- Yanhua (8/5): Good location good property and I will be back. - Very excellent location and good size of the room for one person Window is unable to open and there is dust in the curtain. So, the air conditioning is a little noisy due to its ages.

- Shing (9/5): Great stay - Extremely cosy stay when everything is only 5 min walk away. Love the full range of toiletries, extremely helpful staff assisting us in transporting our luggages to another area. Would recommend couples to stay at this place again Nothing, very good value for money
- U'ren (9/5): Superb -
- Tessa (4/5): Value for money is good if they had better beds - The property facilities are clean and nice. The room was small (which was fine for the price) but also painted a dark color making it feel more like a cave. And the bed was so uncomfortable. We spent two nights and both of us had horrible sleeps.

- Stephanie (8/5): Nice small hotel close to the tourist area. - Great location close to main tourist spot. Clean room and comfy bed.
- Filipe (8/5): Very good -
- Fiona (7/5): Great location, probably not the best for families. - Location Check reviews on other platforms as is primarily a love hotel, most staff were lovely a few were not. After being told to let them know re when we wanted a service our room was not serviced. They did however provide fresh towels instead. As a tourist I was told the smoking area was not available to me.
- Galit (10/5): Highly recommended!!! 😍 - I found a lot of reviews online that is a love hotel with lots of couples coming and going. My first time at a love hotel and the truth is I would go back there again and again. A high-class hotel, clean, cozy and you don't feel like it's a love hotel at all, and I was there on a weekend! Amazing location, everything is close and convenient. just that I was sorry they didn't have more nights available.
- Harrison (5/5): The location is good but I would not return to the hotel. - The location is the one of the few positives I have about this property, about a 3 minute walk to Dotonbori. The staff were helpful. - Our double bed was actually just 2 singles pushed together but very poorly. This left a large hard gap in the middle of the bed, very uncomfortable sleep.
- The cleaners left 2 dirty rubber gloves within the bed.
- The hotel is doing obviously doing a lot of their business through adult services. This made obvious with the 2 kiosk within the lobby and dozens of regulars within the lobby taking different people to different rooms throughout the hotel. Would not recommend for families.
- Stella (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristie (9/5): Superb -
- Patricia (3/5): Uncomfortable bed - I like the location.
Size of the room was okay. 1) I am honestly confused how this hotel was rated 4 stars. There were no amenities that could make it a four star hotel. There was no free water in the hotel.
2) The bed was so uncomfortable. We could feel the spring on our backs like there were no cushion left on the mattress. We ended up sleeping poorly every night.
3) Most of the staff can't speak english.
4) The hotel was unresponsive when i messaged them here on booking.com about my concerns.Very poor customer service.
5) Our room was cleaned only once.
Overall, i wouldn't come back to this hotel.
- Adrian (10/5): Perfect location, sweetest staff, comfortable room. 10/10 - Location was perfect, room was comfortable, staff was excellent, very well priced. One of the ladies in particular, I wish I knew her name, was so sweet and saved our day by offering us an umbrella as we had forgotten the forecast was for rain that day. She was so polite and sweet. Everything was perfect in this hotel, couldn't be happier. Nothing
- Ryan (4/5): Clean and nice area for the price however very disappointed with the room we received - Clean and great location Size of the rooms, and value for what you get. The room that was advertised was not the room we received, it was substantially smaller. The TV wasn’t very useable as there wasn’t any way to link via phone.
- Chek (8/5): Very good -
- Judy (5/5): It is ‘ok’. - New, Spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Didn’t speak english however. The bedding and pillows were uncomfortable.
- Isobel (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet, clean attractive room in great location near metro and Dotonbori street. Staff helpful and friendly. Some people might find the rooms a little small
- Fedoruk (7/5): Good - The whole stay was lovely! Very kind staff, beautiful rooms and perfect location for exploring central Osaka. Extremely close to Nippombashi station The mattress was uncomfy, we felt the springs sadly
- Nok (8/5): Good for short term stay - Near station and spacious separate bathroom The space a bit small.
I think this is love hotel.
Just to make people aware incase uncomfortable but our stay not affected by this
- Anne (6/5): Book this hotel for the location! - The bathroom and amenities were great. Really good location for the trains and dotonbori. Very close to kuromon as well. Location was the best part. For some reason the front desk rejected my luggage that was shipped from tokyo with yamato transport and then they were not very empathetic afterwards. There is a lounge that is never open, we were once shoo-ed out for getting water (that is provided in the lounge). There are no hours posted either so it's an amenity that is just always closed.
