• Michela (9/5): Punto strategico per visitare Vienna - Ottima sistemazione in tipica gasthaus. Pulizia, letti comodi, bagno nuovo. Camera molto grande. Posizione ideale per i mezzi che ti portano in centro con metro o tram. Il ristorante buono, porzioni molto grandi, si può valutare di dividere un piatto se non particolarmente affamati. Il personale non parla perfettamente inglese, ma ci si fa capire. Ricordatevi nel ristorante è chiesta la mancia obbligatoria a fine pasto. Aggiungere 10% minimo.

• Lawrence (9/5): Geräumiges Appartment zum fairen Preis - Geräumiges Appartment in einem ehemaligen Wohnhaus mit Alt-Wiener Flair (Stichwort: Bassena am Gang), bequeme Betten, gute Lärmdämmung und Verdunkelung zur Straße hin. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zum Gang hin sind in über 2 Meter Höhe Glasfliesen, die das Ganglicht ungefiltert durchlassen und direkt ins Zimmer scheinen. Es gibt auch keine Tür vom Eingangsbereich in den Wohn/Schlafbereich, um das zu verhindern.

• Marta (10/5): Perfezione assoluta - La stanza era molto grande e accogliente, addirittura dotata di una cucina completa con anche il bollitore, macchina del caffe, microonde e molto altro. Il bagno era talmente nuovo che sembrava che fossimo stati noi a usarlo per la prima volta, la camera era sempre riscaldata perfettamente, silenziosissima e pulita. Abbiamo fatto jackpot con il ristorante della struttura: abbiamo cenato lì tutte le sere perché il cibo è sempre stato ogni volta squisito, tipico viennese e con tanta scelta. Anche semplicemente per bere una birra il ristorante aveva un’atmosfera incredibile, frequentata quasi esclusivamente da austriaci. Ci hanno addirittura dato 2 mazzi di chiavi, una comodità che non do per scontato. Avendo alloggiato a Dicembre, c’era pure un mercatino di Natale davanti alla struttura! La struttura è ben collegata con il centro e con l’aeroporto, soprattutto grazie alla metropolitana U3 e diversi autobus

• Erlicher (8/5): - Wir durften schon um 13 Uhr in unser Apartment mit 2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und WC. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Aussicht war nur auf die Straße, aber mehr brauchten wir auch nicht. Da wir im 3.Stock waren, hörten wir den Straßenverkehr auch nicht sonderlich. Der Preis für das Apartment war gut. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Hätte ein Frühstücksbuffet erwartet, da viele schrieben, was es für ein tolles Frühstück gibt. Bei uns war es nur ein kleiner Teller der zum Tisch gebracht wurde. Selbst aussuchen konnten wir nur die Säfte.

• Alexandru D[] (7/5): Good location, very clean rooms, disappointing breakfast - - Good location: just a few minutes walk from metro station and 15 min walk to Erdberg central bus station, in case you're coming by bus; - Spacious and sparkling clean rooms, same thing applies for the bathroom; - Very kind hosts who left me the room key on the key box as I arrived in Vienna after 11 PM. We communicated via messages in the booking.com platform and they provided me all the details. I am grateful for that. - There was no trash bin in the room, the only existing one was at the bathroom and was super small; - Disappointing lack of variety for breakfast. It is just a standard version of an old school continental cold breakfast which you receive on a plate from the waiter without being asked to personalize anything apart from tea of coffee. The plate will NOT contain vegetables, fruits, eggs, yourgurt, milk or any pastries. Also, it did not contain anything home made. I would definitely not mind a higher breakfast price for a way better diversity and quality.

• Maja (8/5): Ugodan boravak u Beču - Čisto, uredno, blizu stadiona. Išli smo ondje na koncert tako da nam je bilo bitno da lokacija bude u blizini. Stadion se nalazi na 20min hoda. Blizu apartmana ima garaža di se može ostaviti vozilo Osoblje slabo govori engleski jezik. Nema klima uređaja.

• Barbara (9/5): Authentic Viennese accommodation with attentive and welcoming staff - Our room was large, clean and well equipped. We received a sizeable continental breakfast as well. Staff were extremely nice and accomodating. They were especially attentive to our small daughter, higly recommended for people travelling with children.

• Nena (7/5): It was okay, but next time we will sleep somewhere else. - The location for the metro station is excellent. The cleanliness of the apartment is excellent (but unfortunally the dishes are in extremely poor condition). The neighborhood is quiet, except metro station. It might bother some people loud sounds from metro, also you can hear the neighbors. We were a little cold because the temperature could not be regulated (the thermostat showed more than it actually was), the smaller room was ice cold. The shower only gave or very hot or very cold water, nothing between - it was impossible to wash your hair. The hairdryer did not work. The blinds in one room could not be pulled down. What bothered us the most was that - in otherwise very clean apartment - the dishes were so old and dirty that we could not even make tea, unfortunately we did not bring our own dishes. At night, the apartment, which does not have an interior door, has light shining from the hallway directly into the beds (the upper part of the wall is glass) and lights in the hallway cannot be turned off.

