was the case of the hallway which heads to the room where I was. - The room was quite humid, specially the bathroom. The bathroom of this room has to be painted - In the reception area there is a room which is full with bags and other things. In the picture of the hotel there are some tables and it should be possible to drink something like a coffee. This area/room was unfortunately not available.
