• Jeanne (8/5): - Je dois avouer que la lecture des commentaires sur cet établissement m'avait fait reconsidéré ma réservation. Mais en arrivant, j'ai été très positivement surprise. Contrairement à ce que d'autres disent, aucune difficulté pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée avec le code. C'était similaire pour la porte de la chambre double dans laquelle je suis restée pour 3 jours; je me suis sentie pleinement en sécurité. La cuisine est très pratique et la salle de bain en bon état (propre, l'eau de la douche est chaude, il y avait une machine à laver qui a cependant été enlevée lors de notre séjour). C'est vrai qu'il n y a qu'une salle de bain (2 douches) pour toutes les chambres (20-25 personnes). Nous n'avons eu aucun problème, mais peut être cela devient une plus compliqué lorsque toutes les pièces sont occupées (capacité maximale). Concernant la chambre, elle est propre et bien agencée. Même avec des journées de canicule (30 degrés), la température restait très agréable. Le seul bémol ? Les matelas qui sont trop fermes et les murs pas assez isolés (au niveau du bruit). En bref, il s'agit d'un hébergement très agréable avec des parties communes propres et pratiques. Location top. Je recommande, vraiment.

В номере чисто, в кухонной зоне новая посуда. 2 туалета, не было никаких проблем и очередей) Очень удобно, что двери открываются по коду, на нужна но и т ключи и бояться, что забудешь в номере) Нет микроволновки, были бы хорошо её иметь для разогрева еды

• MINJUN (5/5): - The bed is clean and tidy, with good hygiene There is not even a small stool for sitting in the room, let alone the small table and stool in the room introduction photo. It is empty, and the public area is also empty. Unless you can only lie in bed, there is not even a place to put towels and clothes in the shared shower area! The price of 131 euros is simply a robbery! This is the worst accommodation for my one month trip!
• KATALINA (9/5): Comfortable and cosy and clean budget option - Such a great budget accom option in an expensive city. My little room was warm and cosy which I was so glad of: it was cold outside. No-one likes shared bathrooms but they were clean and always available.

• Flore (6/5): Bon séjour mais a revoir des petit chose - Chambre confortable, avec frigo. Assez calme. Il manque de rideaux au fenêtre, un balai et le mauvaise odeur dans les douche. Il y a aussi une plaque de cuisse cassé. Pas mal de chose a régler pour que ça sois plus agréable à vivre.

Не вистачало місця щоб поїсти бо кімнатка була дуже маленька з двоповерховим ліжком, ми їли на одній табуретці, було трохи тісно. Сусіди шуміли, була погана звукоізоляція. Душових кабін було 3, але вони не закривалися тому по суті лише одна ванна кімната. Рекомендую брати з собою вʼєтнамки для душу.

• Elisa (7/5): Overall, I had a fairly pleasant stay, and the hostel offers good value for the price and location, - The price was very reasonable for a private room in such a central location. The room itself was overall clean, despite a few stains on the walls and some signs of previous water damage. I also appreciated that when the girls’ bathroom was quite dirty on the first day, the issue was resolved quickly. The soundproofing could definitely be improved, as noise from other guests was very noticeable, especially on Saturday night. The blinds were also slightly broken and let in a lot of light. My main concern, however, was security: there was a door connecting the hostel to the rest of the building that was sometimes left unlocked, meaning people with access to the apartment building could potentially access the hostel as well. As a solo female traveler, this made me feel unsafe. The individual room passcodes also did not seem particularly secure, and I was left with the impression that they may not be changed between guests.

• Salih Eren (2/5): Terrible - Location is good, room is comfortable and clean. Shower was not useable. It was 2 stalls in one bathroom with only curtains giving you privacy rather than doors (supposedly). The curtains were not there to my surprise as someone probably took them away so there was no way to take a shower there and I contacted the establishment and they did not provide any support and ghosted the situation. As there were no one physically present from the establishment, I left my stay without taking a proper shower. Stay at your own risk but I do not recommend it.

Заселение происходит без взаимодействия с персоналом что для некоторых людей станет плюсом. Вы просто получаете код от электронного замка входной двери и вашей комнаты. В номере не хватало хотя бы небольшого стола.

• Jozef (1/5): Broken link with check-in codes and instructions - Property is accessed via PINs to open the main door and the room door, both are shared via a link distributed by email. When I arrived in the afternoon to drop my stuff the link worked just fine. Coming back after my dinner late at night, the link did not work. Since I did not save/remember the PINs and the phone support works only until 9pm, I was not able to enter the room and needed find a different place to stay.

There was no reason to decline bc there was NO staff on site--ever. No one knew i was there on time, later or not at all. They should just said yes.

The property has a small kitchen-ette with a stove top and oven, however, no microwave or fridge. One shared bathroom and two separate toilets services approximately 8 or 9 rooms, so it can be a bit crowded. No fridge or microwave. Shared areas can be noisy.

