Odalarımızın ikisi de zemin katta idi, birinin sadece bir penceresi açılabiliyordu, diğeri kilitliydi. açılan pencere de çok dar bir boşlukla bir duvara bakıyordu, oda rutubet kokuyordu. Banyosunda da havalandırma yoktu. Resepsiyondaki beyefendiden odamızı değiştirmesini istedik ama hiç oralı olmadı, tavrı negatifti. Booking'de otelde boş oda görünmesine rağmen başka odası olmadığını söyledi, yani yalan söyledi. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi ama kadın bir personel turistlerden bıkmıştı sanırım, tahammülsüz sert yanıtlar verdi soru ve taleplerimize. bir daha gitsem tercih etmem.

Bidet dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié autant en salé que sucré. Lit et oreillers très durs. TV un peu ancienne ne permettant pas de lancer YouTube par exemple.

• Giorgos (9/5): - Αρχικά το δωμάτιο, συνεργάζεται με γειτονικό ξενοδοχείο. Μεγάλο θέμα αν φτάνετε βραδυ όπως εμείς. Τρομερά καθαρό, δίπλα έχει σούπερ μάρκετ και το πιο βασικό κοντά σε όλα!! Δεν έχει ασανσέρ. Αν θέλετε με πάρετε το κλειδί να βάλετε το γειτονικό ξενοδοχείο!! Θα πρέπει να πάτε εκεί. Επίσης το gps αρχικά το βγαζου κάπου μπερδεμένα.

Venedik tarihi dokusuna uygun döşenmiş,şık ve çok temiz bir oteldi.Görevliler nazik ve yardimseverdi..Avrupa otellerinde gördüğüm belki de en zengin ve en iyi kahvaltıydı..Bol çeşit ve miktarda,lezzetli bir açık büfe kahvaltıydı .Venedik'e tekrar geldiğimde yine bu oteli tercih edeceğim. Kendilerine tekrar teşekkür ederiz

Stanza non proprio riscaldata a dovere per la stagione. Il letto matrimoniale che ci hanno accordato in pratica non lo era: aveva due materassi singoli e si creava il buco.

Ana binada odamızın olmaması birazcık sahtekarlık olmuş...Asonsörsüz ve dar merdivenli bir binada konaklamayı sevmedik.Kimseye tavsiye etmem

• patrick (7/5): Für eine Nacht war es ok - Der Receptionist wahr sehr lieb und hatte uns das Zimmer bereits am morgen früh angeboten es zu beziehen. Man ist sehr im Zentrum gelegen . Wir hatten eigentlich eine Suite gebucht und zwei zusammen gewürfelte Zimmer bekommen das fanden wir schade weil wir uns sehr auf die teuere Suite gefreut hatten . Das Frühstück war ok , nichts besonderes .

• Tania (9/5): - The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The area is also pretty quiet at night and the breakfast was extremely diverse and tasty, with fresh produce! I was told while being shown my room that I could take whatever from the minibar and it would be « gratis ». What a surprise it was at check-out to be asked what I took from the minibar and to have to pay for it. Had I known this I would have bought my water directly from the supermarket facing the hotel room for a much lower price. A good communication would have been nice.

• Maria (10/5): Hotel muy bueno - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de Rialto y de la Plaza de San Marcos, tiene bares, supermercados y tiendas cercas. El personal ha sido muy amable, estaba todo muy limpio y cómodo. El desayuno estupendo con opciones de dulce, salado y para todos los gustos. Repetiría y lo recomiendo sin dudar.

• Schreg (10/5): - Die Suite lag über einem Kanal, was eine interessante Kulisse lieferte: Morgens hört man die vorüberfahrenden Boote. Das Zimmer war fast prunkvoll zu nennen, das Bett war sehr bequem. Zum Frühstück gab es eine reiche Auswahl am Buffet, süß und salzig. Die Mitarbeiter haben mir freundlich ausgeholfen, marginale Sprachkenntnisse meinerseits waren völlig irrelevant. -
