• ÇAKIR (5/5): - Fiyat haricinde artısı yok. Sadece etraftaki market,restorant alternatifleri ve banyoda taharet musluğu olması mutlu etti :) Personel pozitif. Dünyanın birçok yerinde çok farklı tipte otellerde kaldım ama ilk defa klimanın olmadığı bir odada kaldık ve kaloriferler de çalıştırılmadığı için donduk. 2 Battaniye istedik bir polar bir pike verildi :) Oda eski. Duvarlar ince. Kettle dahi yok. Asansör yok.

• László (8/5): - Tiszta volt, ár-érték arányban tökéletes. A foglalásban 2 külön ágyat kértem, ennek ellenére, mikor odaértünk, 1 db franciaágy volt a szobában, és 15€ ellenében kaphattunk volna külön ágyas szobát.

• Knežević (5/5): Expensive mediocre stay in a really bad area - Very clean, nice and friendly staff, the tram station is right in front of the hotel, a lot of towels Too expensive for the value, we didn't have a tv remote, there is a power outlet missing, no hot water in the shower, the shower head looks old and worn out, not many nice places to sit down and eat near, not much in the room except beds, wardrobes, 2 chairs, a table and 2 glasses

• Maximilian (8/5): Comfortable stay in Vienna. - The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was in a good location, not too close to the busy centre of the city, but lots of public transport nearby to accommodate. Not a lot of facilities in the room, but has all the essentials you would want.

Metro istasyonu Kırmızı hat reumanplatz durağında indiğinizde hemen önünden tramvay geçiyor. 6 numara quellenstraze yönünde 3 durak sonra tam otelin önünde iniyorsunuz. Tersi yöndende westbanhof durağındanda gelebilirsiniz. Lobi kesinlikle güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Otel çok temiz yataklar inanılmaz rahat ve özellikle çocuklu aileler için geniş. Otel yeni tadilattan çıkmış. Yüksek tavanlarla ferah bir yer. Fiyat performans açısından bence aileler için harika bir otel. Tek eleştirebileceğim bir kattle koyulsa iyi olurmuş. Gezmekten yoruluyorsunuz döndüğünüzde en azından çay kahve yapacak kadar bir su ısıtıcı iyi olur.

• Тетiana (9/5): - Очень хорошее расположение отеля. Рядом расположена остановка трамвая №6, через 2 остановки расположена станция метро U1. Удобно добраться до всех достопримечательностей города. Номер был чистый, кровати удобные. Приветливый персонал. В отеле проходят ремонтный работы по обновлению фасада здания. Но нашему отдыху это не мешало.

• Uğur (5/5): - Tesis oldukça uygun fiyatliydi. Calisanlar oldukca kibar ve yardimseverdi. Tadilat sebebiyle camlar dahil kapaliydi ve odada havalandirma imkani yoktu. Tesis mobilyalari ve kullanilan tum ekipmanlarin yenilenmesi gerektigini düşünüyorum.

• Anna (4/5): Location is really good, for a budget city break it’ś a cool place to stay, for longer trips I recommend something diffe - The location is really good, tram stop is next to hotel and metro is about 10 minutes. The neighbours were really loud we couldn’t stand it, room not clean, we found chips under the bed

• Aydan (7/5): - Otel tadilat aşamasındaydı bizim konakladığımız sırada. Yeni boyanmış ve temiz olması güzeldi. Meryem hanım temizlik ve diğer ihtiyaçlarımızı titizlikle karşıladı. Resepsiyonda Mutasım bey gezimizle ilgili her türlü faydalı bilgiyi bizimle paylaştı, nezaketi ve arkadaşlığı için ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Otelin önündeki tramvay sayesinde kolay ulaşım imkanı sağladık. Viyana’nın genel olarak ulaşım sisteminin çok iyi olduğunu düşünüyorum. Eşyalar temiz ancak eskiydi. Diğer konuklar biraz gürültücüydü. Konumu itibariyle çevresel sosyal ve beşeri faktörleri fiyat performans durumu açısından değerlendirmek gerekir.

