• Agnieszka (2/5): Per fortuna l’abbiamo soltanto utilizzato quel poco che abbiamo potuto dormire - Solo la posizione abbastanza buona.. L’albergo non era molto pulito la stanza non aveva manco un attaccapanni tantomeno per appendere asciugamani molto trascurato. Si sentiva tutto nessuno rispettava niente era un viavai continuo a tutte le ore senza potersi mai riposare, personale non era molto gentile la colazione faceva pena per un albergo di tre stelle.

• hamidudeen (9/5): - The staff in the hotel were really friendly. Breakfast was the best out of the 3 hotels we stayed in Albania. The location was good as we could walk everywhere. It was 25 minute walk to skanderberg square and 20 minutes walk to tirana pyramid.

• şule (10/5): The staff are very kind and helpful. It's great that the hotel has an elevator and can park front - I stayed in a very nice room; I think my bed was the biggest I've ever had. My room also overlooked the Lana River. The staff were very helpful and kind; they always assisted me with anything I needed. I parked right in front of the hotel. I didn't have any parking problems at all. Breakfast was adequate. The staff didn't seem to know much English, but despite that, they understood me and were helpful.

Et matelas trop lourd,et coincé par le montant du lit,pour permettre à l'employée de le border. Le veilleur de nuit,très âgé mais très aimable,maisne parlant pas un mot d'anglais. Route très bruyante,jour et nuit. Le lit mal fait. Les remontées de fumées de cigarettes la nuit après avoir ouvert le seul vantail de la salle de bain possible,vu le bruit routier. les rideaux impossibles à ouvrir et très hauts,pour les faire coulisser(je fais 1m80),le terminal de carte de bleue ne fonctionnant soi-disant pas, et affichant en clair mon code secret pas, et qui m'a débité, cependant:162 € ,visualisés à mon retour. Obligé de payer en cash (argent récupéré avec difficulté après mon départ par mon correspondant local et en LEK pas en euros )le petit déjeuner....spartiate. je dois repartir en septembre, et je n'utiliserais pas Booking car impossible après plusieurs tentatives(chat sms,service clients,reclamations) de savoir si le débit,avait été effectué auparavant par vous-mêmes .

• Gianluca (8/5): - La stanza era abbastanza grande, le pulizie fatte giornalmente così come gli asciugamani sempre puliti. Il personale dell'hotel (a conduzione familiare) sempre disponibile e gentile. Buona la colazione. L'hotel si trova a circa 2/3 km dal centro ma è situato in una via centrale e la mattina è veramente un piacere passeggiare in questa via piena di negozi e di piccoli mercatini tipici. Una corsa in taxi per il centro costa massimo 5 euro, sia il giorno che la notte, quindi non abbiamo avuto nessun problema a raggiungere il centro città. Pur essendo un hotel abbastanza datato, mi sono trovato molto bene!!!! P.S. ho passato 4 notti con moglie e un figlio in una camera tripla, viaggiando con altri amici che hanno preferito prenotare sia b&b che delle case vacanze, prendendo delle clamorose cantonate (alcuni di loro hanno dovuto cercare altra sistemazione in corso d'opera con foto delle strutture che non corrispondevano assulutamente alla realtà!!!!!!!!!!!!). Sostituirei qualche mobile un po datato!

• gloritin (8/5): A 25 minutos andando del centro - El personal, aunque no hable mucho inglés, es muy amable y atento. El hotel está abierto 24 horas. El cuarto de baño, de los mejores que tuvimos en Albania (dormimos también en sitios de menos presupuesto). Las habitaciones están muy bien, las zonas comunes tendrían que renovarse.

Basic ontbijt inclusief, zoals croissants, geroosterd brood en keuze uit kaas, ei worstjes, jam en Nutella. Vers fruit en verse cake. Gratis parkeren bij het hotel op basis van beschikbaarheid. De douche was wat smal voor lange Nederlanders, wel warm en goede waterdruk. Personeel spreekt geen Nederlands, maar vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

• Anna (3/5): - Ładny pokój, dużo łóżko. Komplet kapci był dostępny. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze. Personel nie mówi po angielsku. Na śniadaniu prawie nic nie było do jedzenia. Przez dwa dni nie było ciepłej wody pod prysznicem, mimo zgłoszeń naprawili to po długim czasie. Spalona suszarka do włosów, po zgłoszeniu nikt nie rozwiązał problemu. Nie zbyt czysto.

Nonostante avessi mostrato foto e descrizione della camera prenotata alla reception hanno insistito che non fosse quella. Bagno sporco, piatto doccia diciamo poco invitante. Arrivati sul posto in orario regolare la camera non era pronta con attesa di oltre mezz'ora. Il propietario ha cercato un'altra camera ma comunque infastidito dalle nostre rimostranze e insistente nel negare l'evidenza della prenotazione.In sintesi più che scosigliato

• Gabriele (7/5): - Situato a circa 30 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata degli autobus. Prezzo onesto e colazione buona. Il personale davvero molto gentile ci ha regalato sempre l’acqua in bottiglia. Le camere sono state ristrutturate e a prima vista sembra un albergo di lusso.. Per gli standard che abbiamo in Italia migliorerei la pulizia.
