Ho frequentato numerosi hotel rigorosamente da 4 stelle in su in tutta l’Albania e posso dire che tale hotel è veramente degno di essere definito tale. Tutti i dettagli sono curati tutto è proporzionato al servizio offerto. Set di cortesia perfetro, stanza ampia, spaziosa, comoda , moderna e con vista. Struttura nuova, personale davvero gentile e colazione veramente veramente top. Una colazione preparata sul momento di qualità ottima. La Spa da migliorare, piscina inattiva e bagno turco non funzionante.

• Yolanda (9/5): Un hotel genial - Esta muy bien ubicado. En el paseo maritimo pero a la vez cerquita del centro no como otros hoteles en los que sólo tienes alrededor hoteles y restaurantes. Se cena muy bien y el hotel es muy bonito. La habitación luminosa y muy cómoda.

• Philippe Nathan (4/5): Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert, sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus, ist aber nur Fassade. - Empfang, Essbereich und Bar sehr schön eingerichtet. Zentral gelegen, viele Shopping- und Essmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung. Gut aufgefüllter Kühlschrank, bequeme Betten und guter Zimmerservice. Empfang wenig herzlich, keine Informationen zum Hotel, Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Hotel hat keinen dazugehörenden Strandabschnitt. Frühstück eher mager, wenig bis gar keine Abwechslung. Es wurde nicht nach Getränken gefragt, wir mussten Kaffee an der Baar bestellen. Personal wenig motiviert und unfreundlich, unnahbar, wenig gastfreundlich. Zimmer: Regendusche hat soweit gespritzt, dass es ausserhalb der Dusche Nass wurde. Beim Bett war den Boden defekt, und die Nachtischlampen gingen nicht. Der Fernseher war nur Dekoration, hat nicht funktioniert, die Fernbedienung suchte man vergebens. Der Wasserkocher "lebte", heisst innen war er völlig vergraut hatte Schimmel. Tee oder Kaffee im Zimmer suchte man vergebens, was man bei einem 4-Stern Hotel eigentlich immer hat. Gastfreundschaft ist anders, die Mitarbeiter sind unnahbar und wenig zuvorkommend. Der SPA-Bereich ist nicht fertiggestellt, wir konnten diesen nicht nutzen.

• Albin (7/5): - It was a nice hotel, personal was nice, we stayed 2 nights, but in the second day they asked us to change the room, we accepted but the room was not ready we waited 1h:30 min , when you have 2 days holiday a short holiday, every minute is valuable , they asked us to change the room for a bigger group of people ,we accepted it but got a smaller room , normaly when you help someone you will get something back in return, they needed the room what we were staying it was for 3 people, And the breakfast was not so big it was small and not very tasty Parking situation when you go with a big car it is a bit problem

• Nacera (10/5): - Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans cet hôtel à Vlore et l’expérience a été très bonne. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, le petit-déjeuner est varié, copieux et de très bonne qualité. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables, rien à redire sur la propreté. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, proche de la grande esplanade. Seul petit bémol : nous avions demandé à l’avance un lit bébé pour notre fille, mais celui-ci n’a pas été installé malgré notre demande à la réception. Heureusement, il y avait un canapé dans la chambre où elle a pu dormir. Ce détail mis à part, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel.

• Діброва (6/5): - In total, the hotel was great, the room was comfortable and the location was perfect, the staff was helpful too. I also enjoyed breakfast, and an amazing see view. But there were some problems with Wi-Fi, it was very poor and unstable, and we stayed at the first floor of the hotel and sometimes it was quite noisy. It was a bit inconvenient, but overall the stay was still enjoyable.

A bit pricey though. - Location and bed in the suite but not in the regular room (upgraded with extra pay on the 2nd day) Shower head was not operational and the breakfast opitons were limited (previously stayed there). Hotel does not have its own beach and sunbeds.

• Heidi (6/5): A fine stay - The property had a good restaurant, our room had a lovely balcony (worth getting the sea view) and the breakfast buffet was great There were a few things about the property that I was a bit upset about. First was that there is no private beach, as advertised. That was something we had been looking forward to and a big reason we booked the place so we were disappointed about that. Additionally we had ants in our room one night (we were on the top floor and didn't have food that would attract them). And in the morning at breakfast it was somewhat difficult to get a coffee.

Het personeel was erg terughoudend, zat veel op de telefoon en maakte niet echt contact. Voor een luxe hotel zou je dat iets meer verwachten. De bedden waren ook erg hard, dat is iets waar wij minder van houden.

Appena siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato le lenzuola del letto singolo sporche, abbiamo quindi richiesto il cambio. La presa elettrica in terrazza era aperta e penzolava con i cavi scoperti, il soggiorno era con una bambina e, ovviamente, era pericolosissimo. La parete del bagno e le tende erano sporche, in doccia c’era la muffa. Abbiamo richiesto l’intervento del personale e, a parte ovviamente le tende, le segnalazioni sono state tutte sistemate. Diciamo che da un 4 stelle non ti aspetti un servizio così scadente. La colazione era buona per gli standard albanesi. Camera molto piccola. Abbiamo prenotato una tripla, ma era stretta anche come doppia

We hebben zelf naar de spa moeten vragen en de tijden van het ontbijt. S’ochtend aan de bar onze koffie besteld. Er ontbrak servies bij het buffet. Allemaal kleine puntjes maar de service kan net iets beter. Het pand daarentegen is prachtig. Het Turks stoombad was buiten werking.

We had to ask for a second blanket three times over the course of two days until it arrived and in the room on the glass wall between the bathroom and the rest were very visible fingerprints (which were not from us) during the whole stay.

Enjoyed the spa, was disappointed we only got to try the breakfast which was very nice. • Martin (9/5): - Opravdu skvělé a výjimečná snídaně. Byla opravdu neobvykle pestrá a především vše bylo velmi chutné. Byl jsem 3 dny a přesto, že byl švédský stůl velmi bohatý, mezi dny se dokonce drobně měnil. Což bylo velmi příjemné. Všechny dny nám pršelo a tak velmi mile potěšila opravdu velká zásoba deštníků, které si hosté mohli zapůjčit. Nebyl problém

But the highlight was definitely the amazing location, with a breathtaking sea view that we’ll never forget. Highly recommended!

• erida (5/5): - just location The cleanness is poor, linning were not clean, toilet neither. The breakfast is good but it depends on the mood of who is serving you. So worthless to pay that amount of Money. Oh BTW, the spa is a box underground that u can't smell other thing than just Clorin.
