• Mireille (Sara) (8/5): Waar voor je geld! - Superdicht bij het strand en toch geen last van geluidsoverlast. Heerlijke regendouche en comfortabel bed. Het ontbijt was op de Boulevard dus niet in het hotel zelf. Eerste dag hadden we een beperkte menukaart voor het ontbijt…. De andere 2 ochtenden was er wel gewoon een uitgebreid buffet. Koffie in te schenken in mini expresso kopjes dus dat is een paar keer lopen. 😊

Okno przy ruchliwej ulicy - nie da się spać, okna nie wyciszone, słychać rozmowy ludzi którzy przechodzą ulica. Niewygodne poduszki- bardzo nabite nie da sie spac! Miły personel, lokalizacja

• krznar (7/5): - Sve je vrlo čisto, osoblje vrlo ljubazno. Sobe imaju jako lošu zvučnu izolaciju, u kupaoni se osjetio miris kanalizacije. Nedostajao je stolić na balkonu, stalak za sušenje rublja potrgan i hrđav. Doručak ne opravdava cijenu, jako siromašno, svaki dan je ponešto nedostajalo i sve je bilo vrlo hladno. Također osoblje restorana nije oduševljeno sa gostima iz hotela, te smo se osjećali nepoželjnima.

• furno (2/5): - La posizione Hotel situato alle spalle del lungomare, in un dedalo di stradine dove non si rispettano i segnali stradali. Entrare ed uscire dal parcheggio è una mission impossible. Prenotato una Suite Deluxe per 4 persone (due adulti e due bambini) all'apprenza bella e pulita. Al nostro arrivo i due letti aggiuntivi erano un divano e una poltrona e mancavano le lenzuola. Alla nostra richiesta per i letti, la giovane addetta alla reception ci apriva la poltrona e il divano. Successivamente ci hanno portato un lenzuolo per ogni "letto". Abbiamo dovuto preparare i due "letti". Prima coppia di lenzuola sporche. Richiesta di cambio. Ci arriva un nuovo lenzuolo. Sporco. Richiesta di cambio. Ci arriva un lenzuolo umido tendente al bagnato. Richiesta di cambio. Ci arriva un lenzuolo sporco con una macchia di colore rosso tendente al marrone. Richiesta di cambio. Ci arriva finalmente un lenzuolo decente. E siamo riusciti a fare il "letto". Il set di asciugami erano per due persone e non per 4. Al nostro risveglio spostando le tende è comparso un calzino bianco di altri ospiti precedenti. Il terrazzo della stanza, molto grande, ma molto sporco, con uno stendino vecchio e arrugginito. Colazione in un ristorante a 50 metri. Discreta, dove paghi a parte caffè e cappuccino. Esperienza terrificante

• Kaiser Frantz (9/5): - A hotel nagyon rendezett, tiszta, szinte új. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a személyzet kedves, parkoló az utcán van,de közvetlen a hotel bejárata előtt. A strand az út túloldalán. A második sorban van a tengertől, kellőképp nyugodt. A reggeli a közeli étteremben van, egész nagy választékkal. Éttermek és bazárok a közvetlen közelben. A hotelt csak ajánlani tudjuk. A ruhaszárító cserére érett, rozsdás egy picit,emiatt a törölközők és a fürdőnadrágok is rozsdafoltosak lesznek. A felső szobából az egyik légkondi kivezető csövéből a kondenzvíz az erkélyünkre csepegett, folyamatosan víz volt az erkélyen. Ezt a két hiányosságot javítva minden tökéletes lehet 🙂

La chambre est belle Parking gratuit sur place pratique Déjeuner correct et bon mais toujours la même chose Parking et hotel pas facile à trouver car dans une rue étroite. La chambre est bien mais étroite pour un long séjour (peu de places pour ranger les vêtements, les valises doivent être laissées par terre). Le déjeuner n'est pas dans l'hôtel mais dans un restaurent proche (2min à pied). Petit déjeuner continental , pas de spécialités locales.. Tous les jours la même chose , juste du café espresso proposé comme boisson chaude. Les aliments censés être chauds sont tièdes.

• Peter (8/5): Zimmer top, Frühstück Flop - Zimmer waren zwar nicht groß und es gab auch keinen Kleiderschrank, aber das Bad war super mit sehr großer Dusche mit Glasschiebetür. Das Frühstück wurde an ein Restaurant in der ersten Reihe serviert. Das Personal dort hatte keine Lust und wir mussten lange auf immer das gleiche warten. Kaffee war nicht zu genießen, gegen Zuzahlung gab es einen guten Americano.

The breakfast that was served in a partner restaurant, was really disappointing. We felt as if we were annoying the waiter just by going there and the food choice was poor.

Questa è stata per noi determinante sul giudizio complessivo, poiché la convenzione che hanno con il ristorante per la colazione ha poca scelta e non è la tipica colazione albanese e non offre varietà.

• Andreas (7/5): Nettes Hotel in zweiter Reihe der Strandpromenade von Vlora - Sauberes, kleines Hotel in zweiter Reihe der Strandpromenade von Vlora. Modern eingerichtet, mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Essensmöglichkeiten und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück gibt es nicht im Haus, sondern ein paar Häuser weiter. Das Hotel liegt in einer engen Straße, was es mit Auto etwas herausfordernd macht.

