• Marisa (8/5): Perfect location and excellent hospitality! - Daniela made our stay wonderful—she went out of her way to help us with luggage, booking a taxi, showing me how to use the espresso machine at breakfast, even referring me to her nail tech! She’s a gem! The location of the hotel is excellent and can’t be beat. Breakfast was varied; pretty much something for everyone, unless you are a vegan Celiac. Room was clean and spacious. I didn’t love the shower or the lack of a bidet, and our room often got stuffy if we didn’t leave the window open. I also didn’t realize there is no elevator so lugging all our luggage up and down the stairs was a pain. Last, we were charged 1000 Lek because we accidentally lost our room key and needed a replacement. This seems rather expensive for a piece of plastic.
• JORIDA (9/5): Hotel moderno e pulito, in posizione perfetta. - La posizione dell'hotel era ottima e comoda per tutti gli spostamenti, le camere erano pulite e molto confortevoli, oltre che molto moderne,ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Alcuni dei prodotti serviti non mi sono piaciuti affatto: il pane non era fresco, l'insalata sembrava essere stata tagliata ore prima, se non addirittura il giorno prima, e le altre verdure erano visibilmente secche e non tagliate al mattino. Il servizio al mattino non è stato buono. Ho chiesto un caffè 10 minuti prima delle 8:00, orario di inizio del servizio, ma la risposta è stata molto scortese. Poi, la stessa persona, appena uscita con le valigie per metterle in macchina e prendere un caffè fuori dall'hotel, è entrata nella stanza spaventando a morte la persona che stava dormendo, entrando senza che io avessi ancora fatto il check-out e traumatizzandola. Una cosa che non mi era mai successa prima: il personale è entrato nella stanza senza uscire. Il servizio di questa ragazza non mi ha per niente soddisfatto in questo hotel.

• Tamaz Balog (9/5): - A szálloda bejárati része szűkös, és lépcsőn kell felmenni az emeltre, ahol a szobák vannak. A szobák igényesek, tágasak, bár az egyikben nem működött a hajszárító, egyébként mindent rendben találtunk. A reggeli remek, és a személyzet nagyon segítőkész volt (egy hajótúrát segítettek utolsó pillanatban megszervezni úgy, hogy még a kedvünkért később is indult a hajó) Tényleg rugalmasak és segítőkészek voltak, nagyon köszönjük! A hotel közvetlen környezete inkább lakónegyed, a tengerparti sétány pár perces sétával megközelíthető. Parkolni a mélygarázsban lehet, aminek a kivitelezése még valószínűleg folyamatban van.

Děti běhaly po chodbě a nikdo jim nic neřekl. Takže jsme byli vzhůru už od 7. Chtělo by to více zaizolovat místnost na snídaně.

Frühstück war ok für den Übernachungspreis, den wir bezahlt haben. Zuerst hatten wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen, das wir gebucht hatten. Aber aufgrund unserer sofortigen Reklamation bekamen wir dann das richtige.

Parcheggio sotterraneo comodo. Posizione dell'Hotel comodissima al centro ed a tutti i servizi. L'erogatore della Doccia della camera 112 era difettoso e spruzzava l'acqua di lato anzichè in giù.

• Nkiru Tracy (7/5): Generally, a pleasant stay! - It was a comfortable stay, within the centre of the city so easy to reach everywhere, room was nice and clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were also not noisy at night, which was very good. Generally a good stay! The shower heads in the bathroom need descaling, so it flows better. Also, breakfast was nice and tasty, but it became monotonous after a few days and couldn't keep eating the same meal- so maybe switch it up a little.

Filtry w klimatyzacji trzeba czyścić bo je czuć.

The hotel is well-located within walking distance of the city center and the start of the lungomare, making it easy to explore the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good and included, and free Wi-Fi and parking were nice added benefits. A solid choice for a relaxing visit to Vlore!

• Francisco Jose (8/5): Alojamiento cálido y bien ubicado - Habitación amplia y moderna, al igual que cómoda. La atención recibida por las recepcionistas fue perfecta. Ubicación muy buena, cercana a la playa y a un paseo de todo tipo de comercios, restaurantes y lugares de interés de la ciudad. Tienen parking privado por habitación. Una de las toallas estaba manchada como de sangre, algo difícil de eliminar en los lavados. Hubo ruidos y voces de otros huéspedes hasta bien entrada la noche, pero sin problema hablé con ellos y dejaron de hacer ruido.