Pero al llegar todo lo contrario, la habitación es pequeña pero lo que se ve en las fotos pero todo está muy limpio al igual que las zonas comunes. Las camas no eran incómodas como ponen en las opiniones. La ubicación es genial al lado del centro. Además la habitación estaba calentita y al ser invierno se agradece Nada. Como mucho que una de las almohadas era más incómoda
• kassouha (1/5): Disappointed 😞 - Nothing but the location I experienced a very disappointing stay due to multiple serious issues. The door lock to my room was broken, which meant I could not secure my belongings. I immediately reported the problem and was told that a technician would arrive within approximately 25 minutes. I waited for over two hours and no one showed up. After contacting them again, I was informed that they would “contact the technician immediately.” I then waited an additional two hours, sent another message, and received no response at all. The technician never arrived. Because my room could not be locked, I felt unsafe leaving my belongings unattended and was unable to go out or rest properly. This situation caused significant stress and inconvenience, and it was handled with a complete lack of urgency and professionalism. At no point did the staff apologize or show any concern for the situation. In addition to this, the bathroom was unhygienic. The shower was dirty and had a bad smell, and there was no soap available in the toilet, making it impossible to wash my hands. I paid €110 for one night, which is extremely overpriced given the condition of the room and the level of service provided. Better accommodation with far superior service is available at a lower price. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and the lack of care or accountability from the staff made it even worse.
• Elena (4/5): I can't recommend. - Everyone here writes that the location is good. Well, yes — but that definitely does not make up for everything else. Unfortunately, this is absolutely not what I intended to book. The name of the place does not correspond at all to what I found upon arrival. When booking, it was nowhere (!!!) indicated that these are rooms without a private bathroom — only that there is a shared kitchen. Dirty walls, not very fresh bedding and pillow, thin walls through which you can hear the neighbors talking. And yet the price is comparable to that of a normal hotel.

Les envié un mensaje al que me respondieron pidiéndome videos del mal funcionamiento para reenviárselo a un técnico, que me dijeron que seguramente no podría pasar hasta el día siguiente (solo me quedaba una noche). Me indicaron que me podían cancelar la reserva y devolverme el dinero. Con el dinero de un reembolso no podría pagar ni la mitad de una habitación en otro sitio reservada el mismo día. ¿Por qué no chequean estas cosas antes de entregar las habitaciones? A mi llegada me dijeron que el check-in era a partir de las 15:00 exclusivamente, perfecto. El check-out a las 11:00, pero a las 10:25 los de la limpieza ya me llamaron a la puerta para que me fuera.
• Justine (3/5): N'y accordez aucune confiance. - Cet établissement est un hostel, je ne m'attendais pas à un confort maximal. J'avais besoin d'un lit, et d'une douche. J'ai eu les deux. La porte de ma chambre ne fermait pas. Aucune possibilité de dormir sereinement ou de stocker ma valise. Après avoir envoyé deux emails au propriétaire qui m'a répondu à 21h50 le deuxième jour, n'offrant aucune solution pour me reloger dans une autre chambre (il y en avait plusieurs vides) ou trouver une solution de stockage de mes affaires, ou encore de me rembourser les frais de gardiennage de ma valise à la gare ! Absolument inadmissible, je déconseille absolument !

• thorsten1978 (5/5): - Für eine Nacht ok. Zugang zu Zimmer unkompliziert über Zugangsdaten per Smartphone. Der Preis ist für das gebotene eigentlich zu hoch. Sehr rudimentär eingerichtetes Zimmer im Souterrain, hellhörig in Richtung Gang, darüber hinaus fällt das Licht aus dem Gang durch die verhängte Glastür ins Zimmer. Straßenlärm nur mit geschlossenem Fenster erträglich. Im Gemeinschaftsbad ziemlich feucht mit modrigem Geruch.

Vannas istabā bija pieejams fēns. Istabā no sākuma neaizverās logs, tāpēc vajadzēja pašiem to salabot. Duša bija kopīga gan sievietēm, gan vīriešiem. Nebija izlietnes sieviešu tualetē, arī spoguļi bija tikai vannā, kur dažreiz cilvēki mazgājas.

• Leander (5/5): - The hotel is at walking distance from metro Rochusgasse. The (shared) bathroom was not clean, but that is also be the responsibility of other guests. Besides that, there were no shelfs or hooks to place your clothes on. I had to place them on the ground. 3 hooks on the wall would already do the job. The mattress was very thin.

• Wilhelm (5/5): - Bett und Einrichtung des Zimmer war gut. Da die Heizung nicht geht gab es eine elektronische. Kühlschrank im Zimmer war nice. Kochzeile OK. Gibt sogar Waschmaschine die aber leider auch nachts genutzt wird. Das Schloss zum Eingang hat eine Funktionsstörung. Also ich einchecken wollte, bräuchte ich ca 20 min im Regen. Das Licht im Eingangsbereich funktioniert mal und mal nicht. Das ist problematisch weil man am Eingang eine Treppe herunter muss. Die böden Sanitäranlagen hätten sauberer sein müssen. Und ein Handtuch oder Handtuchspender in den Toiletten wäre gut gewesen. Die Türen zu den Zimmern sind sehr geräuschdurchlässig.
