Guest Reviews
- Ivanovic (8/5): - Die Lage Bischen Teuer
- Mohammed (6/5): Pleasant - Helpful staff and not far from downtown. Also the room is quite clean and cozy The facilties can be upgraded as few things like water heater, chair etc can be added.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Aurel (8/5): Very good -
- Siana (8/5): good value for money for a one-night stay close to the cty centre - the location is convenient, it’s about 20 minutes walk to the city centre and the neighbourhood is calm and quiet.
the staff are very nice and helpful.
the breakfast was simple, but good enough.
as a whole, it was perfect for a one-night stay in Tirana to have a look around the city. the AC in one of the rooms was badly located, blowing directly towards the beds, which was inconvenient for the sleep during a very hot night. The AC in the other room we rented was perfectly located, on the other hand.
- Kamil (10/5): Great owner and good parking hotel near the city center - The owner was super nice, we could say at what time we want to have breakfast and it was delicious. Besides of that pretty close to city center by walk, great parking for cars and room was quite big. Also owner was very helpful for all our requests It could be very useful to add detailed hotel location to google maps, because it’s hard to find.
- Pedro (10/5): Highly recommended family-owned hotel - This is a fantastic family-owned hotel in Tirana, close to downtown and located in a nice area full of restaurants and grocery shops in Don Bosko. The beds were very comfortable, my windows had view to the city centre and the breakfast was prepared with a lot of care and attention. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the human touch and attention of the staff - it feels really good to be in a place that feels like home while you are travelling.
- Christian (9/5): Superb - Friendly staff, good breakfast, all the facilities you'd expect for the price, everything clean, well-kept and in working order. In I chose it because it was close to my meetings, but it's an easy walk to the city center, and it's in a quiet street.
- Koraltay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hesham (7/5): Good - Room was great , clean and comfy, staff were super nice, polite and helpful. Hotel seems to be family run which is always good for us. It was also very close to the city centre. The hotel from the outside looks nothing like the pictures, there were no garden, and no open space like on the pictures, not a massive deal, but thought it was a little misleading. For what we got, I think the room was a little over priced.
- Łukasz (9/5): Superb - The major advantage of the Hotel Heritage is its reception staff. They are very very friendly and helpful. Another upside is breakfast - big and delicious. The hotel is located not so far from the city centre. It's worth taking a 30-min walk. There are also shops and restaurants very close to the hotel (so a 5-min walk is also an option)
- Romana (7/5): Modest, but ok. - Kind hosts, breakfast ok, clean. The pictures of the hotel and the rooms are not realistic, they are actually more simple. Clean, though...on the net their adress has no street number, so we have hardly found them, than phoned them and was not really helpful. This is more the family hostel, ok.
- Cenk (7/5): Good - clean location
- 蓉蓉 (8/5): Very good - The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. It’s quiet at night fora good sleep. The breakfast is fine. The host’s neighbor friend gave us a ride to the bus terminal because of raining, very helpful. There is no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage, you will need to carry it up to the room.
- Pedro (9/5): Superb - The place was very clean and the guys in the reception are very kind. A little bit far from the center
- Flying_fox (9/5): Superb - Very nice and quiet place with little garden. Big tasty breakfast. Very nice and welcoming host.
A bit far from center if you plan to walk, but great location if you have a car.
- Özgür (9/5): İf it's your budget, dont ever think another place - Everything is perfect By comparing the other hotels definetely is better but i am not sure Upon price/quality balance
- Stefan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olga (8/5): A great stay in Tirana - 1) A great host has let me check in at around 2 am, helped with the bag to the 3rd floor, provided with bottles of water, which was super welcoming)
2) super strong Wi-Fi
3) wonderful diverse breakfast
4) peace and quiet -
- Andrej (7/5): Good value for the money - I stayed here for a two weeks. Staff is very friendly, supportive and nice. Internet speed is about ~100 Mbps, but not very stable, in the lobby doesn't work. City center is nearby, about 10 minutes walking. The food could have more variations. Refrigerator is very loud, had to turn it of for a normal sleep. In two weeks room was cleaned only twice. Sound isolation could be better, I heard snoring neighbour.
- Emanuele (4/5): Not a hotel, not good value for money - The possibilty to park our rental car. The accomodation is not a hotel and it’s not good value for money at all. In a hotel there are certain standards that were not fulfilled and the owners don’t pay attention to (listed below). It would be much more honest to brand this accomodation as a bed & breakfast and to lower the price to a maximum of 30€ per night considering what’s offered (or not offered).
Concrete issues:
- the structure is not a hotel one, it’s an apartment turned into a room and there’s a separate room (bathroom)
- it was not clean - there were pubic hair in the shower
- the radiators in the room and the bathroom are broken (there is AC tough so we warmed to room like that)
- nobody cleaned our room during our three-night stay
- it says that the breakfast is served from 7:30 - 10:00, but when we wanted to have breakfast at 8 am there was no food and no owner at the reception
- the receptionist (owner) is in pyjamas
- the receptionist (owner) does not speak English (a part from a few words)
- the electricity socket next to the door of the room is broken
- Goce (7/5): Good -
- Gábor (8/5): Very good -
- Sladjan (10/5): - Wonderful stay! Clean, comfy, friendly staff and great price/quality ratio. The best and kind host we ever had, th -
