Al nostro arrivo non funzionava l’aria calda, abbiamo contattato il numero da loro lasciato e nemmeno 2 minuti dopo si è presentato per aggiustarla. E il servizio è andato a buon fine. La sera siamo uscite a fare un giro a piedi a 10 metri dal lungomare. Posizione ottima. Struttura pulita e molto grande.

Der Balkon ist auf sehr größ und in meinem Zimmer hatte ich einen seitlichen Meeresblick mit etwas eingeschränktem Blick auf die Bucht. Vorne zur Strasse hin kann man die gesamte Bucht überschauen. Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal was sehr hilfreich mit Tips zur Verfügung steht. In der Nähe findet man viele Restaurants und kann schön an der Strandpromenade spazieren gehen.

It’s a 5 minute walk along the beach towards the city from the location on the map. A grocery store and restaurants are just around the corner. The bus from the City Center stops right in front. Great location with stunning views from the big balcony.

• Andrea (7/5): Stunning Sunsets, good value, Best for Those Expecting a Simple Room - One of the reviews mentioned this place is essentially a floor within a residential building rather than a traditional hotel, which turned out to be accurate. The check-in office is conveniently located next to the building entrance and operates during set hours. Since I arrived within those hours, the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. I received the exact room I had booked, and the view was truly spectacular—definitely a highlight of the stay. Overlooking the sea, the sunsets were especially beautiful, and the location is hard to beat as it is literally right on the beach. Visiting before the summer season, I found the price to be reasonable and good value for what’s offered. It’s worth noting that this is strictly a room rental, not a full-service hotel, so you shouldn’t expect typical hotel amenities or daily housekeeping. That said, the room itself was clean and well-maintained. While not having hotel-level housekeeping felt a bit restrictive at times, I’m confident the office staff would have handled any requests if needed. If I had to find something wrong it would be the the pillows which were not the most comfortable. There was no bottled water, no mini bar, no breakfast. Plenty of restaurants thought. There was minimal noise from the promenade below as it was still the off-season. Would book a hotel next time as not having hotel-level amentities and housekeeping felt a bit restrictive at times. The pillows were not the most comfortable. The amenities indicate bottled water and mini bar as well as breakfast. None of these exist.

• Etan (10/5): - J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’accueil a été tout simplement incroyable : chaleureux, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Le parking est très pratique, juste à côté de l’établissement, ce qui facilite grandement l’arrivée, surtout en voyage. Les chambres sont modernes, très propres et surtout d’un calme parfait — idéal pour bien se reposer. L’emplacement est également super : tout est facilement accessible, que ce soit pour se promener, manger ou visiter les environs. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Parking is easy, communication is smooth. Definitely worth it! Just a few minor feedbacks to take into consideration for the host (this DOES NOT IMPACT our overall stay and I am very happy with this property): - the lighting is a too weak in the bathroom - there is a sign in the bathroom that says "hang your towel if you don't want us to change it and put your towels on the floor if you want a new one". Well, we did hung the towels but they were replaced every time anyway. Let's save the environment altogether! - a bigger/longer mirror would be nice in the room, to be able to see yourself from head to toes

Der Grundriss ist überall grosszügig: im Zimmer, in der Dusche und auf dem Balkon. Gesamthaft tolles Design und komfortable Einrichtung der Wohnung. Speziell auch, dass man beim Duschen den schönen Blick ebenfalls genießen kann. Sehr sauber. Ruhig, dank Schallisolierung. Gerne kommen wir wieder hierhin. Alles Bestens!

Приветливый персонал, чисто, уборка ежедневно, есть подземная парковка, отличный вид с балкона, отличная кровать. Отрицательные эмоции связаны не с объектом проживания, но хочу написать, так как мне не хватило этой информации для выбора места отдыха. Очень, очень мелкое море, 200-250 метров надо идти, чтобы хоть как то поплавать, море по колено . Очень грязные пляжи, все в окурках, босиком даже неприятно ходить столько мусора и никто не убирает.Эти обстоятельства омрачили наш отдых.

• Enxhi (8/5): Bellissimo - Posizione perfetta sia per uscire la sera che per andare alle spiagge vicine. Non necessaria la macchina la sera perché situato proprio sul lungomare. C’è una spiaggia attrezzata proprio sotto la struttura. Vista mare spettacolare. Camere spaziose,pulite,nuove,situate al 6 piano. Comunicazione via whatsapp con il personale. Facile check out. La doccia di una delle stanze purtroppo si allagava. In un altro bagno invece c’era un forte odore di tubature per cui conveniva lasciare la porta del bagno aperta. La porta principale rimaneva sempre aperta per cui in corridoio volendo poteva entrare chiunque. Forse sarebbe meglio tenerla sempre chiusa e fornire la chiave solo ai residenti.

• Jennifer (8/5): Excellent location, super friendly staff, free parking is a bonus. - The employees were very very nice. The location was perfect. We booked because of the free parking. The view from the room is gorgeous. its in a good midpoint in the city. The room was very very sparse. I think there was one hanger. No extra linen / not enough for two people. The most difficult part was trying to hang things in the bathroom. I think there was one little hook. Brand new rooms. It just didnt feel homey. Could be if there were more small touches added. Extra blankets, pillows, hangers, towels. Also, be aware with parking.... It gets crazy busy on the weekends and random people will go in the parking garage and take your spot. It happed to us, but the staff was so so nice and let us park in front of the office.
• Olga M (9/5): - The hotel has an excellent location, right on the seafront promenade. It's not too far from the exit of the city towards the Ionian Sea. A major advantage is the private parking, as parking in the city is a real challenge. The room is spacious. The sea view was stunning. We had a room with a side view, but the sea was still impressively visible from the balcony. It’s worth noting that music from the promenade nightclubs can be heard until quite late. Only very basic amenities were provided — just one small bottle of shower gel-shampoo per person and no coffee or coffee-making supplies. There was a strong chemical air freshener smell both in the room and in the hallway, which could be an issue for guests with allergies or sensitivities. The bed came with just one sheet and one blanket for two people - it's not convenient. The sink was small and uncomfortable to use.