• Sherlin (8/5): Good price for large accommodation just a 15-20 min U-bahn ride to city centre! - More of a nostalgic choice for location as it is in the neighborhood of where I used to live (3rd district) but a bit on the outskirts and further walk to the U-bahn. Room was huge, facilities were great. Cannot comment on service as the restaurant was closed on the day I checked in so it was a self check-in. Self check-in was a bit tricky based on instructions provided but clearly figurd it out and the warm room was a very welcome situation in the pouring rain.

• Päivikki (8/5): Very good - Thank you for making us feel so welcome. The location was perfect - peaceful, yet easy to travel anywhere in Vienna by either metro or bus. Your staff kept our room super clean during our stay, and the coffee in the morning was the best.
• Mehmet (9/5): Nice staff, good location, comfortable rooms - Nice and helpful staff, especially Romana Schwabl and the gentleman (sorry for forgetting his name) who helped us for car parking by ordering car park ticket were very kind to us. The apartment was with two rooms and kitchen was comfortable for a family with two children. Localisation was very close to Spar market and U bahn station. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Kitchen equipment (like teflon pan, knife, spoon etc.) was inadequate. Microwave oven digital screen was not showing the numbers. There could be more PCPs.

• Personal (7/5): I was there for exams so my needs were basic: comfortable and quiet. I got exactly that. - It’s got the character you’d expect of an old property but they also keep it clean. Nothing really. The floor in my room was old and a bit wobbly but that kind of added to the charm for me.

• Alison (9/5): Great value for money - For us the location was perfect being just a short train ride outside the centre of Vienna. We bought a one week travel card which proved to be great value and used the underground to get around this great city. The accommodation was warm, very clean and comfortable. We were on the fourth floor which was reached via a lift or stairs and was lovely, spacious and quiet. Our room was cleaned daily which we had not expected. Another bonus was having a bar/restaurant downstairs. We sampled their beer and wine on one night and treated ourselves to the set menu for lunch on another day. The fish in the set menu was superb & great value. We booked on a room only basis and were pleased to find a Spar just minutes from the accommodation so were able to make use of the fridge in the kitchen. Should either of us visit Vienna again we will certainly look to book at Gastof Schwabl Wirt again.
• Andras (9/5): Reasonable accommodation with good ambiance and connection to the central parts of Vienna - Location is in fact very good, as well as public transport connection to Vienna downtown. The charme of the neighbourhood and the restaurant itself (it was full with local people on a simple middle-of-the-week evening...) makes you to feel like in the "good old times". The keycard system of the rooms is very simple and flexible. Spacious room with wooden floor. No parking possibility, so your car has to park e.g. in P+R Erdberg (1 metro stop; btw. very reasonable and well-working solution, if you arrive in the afternoon/evening!). There was a little sewer smell in the bathroom, but after first use it went away.

Quiet location, only 2 walking minutes to the nearest metro station. Light shine in the room, during night time, from the inside of the straiwell and there is no option to avoid it. On sundays after 4pm a key box is used for check in.

• Mihajlo (1/5): Bad - I reserved a room for a friend, who came unexpectedly to sleep with another person in the evening, since the reception was not working, the staff gave themselves the right to invade in the morning like the Army, and after that they sent me a message that I had to pay an extra 30 euros per evening because it was in the room slept two, on the website when I booked it, it said that a room for two was 10 euros more expensive, not 30. What the landlord denied! absolute rudeness, without a moment of decency in the conversation to find a common solution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

• Tudor (10/5): Lovely - Very convenient location if you're looking to see a concert - it's within a short walk from Arena or Gasometer, relatively close to Simm City (4 stops on the U3) or Ernst-Happel-Stadion (about 7 stops on the 77A bus) and well-connected to Stadthalle (both the U3 and tram 18 go there directly). A short walk away from the Vienna International Busterminal if you're arriving/ departing by bus. A little over half an hour walk away from the main train station (or about 7 stops with tram 18). Connected to Westbahnhof directly by the U3. A few supermarkets within a short walking distance. Right across the street from the tram museum. A short walk from Kardinal-Nagl-Park. Massive room with big windows, well-lighted, clean and pretty. Loved the paintings on the walls, especially the one with red tulips. Luggage storage. Helpful staff. The motion-activated bathroom/ hallway lighting drove me insane. The hallway *and* bathroom lights would turn on every time I'd go to look for something in my jacket and bag hanged in the hallway with zero intention of even entering the bathroom. Then they also went off out of the blue as I was doing my makeup, as I was cleaning off my makeup, as I was brushing my teeth, as I was redoing my bandages... and, in general, as I was in the bathroom doing things that involve careful instead of ample motions. There was a gap behind the sink (between the sink and the bathroom wall) and the way the soap dispenser was placed there was no way to avoid having some soapy water drip in that gap.
