Astrid (8/5): - Behulpzaam personeel, fijn zwembad, fijne en stille kamers, goed ontbijt, fijn restaurant, transfer van en naar vliegveld fijn geregeld vooraf. De factuur kan professioneler en bij het inchecken wordt zonder overleg een scan gemaakt van het paspoort (dit konden wij voorkomen en daarbij hebben we uitgelegd dat we ons BSN-nummer wilden afdekken).

Jochen (10/5): Komfortabeles Hotel mit großem Pool - Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Unser Zimmer wurde kostenfrei upgegraded. Die Suite war sehr groß, gut und schön ausgestattet mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig insbesondere die Kuchenauswahl. Der Pool ist sehr groß und das Wasser angenehm sauber. Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich.

Clean pool though didn't get to swim, rained almost all the time during my stay. The lounges are well kept. A must return destination 👌 Nothing not to like. Just a recommendation, more options for breakfast though whatever was served is still 👌 Aim at keeping it hot for the late comers. For the Jaccuzi Whirlpool if monthly deep cleaning can be done especially on the bubble jets, that would help clear the build up. However I did enjoy every bit of being i the tub. KRAAL Hotel is excellent, look no further.

Tout était propre Le personnel sympathique Le déjeuner était bon et diversifié Les photos mensongères (les transats et les parasols ne sont plus ceux-là, le champignon de la piscine ne fonctionne plus). Les alentours : tout est en travaux, on se fait réveiller par des machines qui bloquent la rue. La plage est entourée de déchets Rideaux non occultants donc à 5h du matin vous êtes réveillés par la lumière (et le bruit de la rue).

Elisabeth (7/5): okay. taxidrivers and staff in restaurants and bars are not service oriented - the pool staff is not service oriented at all. we ordered a taxi for Tirana airport through the hotel but the taxi didn't show up. The way the hotel handeled this issue was not good. Communication was very unclear. English was not good. They blamed the taxidriver and were annoyed that we arrived late. But we ordered the taxi through the hotel, so they carry a responsability too. Furthermore in the restaurant of the hotel they forgot some times to bring fork and knife, another time they forgot the bottle opener. They were not happy when we asked if we could pay with card or could have separate bills (we worked at different companies and needed an invoice separately. etc. )

This family-owned hotel radiates a gentle joy and kind hospitality. It’s clear everyone enjoys this place, and we truly appreciated every one of the family and staff. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with wood floors, a big cozy king size bed, lounge chairs, two balconies, living plants, big windows overlooking the sea, a jacuzzi tub, plenty of hot water, tea, mini fridge, and a large shower. The hotel itself is full of character and charm: a beautifully decorated lobby with bookshelves, fine art, and even a museum space with Albanian artifacts. Perfect for tea, special dinners, meditation, or relaxation. Breakfast is complementary, and the café and restaurant are also lovely. Outside, there’s a big pool, a kids playground that our daughter loved, and they even have a conference hall for special events. Soon, a lower-level spa with a salt room will open. Kraal Hotel is truly one of a kind, luxurious, vibrant, and full of heart. 144megil (10/5): Great experience - I stayed at Kraal Hotel in the end of march due to a business event that was held for 2 days. Really cosy rooms with huge beds, super welcoming reception and 10/10 breakfast (albanian petulla were the tastiest I have ever had). Even though the pool was supposed to be closed, they have put some umbrellas and sunbeds for guests to sunbathe. Overall great service, great management and great facilities. Will come back again for holidays next time.

Elegant, sauber und luxuriös. Der Pool hat gestunken. Beim Weg zum Strand gab es Baustellen und sehr viel Plastikmüll, was sehr traurig ist. Gebrauchte nicht schöne Stühle am Strand. Zu viel Müll, das nicht geputzt wurde.

The hotel is clean and modern, large with good facilities. Great selection of fresh fruit at breakfast. The pool was great and addition of children’s pool is fantastic for little ones. Breakfast and dinner had long queues, no clear signage for vegetarian dishes. Alcohol is included in dinner but no option to have a soft drink (except concentrate available at buffet). Beach access is poor and beach area around the private beach is not appealing at all. Parking is free but impossible to navigate and not large enough to accomodate hotel guests. WiFi is very poor.

