• Jain (10/5): Just amazingly relaxing - The hotel for its price was just exceptional. The staff was super nice too. The availability of free breakfast and also their own beach chairs and umbrella for the beach just hit the spot. Most places would charge you 10-20 euros for two beach chairs so saving that per day was amazing. I would like to add the Euxhenio was just superb. He was very friendly and helpful and he was always there ready to help. Sometimes we even felt that he did more than extra. He is very hard working and worked like the hotel was his. Would have been nice if there was more variety for breakfast but it’s something we could live without for 4 days.

• Dennis (10/5): Großartiges Hotel mit tollen Meerblick - Tolles Familiäres Hotel! Alle im hotel waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam mit ein stets schnellen service. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig, der Blick aufs Meer war großartig! Das hotel liegt eher ruhig aber man ist in 2 min am Meer und wenigen Minuten mehr im Getümmel. Das typisch albanische Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker! Anfahrt einfach und Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstück wird nach ein paar Tagen eintönig, da könnte man etwas mehr Abwechslung anbieten. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl.
• Daniil (10/5): - Review of our stay at the Lula Ksamil Hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and it was truly a wonderful experience. The room was in excellent condition, and the location was literally just 50–100 meters from the beach. Sunbeds were also included in the price, which was a very nice bonus. The staff was very friendly, especially the guy at the front desk. A special thanks to him. We are very happy with our time at this hotel and will definitely be back later.

• Joanna (9/5): Fajne miejsce. - Świetna lokalizacja (jedna z lepszych w Ksamil, tuż przy najlepszej w okolicy plaży, miły, pomocny personel, bardzo czysto. Pokój wprawdzie bez widoku na morze (warto wybrać z widokiem, bo cudowny) ale z przyjemnym, małym tarasem w niewielkim ogródku. Brak wentylacji w pokoju i w łazience co powodowało dużą wilgoć, mało urozmaicone śniadania ale ze świeżych produktów. Przez drzwi słychać było wszystkich wchodzących do hotelu (źle wyciszone) jednak należy zaznaczyć, że obsługa recepcji umiejscowionej przy pokoju starała się zachowywać ciszę. Hotel dysponuje swoimi leżakami na plaży ale powiedziano nam przy meldowaniu, że jeszcze nie są udostępniane (połowa maja) więc musieliśmy wybrać opcję płatną. Następnego dnia inni goście hotelu już korzystali z leżaków, nam nikt takiej możliwości nie zaproponował.

Etwas ab von den Lärmquellen wie lauten Straßen, sich gegenseitig im Lautstärkepegler übertreffenden Beach Clubs, jedoch in max. 3 min zu Fuß am Strand. Sehr hilfsbereiter Rezeptionist/Kellner/Liebenwart. Die Patella zum Frühstück sind hervorragend, wirklich super lecker! Leider nur ein dünnes Laken als Decke (im Schrank dicke Winterdecke), somit hat das gesunde Mittelmaß gefehlt. Nur auf explizite Nachfrage wurden uns Liegen bereitgestellt, obwohl diese eigentlich laut Angaben zur Ausstattung des Hotels gehören. Bei erster Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, wir können Liegen für ca. max. 15 Euro am Strand mieten. Was man noch wissen muss beim Strand ist direkt nebenan ein riesen Beachclub der schon ab ca. 10 Uhr morgens sehr laute Elektromusik spielt. Die Betten sind etwas kurz, für über 1,85 große Personen nicht geeignet.

• anushaka (10/5): Brilliant hotel, location and staff - Had a lovely stay at Lula. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well kept with good facilities (including a refrigerator and locker). They are in the process of having more work done, so I'm sure in a few weeks it will be even better than it already is! Location is great, opposite the beach and walking distance from places like 'Hand of Ksamil' and cocktail bars. Most importantly (and in my view this makes or breaks it), the staff is lovely! Euxhenio was extremely helpful right from check-in. He helped us with our bags, showed us our rooms and explained the basics. Every morning he helped us with breakfast, even when we had many requests he was very accommodating. He's lovely to talk to as well and a wonderful host. Pedro, the owner, is also so helpful. He helped us with information for boat rides and is also lovely to talk to. We had the best time here and found are stay for the next time we visit as well. Thanks so much

• Patrick (9/5): Grundsätzlich würde ich wieder nach Albanien fliegen. - Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon, ein schönes Badezimmer und war vollkommen ausreichend. Zum Strand waren es vielleicht 200 Meter. Das Frühstück war gut und hat uns ausgereicht. Am Strand war es leider nicht so sauber. Das war schade!