We went to the beach and bring a lot sands back, especially in our washing room, but next day when we come back, everything's as cleaning as the moment we check in! a little loud at night, because some bar under the building

• Alina (10/5): Absolutely amazing stay – would come again! 🙌🏻 - This place was reallyyyy cool! Location-wise, it couldn’t be better – it’s right on the promenade, so as soon as you step outside you’re surrounded by tons of bars and restaurants to choose from, all with super reasonable prices. There are also small supermarkets nearby, which was super convenient. The city center is a bit far if you want to explore more touristy spots, but local buses go there regularly (even though it’s a bit tricky to find info online). Luckily, the local people are so friendly and helpful – we had no problem figuring things out thanks to them. The beach right in front of the hotel was actually even nicer than we expected. Two sunbeds and an umbrella were just €5, and it was so convenient to just walk over from the hotel. Some nearby beach bars even offered free sunbeds in the evenings! We were also amazed by how many cheap and delicious breakfast options were around – especially compared to Austria! Now the room – wow. We had a super spacious one on the 6th floor with a balcony and the most breathtaking view. I’ve never stayed anywhere with sunsets like that – it felt magical every evening. The bathroom was modern and smartly designed (no flooding everywhere!), there was space for everything, a small fridge, and overall just great quality for the price. The staff was also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place – we’re even thinking of coming back next year! ☀️ If I had to mention one tiny downside, it would be the elevator – it’s quite slow and fits only 3 people at a time. Not a huge issue, but sometimes there was a bit of a wait, especially when families of 10 people were coming back from the beach. But to be fair, the building also has other apartments aside from the hotel, so it’s not really the hotel’s fault.
• Vetriolo (10/5): Ad andare via da Vlorë piange il cuore - La camera prenotata, vista mare, è tale e quale alla foto qui su booking. Mozzafiato. Presenta una vista spettacolare sul lungo mare di Vlore, con la possibilità di godere di bellissimi tramonti direttamente dal vetro della doccia a vista. Lo spazio della camera è molto ampio, c’è un frigo, un grande terrazzo con fili per stendere (consiglio mollette da portare) e il letto è comodissimo. Lo staff è accogliente, a disposizione su whatsapp; al nostro arrivo ci è stato spiegato tutto in modo dettagliato e ci tengono particolarmente alla pulizia e l’ordine della camera. La struttura si trova sul lungo mare, davanti dispone di un parcheggio ampio gratuito pubblico (noi abbiamo lasciato tranquillamente la macchina), ma hanno anche un parcheggio privato gratuito sotterraneo (per quello vi lasciano un telecomandino x la sbarra). La posizione è strategica: a pochi minuti di macchina troverete delle bellissime spiagge, con beach club (2 Lips, Vega, Vajana), ma proprio davanti all’hotel ci sono comunque spiagge super attrezzate. È a due passi da ogni comodità: market, ristoranti, exchange, porto (20 min), panetterie e soprattutto troverete dei bellissimi locali post cena (shisha, rooftop, musica dal vivo e serate musicali). La sera, dall’interno della stanza, si sente la musica dei locali, ma per noi non è stato fastidioso (anzi ci siamo divertiti comodamente dal terrazzo ballando). Per la colazione, visto che non è inclusa, non vi preoccupate perché sotto c’è il bar Elazaj che propone ottima caffetteria italiana oppure Happy Pizza (più international, per es. salata o pancake). Direttamente al piano terra dello stesso edificio troverete una chicca culinaria da non perdere, ristorante Joni! Consigliatissimo per le coppie. “Piccolezze”. Le luci della stanza sono molto soffuse, il bagno la sera è un po’ buio. Il 2º giorno siamo rimasti sprovvisti di carta igienica, ma sarà stata una dimenticanza.

• Oliver (10/5): Fantastischer Ausblick, komfortables Zimmer - Sehr geräumiges Zimmer im 6. Stock mit fantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer, sehr gute Betten und ein sehr schönes großes Badezimmer. Sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, angenehmes niveauvolles Publikum am Strand und auf der Promenade. Da es kein Hotel ist, gibt es auch keine Verpflegung. Aber jede Menge gute Adressen für alle Mahlzeiten. Es ist etwas schwierig die Unterkunft zu finden, da Google maps hier nicht zurechtkommt. Der Hoteleingang und das Schild befinden sich auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. Am besten man schaut nach dem sehr guten Restaurant Paradise Beach im gleichen Block und fährt dort die Straße rein. Dahinter dann auch ein großer Parkplatz, wo man bis zum Einchecken gut stehen kann. Später bekommt man sogar kostenlos einen guten Tiefgaragenplatz.

Ligt aan de grote promenade met veel restaurants waar je tevens heel lekker kunt eten en aan het strand met mooie strandbars. De ontvangst door de meisjes aan de receptie was ook heel hartelijk en vriendelijk. niets
