• Raffaela (5/5): Posizione eccezionale, ma molto meglio il "Belle Arti", rispetto al "Cavanis". - La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente. La ragazza alla reception gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita. Bello il giardino dell'Hotel Belle Arti per fare colazione. No bidet. Nella stanza c'era un odore sgradevole come proveniente dai bagni. Stanza buia, affaccio in una sorta di pozzo luce. Il fatto che reception e colazione siano nell'hotel di fronte è un pò scomodo. A colazione la sala era pienissima di ospiti, la fila lunghissima, l'attesa pesante. Una nota un pò sgradevole: all'arrivo abbiamo chiesto alla signora (crediamo la proprietaria) un caffè. Ci ha risposto "siete arrivate stamattina, quindi vi viene conteggiato come extra". .. Un caffe? Forse si può essere un pò più accoglienti con i clienti !

• Marta (8/5): Will recommend to my friends as an option in Venice. - First of all location was ideal, near the Accademia bridge, which meant we were only 15 min of walk to St. Mark's Square. The neighborhood was quiet. We had breakfast in the main hotel Belle Arti. The meal was nice (not so various, but still good) coffee was excellent (amazing morning treat). Stuff was nice and helpful. Room was cozy. Bathroom was small, but clean. I would definitely visit again and I will recommend this hotel to my friends. The only funny thing was the toilet seat not matched with the bowl. Breakfast could have more vegetables and fruit options.

Doch dahinter befanden sich unsere Pompös ausgestatteten im venezianischen Style liebevoll her gerichteten Zimmer. Ein günstiges Hotel für 1-2 Nächte um Venedig zu besuchen. • Happy48 (7/5): Perfekte Lage, gute Zimmer, ganz passables Frühstück, aber es gibt noch einige Luft nach oben. - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich perfekt, sehr leicht und schnell erreichbar. Sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind wirklich in Ordnung, vor allem sehr wichtig: sehr ruhig. Betten auch sehr gut. Beim Frühstück herrscht leider perfektes Chaos. Zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten, zu viele Gäste, anstellen ist angesagt und das kostet wirklich enorm viel Zeit. Da müsste man sich etwas einfallen lassen. Chaos pur! Genau dieses Chaos könnte man bestimmt vermeiden. Ein weiteres Problem war das Einchecken. Wir trafen um ca. 13 Uhr ein und mussten bis 14 Uhr warten. Die Dame an der Rezeption gab uns keine Chance, obwohl sie vor Ort war. Bei einer Städtereise, die meist sehr kurz ist und man jede Minute nützen will, eine Katastrophe. Noch dazu war sie mehr als unfreundlich!

• James (7/5): Good rooms. Need to improve staff and Entrance Door. - The Room was very good. Good space considering it was a single. Bathroom also good. Sound proofing is good. Location wise it is away from the main tourist areas so not too busy. Closest attraction is the Academia bridge. You have to check in at the hotel across the pedestrianised road. About Ten metres away. The man on reception checked me in ok and walked me to the hotel across the path. However, the lock on the entrance door did not work. So anyone could walk in at any time. The cleaners entered my room on both days without knocking or checking that no one was inside. When I then left my room five minutes later I noticed that the cleaners had opened all the doors to the hotel rooms on my floor. Given that there is no lock on the entrance door, from a safety point of view this was a concern for my property left in my room.

Clean and comfortable enough for a few days to get your head down. - Great location, room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable bed/pillows, good shower, continental breakfast was really reasonable. The door from the street didn’t lock and no CCTV anywhere, made it feel a bit un-secure. The lighting in the room was really low, even with full lights on. Air con didn’t work and when raised this with reception on departure, was told “oh we don’t have air con”… it states on the description of general amenities that it DOES have air con. The room had brown tape on the skirting board where it was obviously broken. Some furnishings also a bit tatty/outdated.

• Josiane Azevedo (1/5): Overall, the stay did not meet even basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, or functionality. - In Venice, most locations are centrally positioned, therefore the location of this property cannot be considered a distinguishing positive factor. The stay did not meet the minimum standard expected for the price paid. The first room had a strong closed/musty smell, poor ventilation and unsuitable conditions. After requesting a change, I was moved to another room, however the issues remained. Observed during the stay: • Air conditioning with visible dirt buildup • TV with limited functionality • No power sockets near the bed • Incomplete lighting • Door with visible damage • No telephone in the room to contact reception • Reception and breakfast located in a separate building • Breakfast below expected quality and variety • Elevator with inconsistent capacity signage • Clear signs of lack of general maintenance All points above are factual and were directly observed during the stay, with photographic evidence. Considering the price paid, the experience does not meet basic standards of comfort, functionality and maintenance.

Colazione nell'hotel Belle Arti standard, semplice ed essenziale ma con tutto, le torte erano buone. Bagno pulito Nella camera sarebbero necessarie delle prese di corrente in più, in bagno qualche punto di appoggio in più, per la colazione la possibilità di tostare il pane

La camera era molto piccola e opprimente, c'erano delle macchie strane sulla moquette e odore cattivo, nonostante fosse stata fatta arieggiare, per il prezzo pagato non vale la pena. Ich habe viele Bewertungen über die begrenzte Frühstücksauswahl gelesen, aber mein Kind und ich hatten reichlich Auswahl: verschiedene Müslisorten, Gemüseomeletts, Käse, Wurst und Gebäck, Tee, Kaffee und Saft.
