• Caitlin (1/5): Photos deceiving. Room disgusting. Location your worst nightmare. - It has potential. Pictures are so deceiving. My husband and I wanted to have a little getaway here. But we ended up leaving 3 hours after checking in. Almost everything was broken, stained or dirty or all of the above. Even the suburb was… uncomfortable. No one spoke English and they stared at you as if you aren’t welcome there. The staff were ok though not friendly not particularly rude.

• Paige (1/5): - There was no parking, didn’t look anything like the photos on booking.com. Booked a superior queen room and we DID NOT get what we booked. No disabled accessibility which makes it hard for people who are disabled and book there and for people with babies and prams which we are one. We literally carried our pram up and down stairs. The room was not clean to what a hotel room is supposed to be. Broken cupboards in the bedroom and bathroom, no bin, no fridge and there were cockroaches in the room as well. Very disappointed and will not be booking there again.

• Bill (9/5): - This is perfect for an overnight stay. Even though a street festival was going into the early morning, my room was quiet as. and comfortable and clean. There was no desk or chair in my room, but there were communal areas. The TV was above the head of the bed. Not that I had any intention of watching TV.

The photos and reality of the room I received was not what I originally expected it was filthy to put it simple.

• Alex (2/5): Would not stay again - Looked absolutely nothing like the photos. Tv remote was broken in 1/2, stains literally everywhere on walls and floor, both chairs in room were taped together, they started vacuuming the hall at 630AM. Only reason I didn’t leave is because I got there late

• Christian (4/5): it’s okay for a night but for what i got its should be cheaper. - it’s was perfect for a one night stay, the shower had good pressure and was spacious. there was a tv and aircon/heating. the bin in my room wasn’t changed. the window didn’t lock and there was a roof right in from of it so felt a little unsafe. the mini fridge wasn’t plugged in and it had a horrible smell.

Toilets had poo everywhere on the seats. Stairs to accommodation kept squeaking and was dirty. Rooms looked like a prison cell. Everything was rusty and dusty. Broken furniture and dirty lounge area. Laundry looked like a dumpster. Room walls had holes in it and shower vent cover was missing. Everything was just disgusting in that place. Guy was vaping in accommodation lounge so that's all you could smell through the hallways. Would rate 0 or even minus if I could

Not so clean, even house keepers not come for cleaning, showing pictures big room but given very small rooms, blanket very old broken & dirty, cupboard & wall broken.

• Donna (8/5): Very good - I was up graded to another room by management. The room was clean with private bathroom. The Hotel was part of a local Bar so wasn't really keen to but had already paid so had no choice. I needed some where cheap close to the Airport for early flight

Upon check in and once taken to our room we were told we had been booked in a single bed room when we had booked for a queen room for 2 people. Once the hotel then knew we had 2 people they told us they had no other rooms and blamed booking.com for the room mess up. They then did not bring up any more towels and we only had 1 towel in the room

The facilities in the room were good and f at o was the location close to everything shops supermarket and public transport. The cold water tap in room 6 needs to fixed before the tap falls on off the cold water tap and onto the floor. The carpet was filthy with dirt marks on it from a workmen staying there who had filthy boots . Carpet needs replacing in the room for the amount of money you pay for a single room .

• Cindy (1/5): Bad - Nothing This hotel is without doubt the filthiest Hotel I have ever had to stay in. Booking.com you should not be promoting it! I will attach photos of the kitchen area which is foul and disgusting. When I asked about it I was told that no matter what they did it was always left in that same state. It is a health and safety issue and needs to be reported to the Australian authorities. The carpet is covered in dirt and grime and there are places where people had obviously thrown up and no-one has bothered to cleanse it. When I walked into my room there was a used towel left in the bathroom. There is limited Wi-Fi available which nobody told about so I lost connection halfway through my stay which was of great concern. The area itself is the back of beyond. It cost me nearly $90 to get there. I managed to find one small Cafe where I could get a coffee and a pastry from an assortment of six with no other food available. The whole area is very middle eastern with very little English spoken

Sports bar vibe was awesome with great draft beer. Free parking in Sydney is a bonus. Photos on the web not indicative of the room we received, even though it was clean and well stocked with the communal kitchen.

• Tanks (4/5): Manager is a lovely man with a great business. I think he just needs some new staff. - The main manager was a very lovely helpful and understanding person. He made the stay feel a lot more comfortable. The bar staff were however very rude. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, there were still dirty used shampoo bottles in the shower and the floor was wet when we entered. Leaving me and my partner saw the cleaner guy taking a nap in the hallway on the dirty floor instead of cleaning.

I asked to change the room but they said no other rooms were available and no one could come to fix the toilet. and instead, I could use the toilet inside the bar downstairs. I stayed one night without being able to use the toilet. It doesn't make sense.