- Anh (10/5): Very clean hotel and the staff was really kind! Will definitely book again. - Clean and minimalistic hotel! Definitely a nice hotel to stay in if you’re with the girlies, they provide all kinds of skin care in the bathroom. The bathrobes/pj’s are so cute and comfortable. There is also the option to borrow a haircurler if you needed one before heading out. There is enough space in the room to (re)pack your luggage. The toilet and the shower/bath tub are separate, which is nice.
Great location! The hotel is located near the metro station, but also just a 10 min walk away from Namba station. There’s a 7-11 nearby.
Lastly the hotel staff was really kind!! The woman at the front desk gave us a bag for our big Pokémon plushie when we were checking out of the hotel, because it was raining outside 🥹. Thank you, we will definitely book this hotel again if we visit Osaka! It would have been nice if there were more hooks in the room to hang your clothes.
- Kenneth (8/5): Convenient and clean - The location is very good, just close to the busy areas in Namba. The room was quite clean and had what needed. Price was good. Not really mind but it was not rare to see uncles going in and out with young women. Although it's not really a love hotel, perhaps this is not the best choice for families. The soundproof in room was OK though and I had a good rest there. I don't mind staying there again for my next visit
- Regina (8/5): The location is excellence - next to train station and easy access to Dotonbori street with all the food and shops - Nice, clean, the room has full amenities, very nice Nothing
- Nikolaos (9/5): Superb -
- Jakia (7/5): Lack of amenities and some bizarre policies -
- Hasan (10/5): Exceptional -
- 만석 (8/5): Find my lost clothes. - Stay is for good to me^^ I lost my clothes, Room 902, 6/28~6/30.
- Esli (8/5): Very good - Great location very close to Dotonbori area and to the metro / train station
- Mouri (8/5): Very good -
- Julia (10/5): I miss this hotel, it was the best of all of my trip. - The modern room and furniture, tidiness, cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of the staff.
I love they offer skin cosmetics such as face wash, milk lotion, body oil. Those you can’t always bring when travelling.
The location was the best ever, near all the best restaurants and shops. There was absolutely nothing i didn’t like.
- Lai (8/5): Very good -
- Marcio (10/5): Exceptional - Staff is great, specially the lady of the night shift. Always smiling and willing to help. Even followed us to a Seven Eleven to ensure we had support to forward our luggage to the next destination. Would definitely consider staying there again. Location is good but it's a 15 min walk to Namba station, where you get most connections. Would also be good if the hotel had patnership with a company for luggage forwarding.
- Methinee (8/5): Very good - So close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi
- Lynda (7/5): This room was good value for money and close to Dotonbori. - The location was close to Dotonbori. The room a standard size for Japan. There is a 7/11 at the end of the block. They didn't offer breakfast or have the option available to organise breakfast.
- Adonis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Norman (7/5): Quick, short stay in entertainment district of Osaka - Location just around the corner of entertainment district Dotonbori.
Close to metro station. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels or clothes.
Dated.
Can be slightly noisy due cars revving the engines, but it’s just occassionally.
Walls are on the thinner side, so you may hear neighbour’s tv.
- Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samuel (8/5): Simple but comfortable hotel. No major complaints. - Clean and modern hotel. Great location in the middle of Namba near a metro station. Pretty simple but comfortable. No major pros or cons - it’s just a nice place to stay in the middle of a nice part of Osaka. No real breakfast to speak of and no ability to do laundry. I had to navigate a coin laundry nearby. But the experience was fine overall - pretty good value for money.
- Sunita (8/5): Very good -
- Nicole (7/5): Good -
- Julian (8/5): Very good -
- Yura_l (7/5): Good -
- Federica (8/5): Super nice room and staff! Great location. - Super nice room and staff! Great location. It was all good
- Rachel (5/5): Passable -
- Ae (7/5): Good - The hotel is new. The room is clean. The hotel is located just next to Nippombashi station which is the downtown of Osaka. There is no free bottled water. Also lack of wardrobe make staying for 3 nights is a bit uneasy.
