• محمد (5/5): كانت اقامه بصرحه دون المستوى وغير مرضيه - اولا نظافه الغرف ليست جيده وريحه الدخان فيهاا وريحه الدخان بجميع الممرات والاغطيه فيها ريحه ومستخدمه من قبل وهذا غير جيد وغير صحي للاغاية الافطار كان لم ولم ولم يكون تحت مخيلتي طلبت من الموظف بصنع لي بيض مقلي فاحضره والله ني وكله يسيل مثل الما هذا ليس نص خمده هذا بدون خمده للاسف الشديد

• Faisal Qamar (7/5): Overall, a good stay—would return if the kitchen improves - The room was good, cleanliness was fine, and the staff’s behavior was also satisfactory. The toilets were clean as well. Overall, I didn’t face any major issues regarding the room or the ambience. The location was good, but there were no small hotels, baqalas, or local cafeterias nearby, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast wasn’t very impressive—some items were not good at all. I really missed having karak tea. When the brown bread finished, the waiter said I’d have to wait 5 minutes because the kitchen had run out. I also asked for an omelette, but even after 10 minutes, no one came, so I just went back to my room. The kitchen service definitely needs improvement. The room itself was fine, no major issues, except the electric kettle was not working, so I couldn’t make tea.