• S. (8/5): - Een prima, rustig en gastvrij hotel, goed parkeren, zeer nette kamers met een heerlijke douche, uitzicht op zee. Het aantal hotels in Ksamil is de laatste jaren zeer hard gegroeid en op veel stranden vol met ligbedjes is harde muziek. Maar niks ten nadele van Hotel Lula.
• mauro (1/5): Il peggior soggiorno in Albania, fortunatamente durato solo poche ore !!!!! - Praticamente nulla . La camera assegnata era diversa da quella vista in foto , spartana, squallida, mancante dell’essenziale , abbiamo dovuto aprire le valigie sul pavimento per non poggiarle sul letto . Televisore minuscolo che invece dei canali via cavo indicati, trasmette pochissimi canali in lingua albanese. Frigorifero rumorosissimo che non ci ha fatto chiudere occhio tutta la notte . Bagno terrificante senza neanche il doccino per l’igiene intima . Insonorizzazione inesistente . Staff scostante e preoccupato solo di incassare il soggiorno al check in prima di mostrare la camera….. Sconsigliatissimo !!!!

• Jürgen (10/5): - Schönes familiäres Hotel in ruhigerer Lage in Ksamil in Nähe Strand. Saubere Zimmer, schönes und gutes Frühstück. Nette Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann auch Abends dort essen, auch dies war lecker und wurde frisch gemacht.

• Thomas (10/5): Tolle neue und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einem super Team im bester Lage. - Das Hotel Lula ist mit seinem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Es ist ein sehr neues renoviertes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig . Das Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Wir hatten Zimmer 104 zum Garten . Dieses ist sehr schön und man hat einen tollen Blick zu den Zitronenbäumen.Auch die Lage von dem Hotel ist super. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße von Thomas und Stefan. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Besonders freundliches Personal. Parkplatz vorhanden. Es wird eine wunderschöne Erinnerung bleiben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

(8/5): Hübsches Zimmer und Terrasse, aber zeitweise kein warmes Wasser. - Ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter, der quasi beinahe alles im Alleingang gemanagt hat - von der Rezeption bis zum Service beim Frühstück. Unsere Terrasse war sehr hübsch und das Badezimmer prinzipiell schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und es gab nur ein dünnes Laken zum Zudecken. Allerdings haben wir auf Ersuchen sofort eine dickere Decke bekommen. Vor 7 sowie nach 10 Uhr gab es KEIN WARMES WASSER mehr, obwohl ich das Wasser lange genug laufen ließ. Punkt 11 Uhr hat man bereits an unsere Tür geklopft, um freundlich darauf hinzuweisen, dass wir das Zimmer zu räumen haben, aber okay, das war so vereinbart.

They served amazing typical breakfasts in the terrace, with freshly made food, huge and delicious. The staff (specially Eugenio) were super helpful and kind. The hotel has parking lots, very useful. -

Das servierte Frühstück war sehr gut, viel vielfältig und reichlich ! Ein Privatparkplatz ist an der Unterkunft kostenlos nutzbar. Am Strand hat das Hotel zwei Reihen private Liegebetten und Sonnenschirme. Die erste Reihe kostete 15 E, die zweite war für 10 E zu haben. Die Liegebetten sind in die Jahre gekommen und sahen "schmuddelig" aus, sodass wir keine mieteten
• Ruth (10/5): Great place to stay right next to the beach - Nice location right in front of the beach meaning you get the umbrellas everyday and for 15€. Nice breakfast included - we got the fried eggs and sandwich but you also get a spread of watermelon , churro like sweet and rice pudding. Everyday our rooms were cleaned thoroughly with fresh sheets and towels . Lovely balcony view. Shower was big and clean. About 7 min walk to the main town but there is also a shop and bar/restaurant right next door . Staff were super nice always carrying our bags and organising our taxis. I recommend to stay here on your trip to Ksamil. Thanks everyone Nothing

• Natalia (10/5): Super hotel s výhľadom na more a skvelými chutnými raňajkami - Pobyt bol skvelý, veľké chutné raňajky s výhľadom na more, veľmi priateľský personál, čistota, vybavenosť izby super. Mali sme výhľad na more, veľký balkón. Pláž doslova minútku chôdze od hotela. Určite odporúčam. Jediná vec, ktorá nám vadila boli veľmi tvrdé a hrubé vankúše, na ktoré nie sme zvyknutí.

• Karine (10/5): Hôtel emplacement et personnel topissime - La première chose l accueil par Stella....la chef, comme elle m a dit, déjà on se sent a l aise car au premier contacte on sent une bonne personne, hôtel gérer par "la chef" et sa famille même la grand mere est souriante. Chambre juste super, propreté impeccable, proche du centre et très proche de la mer...........parlmking intérieur important et surtout tous le monde aux petit soins Merci pour cette accueil Stella Emmanuel le motard français présent le 7 septembre 2025 RIEN !!!!!
