• CARLOS (10/5): UM SONHO DE LUGAR! - O apartamento fica em uma área onde neva no inverno, fazendo com que a experiência seja ainda mais bonita para quem gosta de um ambiente romântico e acolhedor. Nossas crianças se divertiram fazendo bonecos de neve e nós tomamos um vinho na varanda com uma vista incrível das montanhas nevadas. Um sonho! Nada.
• Pierre (8/5): - Petit hôtel à l'ambiance familiale. Parking gratuit (ce qui est rare en Andorre). Proche de la station de ski de Soldeu et le patron de l'hôtel propose une navette gratuite pour s'y rendre le matin.

• Stefan (7/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die zentrale Lage ist wirklich herausragend. Die Gastgeber kochen jeden Abend und das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend. Es ist ein Zwei-Sterne-Hotel und das ist es. Aber mehr sollte man auch nicht erwarten. Wer nur Wintersport will, ist hier richtig. Mein Zimmer war teilweise sehr hellhörig, aber auch das ist bei den Preis vertretbar.

• Svetlana (7/5): - The hotel provided a good dinner, which is convenient when you don't feel like going out after a day of skiing. The hotel also organises transport for guests to the ski lift in the morning, which is important as the road to the lift is uphill. The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast may seem a little light, but maybe that's okay.

• Elizaveta (9/5): Una buena opción para familias o grupos de amigos que desean descansar después del esquí y pasar tiempo juntos en un amb - Alquilamos los apartamentos de tres dormitorios. Viajábamos con niños y amigos. Nos gustó mucho la cocina, muy bien equipada, con frigorífico de tamaño completo y lavavajillas, una opción excelente para quienes prefieren comer en casa. La zona común era estupenda. Desde las ventanas y el balcón se disfrutaban unas vistas preciosas a las laderas de la montaña. Había espacio de sobra para todos: los niños podían jugar tranquilamente o ver la televisión mientras los adultos conversaban alrededor de la mesa. Además, había la posibilidad de bajar y pasar un rato en un bar acogedor. Por la mañana, los propietarios del hotel organizaban un transfer hasta el Teleférico en Soldeu. Allí se puede alquilar una taquilla para el equipo y, después de esquiar, regresar caminando en pocos minutos cuesta abajo.

• Emma (8/5): - The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the town centre and gondola. The free shuttle service in the morning was a bonus, as was the cheap locker space hire. The room was comfortable and the bar and restaurant were nice - the half board option was great. I would definitely stay here again

• Carl (10/5): Fabulous stay in Soldeu - A very warm and friendly atmosphere. Half board was perfect for a ski holiday, food was very tasty. Happy hour and the Wednesday live music was great entertainment. My family stayed elesewhere in town but all came down and wished they had stayed here. Rooms were exactly what you would need. Don't expect luxury, but exceptional for the value. Comfy beds, cupboard space, good lighting and very clean ensuites. Other guests were also very happy and were repeat sayers which is always a good sign. Car runs up to the gondola was a lovely bonus that I didn't expect too Nothing

• David (10/5): Perfect weekend up the mountain - The room was lovely with a double bed in one room and 2 singles in the other room, very traditional with wooden beams we had a perfect weekend. The food was very nice with 3 options to cater for all, we had a bonus of live music from the owner and his band which made the Saturday evening very entertaining. There is nothing to dislike this hotel is a family run hotel and it was a pleasure to stay

The catered for option works really well breakfast and evening meal good simple food for everyone to enjoy. The staff are very helpful and lifts up to the gondola if you don’t want to walk 8 minutes.

• Steven (8/5): First class for a 2 star hotel - I would highly recommend this owner run chalet. I expected younger hosts, who rightfully so have Thursday off and you cater for yourself. There was an excellent buffet style breakfast plus a served evening meal every night. Happy hour 6-7 every night, live music during happy hour on a Wednesday. For children there is table football by the log burner, which is crazy in Andorra. Mike, his wife and staff were the perfect hosts. I am planning a trip same time next year as it coincides with Kings, our 12th night. I was too late on arrival so a fresh baguette and crisps were placed in my room. There is a daily free shuttle to the gondola which is 1000m up the hill into Soldeu. I would only say two things. Perhaps more coffee in your room and a biscuit would be great after a day’s skiing. I mentioned to Mike I would like a larger portion at dinner as I am advanced and cover at least 20Km in a day. He duly obliged.

• Daniel (10/5): Charming and friendly hotel with excellent breakfast and outstanding hospitality - The staff at this hotel is friendly, attentive, and professional. They truly care about being good hosts and making their guests feel welcome in Andorra. The breakfast that is offered is a strong meal that is the perfect start for a full day of sightseeing, hiking, or shopping in Andorra. The hotel's reception also sells local souvenirs at good prices and provides useful information about museums, hiking trails, and tourist attractions that are nearby. The place is clean, comfortable, and also very affordable. My only regret was not staying longer, but I hope to return to Andorra and when I do, I hope to stay here! Nothing to dislike. The place was wonderful and I already miss it :) Do keep in mind that this hotel is not in Andorra La Vella and that Soldeu is a little closer to the French border. However, I was able to get here using a rental car and parking was easy to find.

Quiet at night despite being near road. Blanket/duvet given were nice quality but too hot for summer. Just the sheet too cool. Breakfast time started too late for me to get off on day hikes in summer.

• Angus (10/5): Exceptional -we will be back - Best apartment we've stayed in in Andorra -spacious, light, well-equipped and comfortable. Loads of cupboard space and hooks for coats and ski gear. The kitchen had decent equipment and proper-sized pans, which is surprisingly rare. We appreciated the Italian coffee press! The apartment was also really quiet and we never heard any noise from other guests. We went to the hotel bar every night because it had a great atmosphere and the restaurant chef catered for our vegan diet. The food was great. All the staff went out of their way for us and could not have given us a warmer welcome. We will definitely be back both in winter and summer -there is a trail head just 50 metres from the building that connects with all the main hiking routes and the beautiful Val d'Incles is just 10 minutes away via the trail.

They were all exteremely kind and helpful. Nick in particular is a extremely polite, helpful and splendid host. I would definetly use this hotel again. Smell of the room was bit musty. The charm of a small hotel is enhanced only by the staff's joyfulness. Antoine was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He did manage to lift my hospitality expectations!!! Thank you. This would be an awesome summer base, particularly because they are offering trips and hikes. The food is fresh, and they are very attentive to their guests needs. The bar has a decent selection and a nice atmosphere about it. Dinner starts at 1930, but this is just a personal preference.

What this hotel lacks in facilities, it makes up ten fold in atmosphere, friendliness and great value for money!