The location is a little way out of the main town, but there is a great deal of development going on, and soon the hotel will be in the middle of the city. Sibel (10/5): - Le petit déjeuner parfait! La grandeur des chambres était parfaite. C est vraiment un bon hôtel pour des vacances en famille. Belle vue mer sur la terasse. Tout est en travaux aux alentours de l hôtel et l accès à la plage n est pas top.

Veronique (10/5): Exceptionnel ❤️ - Tout était exceptionnel❤️❤️ le personnel très accueillant malgré notre anglais très médiocre..la chambre magnifique nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé en suite avec baignoire balnéo Vue mer peignoir le petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon l'emplacement est top proche d'un quartier en bord de mer très animé avec bcp de resto Mini bar dans la chambre avec boissons offertes et une bouilloire.. Dommage que la saison soit presque fini nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la très belle piscine Tout ceci pour un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel Et a notre départ une petite bouteille de raki offerte Un parking gratuit

Manfred (9/5): alles bestens, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Pool, Parkplatz in einerr zwar noch unfertigen Garage, Strandnähe, ein Lift war drei Tage außer Betrieb, was zu Stau bei An- und Abreise von Bustouristen führte

MvdB (7/5): Op zich prima verblijf - Zeer ruime kamer. Heel hartelijk welkom met een flesje bubbels. Helaas deed de airconditioning op de kamer het niet en hebben we uiteindelijk een andere kamer gekregen. Het onderhoud van de kamer viel wel tegen op de kamer. De jacuzzi was op beide kamers defect en zo waren er nog een aantal issues. Als dat op orde zou zijn, zou het echt een fantastisch verblijf zijn.

‪Talia (7/5): - המלון מעוצב יפה, החדרים גדולים ומרווחים. הצוות מאד נחמד. הבריכה אחלה. יש גן משחקים צמוד לבריכה, כיף עם ילדים. מים קרים במקלחת!!! על גג המלון יש לוחות סולריים, לא היתה שמש ולכן לא היו מים חמים. לא טרחו להדליק חימום חשמלי. ישנן 2 מעליות במלון, רק אחת עובדת ולאט. לפעמים לוקח לעלות לחדר ולרדת רבע שעה בגלל העומס. המלון מרוחק מעט מהטיילת כרבע שעה/20 דק' הליכה.
Ronit (9/5): מלון נחמד - מלון טוב, חדר יפה ונוח, שידרגו לנו לחדר מרווח עם אמבטיה שפונה לים, מיטה נוחה, ארוחת בוקר בסדר, התיחסו אלינו באדיבות . הבריכה לא הייתה נקייה, המיקום של המלון קצת מרוחק מהמרכז.

carol (10/5): Lovely hotel - Everything. Lovely hotel big spacious bedroom, hotel bedroom and public areas where spotless cleaners do a fab job of keeping everything clean. Nothing was too much trouble for reception and bar staff. We ate in the restaurant food and service great. Pool very good Loved the property however the beach and surrounding area is under a lot of construction so not very appealing. However if you want a relaxing pool type holiday the hotel is perfect

Dena (10/5): - We kregen een upgrade van de kamer en het was prachtig. Verder was het personeel erg vriendelijk en het hotel was erg schoon.
Neema (6/5): Underdelivered but great potential. - Outstanding location—perfect for exploring, beach clubs and dining out. The staff were wonderfully friendly and genuinely helpful. Our room was spotless. The hotel's decor was stylish and appealing. There was a huge pool, with ample loungers always available. Breakfast selection was quite limited. We were disappointed by the active construction on the hotel beach, which was happening despite prior confirmation from the hotel that there would be none. Our room location was poor: it was next to a noisy lift that played music, frequently disturbing our sleep. Poor soundproofing meant we heard significant noise from the hallway, particularly during late-night hours. The in-room Wi-Fi was unreliable and weak; we often had to use the balcony for a consistent connection. The shower temperature randomly fluctuated between scalding hot and icy cold.
Rowan (7/5): - Heerlijk zwembad. Groot en schoon. Apart kindergedeelte. Mooie, ruime, schone kamer. Met fijn bed. Heerlijke douche. De locatie. Directe omgeving buiten het hotel is geen aanrader. Ook de speeltuin van het hotel is aan vernieuwing toe. Veel zaken kapot, en viezigheid op de grond. Voor kinderen zelfs gevaarlijk.

_D6784JU (10/5): Great place for 1–2 nights. - Wonderful cozy hotel. We spent 1 night with my husband. Convenient location, modern, clean. Private parking and a swimming pool. Breakfast was good.
