- Muhammad (3/5): Over priced, just basic service, no commute since its quite outer city industrial area - Its close to industrial area Its very far from main city, you will get much better option within city for cheaper prices. For location and services it provide, its quite over priced. You dont get Uber Careem or even Taxis around the hotel.

- Naif (7/5): Fair - The Sudani receptionist is a helpful and professional gentleman Unfortunately locals need customers service training , they are busy most of the time with there phones and barely responding to customers. The external location is very dusty due to heavy trucks continuous movements , they can’t do anything about it, coffee machine is always broken.

- Raouf (6/5): - شكرا طاقم الاستقبال على التطور الجميل في الاداء والمعاملة ،شباب يجيدون التعامل ومتواجدين باستمرار على عكس السبق فقد كنت عميلا دائم التردد على الفندق للاسف مستوى النظافة بيقل عن السابق حالة الملايات والفوط غير ادمية الاشخاص المسولين عن النظافة غير قادرين على انهاء اعادة تنظيف الغرف يوميا وينتظرون عودتك حتى يتم انهائها وهو غير منطقي المطعم اخنلف كتير
