• CeeJayBee94 (10/5): Excellent location in Rome - If your priority is location and convenience, we highly recommend this property. It's very close to the Vatican City, Vatican museum, and the Metro. There are also many restaurants around the area and mini supermarkets. The room is also clean and the staffs clean the room every day. The self-check in instructions were also straightforward. They also gave us a complimentary drink when we arrived. There are some things though that bothered us a bit during our stay. We heard some stomping and banging on the upper floor every night, but of course it's beyond the hosts' control as the building itself is not soundproof and it's an old building. In the room, the bed is too soft for our preference and the shower is small and tight for an average size person.

• Miriam (5/5): - Najväčším plusom bola poloha – ku väčšine hlavných rímskych pamiatok sme sa vedeli pohodlne dostať pešo, čo nám pobyt výrazne uľahčilo. Ubytovanie nás, žiaľ, veľmi sklamalo. Nábytok bol odratý a pôsobil zanedbane, postele boli nepohodlné a podlaha v kuchyni sa doslova rozchádzala. Kuchyňa bola navyše slabo vybavená a chladničke dokonca chýbali dvierka na mrazničke. Kúpeľne by si určite zaslúžili dôkladnejšiu očistu a celkovo apartmán potrebuje obnovu aj nový náter stien. Chýbal nám aj spoločný priestor na oddych či posedenie.

Camera al terzo piano, interna e silenziosa. Self check-in e host sempre disponibile. Buon Wi-Fi. Sarebbe ottimale trovare una soluzione per la porta principale dell'appartamento, in modo da ridurre il rumore quando la si chiude. Una delle finestre ha una tenda che resta staccata dal muro facendo passare la luce mattutina esterna. Bagno piccolo.

As we came during Easter we even got a nice Easter cake as present. The owners were very friendly and reachable. The walls as super thin so we could hear quite a bit what was going on outside. Didn’t bother us too much but if the neighbors are noisy it can be a problem.

• Grzegorz (10/5): Jeśli macie duże oczekiwania, to miejsce Was nie zawiedzie. - Obiekt w super lokalizacji, blisko Watykanu oraz stacji metra, z której można dojechać do najważniejszych atrakcji Rzymu. Pokój był czysty, codziennie sprzątany (w tym wymieniane ręczniki). Czekał na nas szampan wraz z kieliszkami oraz mała paczka chipsów (które były pyszne). Był również kapsułkowy ekspres do kawy, codziennie te kapsułki były uzupełniane. W lodówce czekała na nas również woda. Z pozostałych udogodnień - czajnik, kubki + łyżeczki, herbata oraz cukier, sejf, mydło do rąk oraz szampon i żel pod prysznic i oczywiście suszarka do włosów! Przed przyjazdem skontaktowano się ze mną w sprawie zameldowania, które było bardzo proste. Również pozwolono nam przyjechać przed planowaną godziną zameldowania co było dużym plusem. Wokół hotelu bezpiecznie, różne markety, knajpki. Co do podatku turystycznego - nikt nas nie gonił, kiedy spotkałyśmy na recepcji obsługę miejsca, przy okazji zapłaciłyśmy. Polecam z całego serca! Jedynie wylewająca się woda spod prysznica, ale w łazience czeka ręcznik, który można położyć na podłodze i dzięki niemu nie ma tragedii! :)

Less than 5 minutes walk to the Vatican. Very lively neighbourhood with all the restaurants, shops, etc. Very close to the metro and bus station, supermarkets, 24 hour bakeries, etc. N/A

• Fiona (5/5): Handy location but not suitable with a buggy. - The room was extremely clean and in a great location. The Murphy bed that our 10 year old slept in was very comfortable. The rooms were made up daily and we were given complimentary coffee and water. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The pillows were also very lumpy. They really need to be replaced. The shower has a spa head and very little water comes out. It was hard to wash my hair. The tap over the washbasin stuck out over it and made it really hard to wash our faces without soaking the floor. There is a small lift, but you have to go down three steps and up one to get in. Not ideal with a buggy.
• Selam (8/5): Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ma questo dettaglio ha inciso sull’esperienza finale. - La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e ben posizionata, ideale per visitare la zona del Vaticano. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono e i servizi sono complessivamente soddisfacenti. L’unico aspetto negativo riguarda la gestione dello staff: essere svegliati al mattino presto per la richiesta della tassa di soggiorno è stato poco professionale e fuori luogo. Questo tipo di comunicazioni dovrebbe essere gestito al check-in o al check-out, non disturbando gli ospiti mentre riposano.

• Réka (9/5): Great stay for a shorter stay great location - The apartment is located in a great place, Vatican Museum, the Basilica and the Castel Sant Angelo are in walking distance. Several restaurants, breakfast places are nearby and also the metro station. The room is great for a short stay, everyday cleaning, coffee are great addition. We received detailed information on how to get into the apartment, and arriving late at night was not a problem either. We enjoyed our time there. The shower doesn't close properly so by long showers a lot of water gets out, the entrance door is noisy to be closed. But we had no real problems.
• luzia_r (9/5): Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in einer Top-Lage! - Die Lage ist ideal, um die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden. Auch viele gute Restaurants, Cafes ein Supermarkt und die Metro Linie A befinden sich in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß genug und hatten alles, was man braucht. Check-In war easy und sehr freundlich! Die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen und man hörte die Nachbarn in der Wohnung über uns sehr laut trampeln. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts und ab 22 Uhr war es eigentlich meistens ruhig.

• rei (10/5): バチカン近くの良宿 - バチカンの広場から徒歩5分、美術館入口まで徒歩3分、地下鉄駅も近いです。主要な観光地があるローマ中心部までは徒歩30~1時間ですが、散歩気分でとても楽しめます。スタッフは常駐していませんが、毎日ルームクリーニングがありとても快適でした。バスルームも清潔でした。中庭に面した窓があり、天気がいい日はとてもいい気分になりました。 注意点として、スタッフが常駐していないため、チェックイン時にインターネットの接続が必要です。私たちは全く問題ありませんでしたが、simを購入していない人には難しいでしょう。airbnbのような感じです。 隣の部屋の話し声や物音が聞こえやすかった。 ケトルがあれば嬉しかったが、エスプレッソマシンがあり十分だった。 総じて期にするほどではなかったです！

• Grembiale (8/5): Struttura perfetta - Posizione perfetta per chi vuole visitare Roma a piedi. La struttura si trova al terzo piano di un bel palazzo ed ha a pochi metri tutto ciò che può servire per il soggiorno compreso un garage a pagamento. La camera era comoda con un grande e comodo bagno. La biancheria ci è stata regolarmente sostituita a giorni alterni. La ragazza che effettua le pulizie è stata cordialissima e merita i nostri complimenti. Le tende delle due finestre un po’ maltrattare da clienti precedenti che meriterebbero di essere sistemate o sostituite. Troppi interruttori non funzionanti. Nessuna colazione solo due cialde di caffè non gradevole.

Anfragen beim Gastgeber über WhatsApp wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Unsere Zimmer waren nicht sehr groß, wenn man viel unterwegs ist, was für einen Rombesuch ja normal ist, hat es gereicht. Das Bad war top. Kommt beim nächsten Rombesuch wieder in die engere Auswahl bei der Unterkunftssuche 🫶
