• Karolina (9/5): Very good - Very close to O2 and cheap comparing other rates for a night in that area, clean, friendly staff, very comfortable would definitely consider it for my next gig. only downside is slight uphill walk to the train station to get anywhere but uber is not that expensive to bigger tube stations and o2 itself
• Stuart (8/5): Excellent - The room was large and very clean and tidy,We arrived quite late in the evening, around 8pm as we had attended a football match at Charlton Atlantic, We were very hungry,and we asked if they had any food on, unfortunately the kitchen had closed, but the very kind member of staff behind the bar,informed us that they had a menu for a local takeaway, that would deliver to the hotel/pub and that we could sit in the bar area to eat . The pizza we ordered arrived on time and was great! ,the staff were very helpful with sundries,cutlery etc. We had a wonderful stay!! The only thing that slightly lets the hotel down, is the fact that the rooms have no bathroom facilities, the toilet being on the landing , but the toilet was very near to our room and was very clean. Not to much of a inconvenience!!

Location was fantastic, we stayed there for the 02 and it was a 25min walk back? Saved us queuing for a taxi after our event The room overlooked the main road, and there was some road noise, but its location is to be expected, its right next to an overpass

• Vanna (8/5): - The position is great, near the bus station but also near grocery stores, bars, restaurants., as well as O2 Arena. The room was clean with basic furniture. We had everything what we needed for 2 nights we stayed. The curtains are not so dark so in the morning we had some sun light entering our room.

• Andrew (5/5): Bedrooms was good. Comfortable beds. - Had a pleasant check in from a lady at the bar. We were shown the main entrance before we made our way to the top floor. Stairwell stank of something not nice. The shared shower room found the light not working so tried to have a shower in complete darkness with little water pressure. When we went down for a drink in the bar, the lady kept on serving people coming in after we were waiting to be served. After nearly 15 minutes gave up. I wouldn't stay here again but on this occasion was located 10 minutes from a party we were attending hence why it was booked. Poor facilities, smelt

• Daniel M (8/5): - Great location for anyone going to the O2. Easy bus route to venue. Ita a hotel above a pub, it’s what you’d expect. Cheap, no thrills. The lady who checked us in was friendly and was able to get us into the room early. This isn’t a negative on the hotel, the description does advise there is no lift. If you have any mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep and there’s a lot!

• Cath (10/5): Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Great transport links. - We booked last minute due to being let down by the air b n b property we had booked having no electricity. The lady on reception was very understanding and caring as I was incredibly stressed. Very friendly staff. The room was spotless, beds very comfortable and the shower was piping hot. There’s a bar on the ground floor that was very welcoming and served a range of drinks. Great bus route to and from the O2 arena and Greenwich North station. There’s a convenience store across the road and there’s an amazing pizza restaurant about 5 minutes away which is definitely worth a visit!! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. The only drawback was there was a lot of stairs up to our room as we were on the top floor. A great way to get a bit of exercise in!! The view from our window was worth it though. We could see the Shard, the buildings in the financial district (amazing at night when lit up) and the cable cars in the distance.
• Claire (10/5): Comfortable & welcoming accommodation at a very reasonable price in a great location - Easy to get to by car. Plenty of nearby, very cheap parking. Very warm welcome, great check-in and shown to room. Hotel rooms are above a really nice old fashioned type English pub which was so friendly. Room very clean. Lots of information given. WIFI excellent. Tea and Coffee facilities in room & large TV. Daytime snacks in pub. No breakfast but GMT Cafe is just a 3 minute walk down the road which served excellent selection of breakfasts, so not a problem. Only 5 minutes from the Train station and just over a mile (20 minute walk) to the O2, Loads of buses. Not posh....but very comfortable at a reasonable rate, will definitely return Nothing - we got what we paid for...basic but very clean and comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable price in a great location

• Courtney (8/5): - The staff upon arrival were polite, friendly and really helpful. Explained anything we needed to know and answered questions we had. Our room was bigger than expected, clean and well presented. The shared toilet & shower room were immaculate. Overall for what we paid in the area it is located (and the view we had from the top floor) it was perfect.

De kamers zijn door het enkel glas niet heel geluidsdicht. Ook de kamers verduisteren is niet echt mogelijk met de eerder lichtdoorlatende gordijnen.

• Richard (7/5): The O2 is within walking distance, the room was warm & comfortable - Clean, convenient and room was comfortable. Tea and Coffee facilities and biscuits were welcome Ensuite was a good size Nothing really.

There was also an information booklet provided to help us with our stay in London. The check in and out was really simple and straight forward. There was a slight queue when checking in but that was just because it was busy, nothing the hotel could've helped.

• Marc (1/5): Awful hotel. Would not recommend. - The hotel had a weird atmosphere. There was a fight in the bar below which spilled into the street. Someone shouting and claiming to be the owner was involved. The bed sheets had holes in them, the shower drain was backed up with grey scum. On a busy road, just off a main roundabout, with single glazing and curtains which couldn’t be closed properly. Would not recommend.

• Safiyya (10/5): It was pleasant, the room was cute and comfortable, the view was lovely. - The room was more spacious than i expected, and the shared bathrooms were clean and nice. the staff were very friendly and hospitable. For the value, I would have expected a bed and breakfast deal, especially since it wasn't ensuite and was a shared bathroom, but I understand that the bar/kitchen isn't open in the morning.
• Michelle (10/5): Great room, location, staff and a nice pub. Great stay. - We booked 1 night for 4 people to go to a concert at the O2. It was close to the venue, room was clean and a nice size, shared bathroom but only for 3 rooms so was fine & nice and clean. Staff very nice and beer was good so overall great experience. Will book again if go to another concert. There wasn't anything I didn't really like. You need to bare in mind it's on a main road in London so it's busy but that's to be expected.

I paid a very reasonable amount for a room on New Years Eve and the room was everything that I needed. I was in London for a football match at Charlton, whi was just a 20 minute walk away. I also walked to Greenwich and the o2 Arena in under 30mins. Bus routes are good and the pub below the hotel is nice. Would recommend Room had a shared bathroom (which i knew about) and venue take a £50 deposit which is not returned for 5-6 days if paid on card

• Deborah (10/5): Great location to stay for the O2, cosy clean and welcoming. - No breakfast option but they had information on options available locally which was good. The beds were so comfortable and the staff very helpful. Nice clear details in the room regarding facilities and buses to the o2. Love the stained glass window in the room. Cosy and spotless. The short slope from the pavement to the patio outside the side hotel entrance, was a bit steep and tricky with my crutches.