• Ganna (8/5): Nice stay - Great hotel, very clean, new and cozy. Comfortable bed, great big bathroom. I loved location, it's front of the sea. The staff is so pleasant and polite. I would stay there again for sure! It was out of season when I stayed at hotel, so they work in limited service. There was kettle at room, but no cups, coffee or tea. I had to ask staff to bring it. They promised to bring, but didn't do. Also I didn't like breakfast. It was served in nearby restaurant and for hotel guests they made short menu from cheapest meals (otherwise normal menu is nice and full). Breakfast was not satisfied at all. They served dry bread and one (!) piece of cheese with omlette. Such a shame for rated restaurant.

• Mathias (8/5): Nice hotel in a village that I should have better skipped - The hotel is quite new. I was received by some young staff members who were very friendly. One accompanied me in the parking below the building. Since I insisted on a quiet room, and the receptionist was not sure whether the construction in front of my room would be disturbing, he gave me an upgrade on the next floor which was very good and spacious. I cant remember everything but I was quite content with everything. I think the bathrom was not super practical. I did not like the town, it was beginning of September on a Saturday but it was totally dead and I didnt find any nice place to enjoy as single traveller and connect with people.

• Philipp (5/5): Frühstück in der Nebensaison schlecht und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten nicht vorhanden - Die Lage ist in Ordnung, 5 Minuten zum Strand und zu den Restaurants nach vorne Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, da auch laut Beschreibung Kartenzahlung möglich ist. Nachdem das Gerät des Hotels gesponnen hat, wurde uns gesagt, wir müssen Bar zahlen. Dies wollten wir aufgrund der hohen Spesen an den Bankomaten vermeiden. Es wurde keine Alternative gesucht, man wurde auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet, vielleicht klappt die Bezahlung per Karte ja an dem Tag. Am nächsten Tag haben wir schlussendlich über eine halbe Stunde wartend in der Lobby verbracht, bis das Gerät endlich wieder zum Laufen gebracht wurde. Daraufhin wurde sich halbherzig bei uns entschuldigt, nachdem man uns davor nur ungut und mit einem unangenehmen Ton zur Barzahlung drängen wollte. Außerdem gilt es zu beachten, dass das angepriesene Frühstücksbuffet anscheinend nur in der Hauptsaison angeboten wird. Ende Oktober konnte man genau ein Gericht von der sehr beschränkten Karte bestellen (als Beispiel: ein Müsli, oder ein Croissant, oder 3 kleine Pancakes, etc...) dazu kann man sich entweder einen Kaffee, Tee, Saft oder Wasser bestellen, aber wirklich nur eines davon. Das war den Preis definitiv nicht wert und wurde so auch nicht angekündigt.

• Sebastian (7/5): Hotel is super nice and clean, breakfast not so good. - Hotel is super nice and clean, it has his own parking and location is super good, located exactly near the main street Breakfast is quite terrible, not a lot of thing to eat, mostly cold thing and croissants. Breakfast is served in a partner restaurant (hotel doesn't have his own restaurant, it use to have in 2022 but it was sold). When you go to restaurant for the breakfast, you feel like an intruder, waiters are very rude and they don't care about you if you come from the hotel. For breakfast you get only 1 small espresso, all other drinks should be paid and you wait 10-15 min to get served with coffee. Breakfast do not reflect at all a 4 stars hotels.
• Marius (7/5): Great location, very poor breakfast - I used this hotel for the second year in a row. The location is very good, close to the beach and the restaurants on the seafront. The rooms are large and clean, each with a balcony. The air conditioner worked at its maximum during a period when the outside temperature was on average 35 degrees Celsius Unlike the last year, in the rooms (at least those on the ground floor) there is a musty smell that you can also find in the underground parking lot. The restaurant where you can serve breakfast has changed, in a not very good way. The breakfast was very poor, you can't even serve free coffee (you only have the right to a very short expresso). Unfortunately, the hotel also had a security breach in the booking messaging system and someone hacked me for 700 EURO. The people at the hotel did not offer any kind of support in this case, moreover they did not want to receive us in the hotel if we did not pay in advance. The ladies at the reception do not speak English very well.
• Marius (9/5): Superb - The hotel looks new, everything is very clean and the staff is very kind. The rooms are quite small but very nice. The hotel has underground parking. The reception staff is very kind and nice. The WiFi network works great. There is no wardrobe in the room where you can put your clothes or bags. Breakfast quite poor for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is located behind the first row of hotels on the seafront, but it is very close to the beach and restaurants in the area.

• Fatme (10/5): - Τελευταία λέξη της τεχνολογίας. Κοντά σε όλα. Δεν έχει θεα αλλά είναι δέκα βήματα από το Lungo Mare με τα πόδια. Πεντακάθαρο και πολυ όμορφη διακόσμηση. Τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν εκεί ευγενέστατα!

Et la communication avec son personnel n’est pas évidente surtout quand il s’agit du café qui n’est pas inclus( sauf espresso) Travaux juste à côté, des fois ça peut démarrer le matin très tôt.