- Kaho (1/5): Bad -
- Butch (9/5): Superb -
- Veronica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Guillaume (8/5): Very good -
- Elliott (8/5): Quite a nice place ruined by poor service. - Location was great. Very central Lack of hangers and hooks in the room, especially in the toilet u have no where to hang your clothes upon removing them. Noticed a lot of local ‘couples’ checking in and out in the evening/night. Poor service and attitude from the front desk lady. It was our first time in Japan and we didn’t know that check out was at 11am. We explained to her but she insisted in charging us despite telling her that we weren’t aware. Her face turned annoyed/ “black” too. Best part was their hotel’s notice was in Japanese so you wouldn’t really know.
- Kai (10/5): We feeling happy to stay here. Will stay here again if it’s happen to back to Osaka. - Best location, near train station and convenient store. Very clean room size consider big at Japan. Only coffee provided. Suggest to provide drinking water and tea.
- Anonymous (1/5): Unhappy - Staff look like bad girl!
- Lauren (5/5): Passable -
- Aiman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (6/5): It was interesting - Close to everything I didn’t realize it was a live hotel when I booked it and there was no ice machine.
- Jordan (9/5): Superb - Location, cleanliness and service. This hotel was largely used by short stay guests (I.e men and women looking for a room for an hour or two - money likely being exchanged for services). This didn’t have an affect on our stay as we didn’t spend much time in the hotel and we don’t think any short stay guests were on our level, however, this did make us feel a little uncomfortable, and we can imagine that staying here wouldn’t be an option for a lot of other people. If we had known about this aspect beforehand, we probably wouldn’t have stayed. I would recommend staying here if this aspect doesn’t bother you.
- Dylan (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, some staff were nice others were a bit rude. This is a sex hotel... Reception told us that the level we stayed on was not for those type of guests. However there are a lot of interesting characters coming in and out...
- Pik (7/5): Good -
- Lhen (7/5): Overall good little stay. Love the proximity to everything especially the markets. - Close to the train station, bigger than usual rooms in Japan. No breakfast onsite.
- Kate (6/5): Priceless location with the cheapest mattresses… - Great location! The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all - could feel the mattress springs when just sitting on the bed…
- Tsz (8/5): Very good -
- Georgia (8/5): Very good -
- Brittany (10/5): Perfect stay in Osaka - Beautiful clean rooms with everything you need. Comfy and spacious N/A
- Brenda (9/5): The hotel was a worthwhile place to stay for travelers. - It was very close to Nippmbashi Station, Kuromon Ichiba, Dotonbori as well as the broad array of underground shopping/dining walkways. The staff was olive and helpful. And the room size and layout were fine. Nil
- Pongkorn (5/5): Passable - good location The room is not suitable for occupancy with 3 children as there is only a 5ft bed and no extra bed.
- Andie (10/5): Exceptional - great location, lovely modern and clean rooms
- Tan (7/5): The bed & room are spacious. - Close to train station, very convenience. The entrance of hotel
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Krzysztof (8/5): Very good - good localization, clean room. the smell of cigarettes in the room was quite annoying
- Ignacio (9/5): Hidden Gem in Osaka - The location of the hotel is supreme and the staff is really nice! The rooms are perfect size for western tourists and the bathrooms are open wide. The Wifi connection is not the best if you plan to work from here and the bathroom wasn’t so clean.
- Xiaobin (9/5): Superb -
- Irene (6/5): it’s a love hotel - It was modern and clean it’s a love hotel.
- Kosuke (10/5): Exceptional -
- JollyF10 (6/5): Great first impression- one guy ruined the experience - Positives: new clean hotel with a great location. Nighttime front desk staff (lady) was very kind and very helpful.
Negatives:
One the first night, they screwed up our booking for by giving us a smaller room, good we didn’t pay for the larger room. So all things considered, that was ok but not ideal.
Room cleaning: We found out that the rooms aren’t cleaned unless you sign a signup sheet downstairs every morning. They didn’t explain this to us until we got back at night to a dirty room. Turns out hanging a “please make up room” on your door sign is useless. We tried to sign up the next day but they refused to clean our room since apparently they have another rule that they don’t clean rooms after 12 noon. An older fellow manning the reception at that time was grumpy, rude and won’t bother to help.
Later, I went back to the front desk later to explain that we had a new booking for an additional night and so our booking was a new one so they had to clean our rooms, the same rude guy wouldn’t even talk to me. Instead he rudely motioned his friend to deal with me. The new guy seemed more helpful.
Overall my first impression with the hotel was quite good. But dealing with this rude guy on the front desk will not make us come back here ever again. If there’s a way to review this hotel between poor and average, that would be my rating for this hotel.