Stanza molto ampia e ben riscaldata Precarietà dell' impianto elettrico. Gradino cieco in accesso ai servizi. Getto della doccia a rischio infortunio.
• Jo (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - It is not like the photos at all - Nothing Beware, the hotel does not look anything like the photos that are listed on Booking.com. The exterior is covered in scaffolding. There is no bar or restaurant on the ground floor, it is all boarded up. The ground floor entrance is unlocked all the time and the reception is on the 2nd floor. This means that anyone can walk into the hotel and access the corridors. The lift doesn't work. The room was terrible. It was old, dusty and not clean with an awful smell of stale smoke. The TV didn't work and was falling off the wall, there were no tea/coffee facilities and the hairdryer in the bathroom didn't work (no power). We were so disappointed that we checked out after 30 minutes which is the time it took for me to find another hotel. It did not feel like a safe place to stay and it was in a bad part of the city.
• love (6/5): Highlight war das wohl neue Bett, dankbar, ausgeruht in den Tag zu kommen - Sehr nettes, schnell verfügbares Personal, auch wenn es mal eine Herausforderung mit dem Türschloss gibt,..sehr, sehr gutes Bett - geschlafen wie im Himmel, positiv überrascht, Nichts ist schlimmer als ein Bett, aus dem man wie gerädert, morgens aufsteht.. Deshalb, sehr zufrieden mit dem Bett, welches wohl zur neuesten Ausstattung gehört, alles Andere erfüllte deren Zweck, bei diesem Preis hatte ich auch nicht zu hohe Erwartungen. Das Bett war DAS highlight. Zumindest ein Nagel zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. 😉 Badezimmer sehr sehr klein und eng, vor allem wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, ist Vorsicht geboten, sich nicht den Kopf am Metall WcPapierSpender zu stoßen, Steckdosen im Bad und hinterm Kühlschrank wurden wohl, durch unsachgemäßes Herausziehen des Steckers, aus der Wand gerissen, was eine Nutzung gefährlich macht. Sollte beim Reinigen eigentlich auffallen u kommuniziert werden. Ein Nagel !! an der Tür, fürs Handtuch.😄

Очень понравился молодой человек, который работает на ресепшене! Очень добрый и отзывчивый. Больше из плюсов отеля сказать ничего не могу. Номер старый, много недочетов( например не работал холодильник, душ только стационарный- девушкам, которые не собираются мыть голову не помыться) Очень обветшалый номер. Утром по лесам вокруг здания - т. е у меня сразу за окном- а это был на минутку 3 этаж ходили рабочие)

Das Hotel hatte keine Rezeption mehr weil nach 22 Uhr war und habe um 00 sowas gebucht ist ja logisch weil es zum buchen war wer liest sich das alles durch wenn buchen geht ! Und was war die haben mich storniert und mir Geld nicht zurück gegeben obwohl ich vor dem Hotel war angeblich bin nicht angereist obwohl davor gestanden. Bin und angerufen habe!!! • Олександр (3/5): є багато проблем на які їм байдуже , за ремонт ніхто не попереджав - ціна Вікна заклеєні, в них ремонт фасаду, о 9 ранку працівники прямо за вікном почали щось робити і сперечатись арабською мовою, протікає душ все було в воді, двері закривають не щільно, ніякої звукоізоляції, хтось курив в іншому туалеті а смерділо у нас, хтось заходив в нашу кімнату коли нас не було , та не зачинив двері на ключ, ми були в шоці( добре нічого не пропало)

• Caitlin (1/5): Do not stay here - The property was nothing like as advertised, covered in scaffolding. The front door to building was not locked, allowing anyone to walk in unseen as check in is not on the ground floor. The ground floor stank of urine and was full of dead plants. The lights in hallway barely worked leaving us hating to use our phone torches to see. We left due to feeling unsafe in building, when requesting cancellation from the hotel I was told this was not possible as they were ‘busy’ despite me seeing no one in there.

• Nielikäinen (2/5): Skip this one - We slept. That is all the positive I can say Hallways smell like urine and tobacco. Rooms, hallways, stairwells, reception and outside look and smell horrible. Very loud people circling around, no noice insulation. Quite cold rooms and the the reception tried to call us in the middle of the night and no explanation afterwards. The neigbourhood is not the best either. Sheets and bed looked mostly clean but the blanket had holes in it.

• Ismahane (5/5): Hôtel accessible mais prix supérieur à la chambre désolé - Personnel très gentil rien à dire sur cela Emplacement niquel, juste en face de la ligne du tramway avec de nombreux restaurants ds la rue Le prix ne justifiait vraiment pas la chambre désolé. J’ai payé 120€ pour une nuit pour ma maman et moi mais honnêtement la chambre en valait 50€ maximum sérieusement. L’hôtel est cependant en travaux, je pense que le prix est justifiait à cela Hormis ça, le personnel très très gentil

• Roberto (2/5): Mai più in questo hotel - La fermata del tram davanti l’hotel L’hotel non è lo stesso descritto su Booking. Stanza sporca, lenzuola macchiate, bagno pieno di muffa sulle pareti. Siamo stati truffati e non prenoterò più con Booking.
