• Tamas (5/5): Host is nice, the place itself is weird. - It was ok for one night at this price. Loud people in the room next door, fine for smoking is 200Euros, they still smoked inside. Bathroom is really old and creepy.

• Lennart (6/5): Betydligt bättre än vad en del tveksamma recensioner på Google visar. - Behöver du ett rum med en skön säng en natt eller två så är det här stället ett bra alternativ ! Finns ett kylskåp man kan använda för sin frukost och en bra balkong.

• Marko (8/5): Going to the same hotel next time, all good - Friendly staff, restaurants and shopping possibilities nearby, access to public transport, affordable room prices, and clean (but old) rooms. Staff was able to organise parking with short notice and prepared coffee for us in the morning. Late checkout possible. Parking options are limited in the area, no breakfast (we didn’t ask either for one), building and rooms are old.

• Valentin-marius (5/5): good enough for all intent and purposes with poor value for money ratio. - Quiet neighbourhood. Cozy. Clean air. Close to the place I needed to go. TV didn't work. Staff didn't know/want how to fix it. Staff didn't speak english at all so communication was rather limited to body language, gesturing, common words and numbers. Furniture (armchairs) was old and not all that comfortable but acceptable. Lamps had cracks in some of the glass. Lighting was poor. No place where to hang your towel in the bathroom. Bathroom faucet sprinkled instead of normal pouring so you had to keep it on a low setting. Room was clean though. For the same money spent I could have gone to a city center hotel with way better facilities and still get to that part of town in time thanks to an excellent public transportation i.e. subway system. It would have been acceptable for say 150 Euros (4 nights - city tax included ) tops and that with max leniency, but definitely not the 293 I paid. Anyway, with some investments done to the property it could be quite good but as it stands not so much, at least not for the kind of money they're asking.
• Jakub (9/5): Comfy chill place for a good price with friendly staff - The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Clean room and they even helped with the baggage which wasnt really necessary but was nice. They gave us a fair price for parking for 3 days. They didnt speak english so that complicated things a little but we managed in polish since its fairly similar. We were told they understand ukrainian, russian, slovakian fairly well too. I think for anyone not speaking a similar language it might be good to have some translation app prepared. I wouldnt say i didnt like that, it was simply a small extra hurdle but we managed without problem. I d say maybe the travel distance from the hotel to pragues city center is a bit far by foot but Prague has an excellent metro system which takes you through the middle of the city and the metro station is just max 10min walk from the hotel. Also you can easily rent a bike or scooter in prague so not a real problem either

Staff was nice, bed was confortable and there were not noise outside. It was hard to understand what was the real entrance, and we were expecting that the two rooms were close and communicating, but they were far.

• Jay (7/5): Pretty good overall - The place felt clean, and the bathroom was cleaned well. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. The bed was comfortable enough for the price. Location was not my favorite but it’s okay for the price. The price goes up a lot on the weekend though so I could stay much longer. It was a bummer I couldn’t use the reception area because i would have liked to work in my computer down there, but it was always closed.

• Diogo (4/5): Friendly staff and a good location, but poor cleanliness and privacy issues marred the experience. - Staff: The staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive, which made my stay very enjoyable. Location: The location of the accommodation was excellent, being near the metro station allowed easy access to various parts of the city. Room Cleanliness: The room was poorly cleaned, with noticeable spiderwebs and a general lack of thorough cleaning. It seemed like only the most visible areas were attended to, without much attention to deeper cleaning needs. Noise Levels: The accommodation was not quiet, making it difficult to relax or sleep well. Noise from other guests was audible at almost all times. Shared Bathroom Conditions: The shared bathroom facilities were not maintained well. They were often dirty, with spiderwebs visible, and there were occasions when essential supplies like toilet paper were missing. Shower Privacy and Cleanliness: The shower areas lacked privacy, with no option to lock the doors, and the cleanliness was not up to standard, which made it uncomfortable to use.

• Usersample (8/5): Room on itself was good with some crucial things missing for a longer stay - Quite alot of space, separate bathroom and a bath. There where some crucial things missing, -Like a water extractor in the bathroom -spare sheets for the bed (with a 8 night stay) -spare towels (again for an 8 night stay) -possibly a refrigerator? (Since there was no breakfast) There was also alot of dust on the floor and some furniture.

It is like private house not hotel and the man in reception told me if you want someone to open the door for you you should go five star hotel. The room, bed sheets and the towels was not clean I do'nt recommed it.

Man was open to help me with anything I needed and helped mi with all my questions about neighborhood and traveling in city. All place is filthy dirty. 1. Shower and toilet are on the hall. That was surprise I didn't expect and I didn't saw no information on booking regarding this. 2. Toilets was filthy dirty. One had dried piss drops on toilet desk, second has desk too small and was sliding on sides all the time. 3. Out of 4 shower only 2 were functioning. One of witch had problems with shower head. 4. I genuinely was too afraid to go to shower barefoot, so I rather bought slippers and get shower in them. 5. handle from main entrance was falling down. 6. room smelled really bad 7. You hear every word from other rooms or hall

• Anonymous (1/5): -1/terrible - Absolutely Nothing If you want to waste your money you came to the rightest place . Literally had no staff and nothing . Everything was as it seems like no one ever did cleaning . We tried to ring or talk to the manager but had absolutely no luck or whatsoever. It was like they got the money and disappeared. We came first day later than the check in time even though i wrote them mentioning we will be late due to transportation we got rejected and had to find another place which it was so stressful then wanted to speak about the night we didn’t use so we could save our first night but had no contact or anything to be able to see the manager .

• Вотава (1/5): Bad - from the first minute of Check-in, I had very big problems, I was informed that the parking lot was given to other people yesterday literally yesterday, although I ordered the parking lot for Sunday, then in the morning when you need to go to the toilet, get ready, you need to stand in line because there are four numbers for one toilet and one shower, so that's a choice
• Suneha (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious room and quiet area. The check in is quite late at 3pm. We wanted to store our bags and the property owners didnt even let us in saying that we should come back at the check in time and slamming the door in front of us. this could have been conveyed politely. the wifi is extremely poor. don’t even bother trying to communicate at the reception because no body is present there except for checking you in. Overall, not recommended.

• Martygee (3/5): Poor - The hotel let us in for early check-in. The hotel guy is good and he can speak English. He let us borrow some glass so that we can drink water. The toilet and bathroom are shared. No one is cleaning them so good luck flushing someone's poop. Also, the bathroom has no lock. The location is far from the city and It's a hot room since it's summer.

• Nesisa (4/5): below everage, good for an overnight stay - the room was big the cleaning was never done, towels were never changed, the bin was never cleaned from the previous person so the whole room smelt bad. the window seals had so much dust and dead cockroaches. the bathrooms were cleaned only once since arriving, in four days. very unhygienic. no one came to clean my room or atleast provide cleaning supplies for me to do it myself. it definitely wasn’t a good experience
