It is in siam square. 2 mins from BTS, siam paragon, siam center. 15 mins walk through skywalk to Central world. Platinum mall also walkable if you like walking else take tuktuk. Many amazing thai massage parlours next door for facial, hair spa, foot massage etc etc. All the amazing food courts and restaurants in Siam malls are 2 to 3 mins. Nothing, everything is good.

- anat (9/5): A clean, modern, and perfectly located hotel in the heart of everything, with peaceful rooms, wonder - The last hotel we would love to warmly recommend is Novotel. It was the final stop of our vacation in Thailand, and it was exactly the right place to end the trip - pleasant, comfortable, central, welcoming, and a perfect sweet goodbye to Thailand. We were lucky to stay in a renovated, modern, and very comfortable room, thanks to the lovely staff who noticed that my husband was celebrating his birthday and kindly made the experience even more special for us. This thoughtful gesture made us very happy and added a warm and personal touch to our stay. The hotel itself is clean, well organized, and perfectly located - so close to everything. On one hand, you really feel that you are staying right in the heart of everything, close to the city, restaurants, shopping, and all the wonderful energy around. On the other hand, inside the hotel and in the rooms, there is still a sense of quiet, order, and calm. One of the things I especially enjoyed was simply looking out from our room at the lively city below. It felt like a beautiful way to end the journey - standing quietly for a moment, looking outside, and taking in a little more of Thailand before going back home. We had a wonderful experience and are very grateful to the staff for their warm attitude, excellent service, and the lovely way they helped us end our vacation on such a good note.

Staffs are very welcoming, well served by Ger, Beauty, Mint and all the great staffs at Premier Lounge. Location is nice enough, but I got a bit lost at first finding my way from the BTS. Room was quite unpolished. Discoloured floor (pictured). Little things like chipped paint around the walls, wardrobe make the room feel ugly. Feels like the room is in desperate need of a renovation. Quite disappointing state of the room considering the price of the hotel.

There is a gap in the shower door that allows water to leak onto the floor outside the shower area. Additionally, the bathroom and closet doors are somewhat heavy. I would also like to commend Ms. Olee in the dining hall. She interacts with customers in a highly professional and courteous manner and consistently provides excellent service.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Siam Square, with shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport just steps away. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to relax after a busy day in Bangkok. A special thank you goes to Mr. Toy, who took great care of us throughout our stay. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable โ for which we are very grateful. His kindness and professionalism made a real difference. - AdityaG2411 (8/5): Good Stay with limited options for Vegetarians! - I travelled with my family and stayed at Novotel Bangkok, Siam Square! The hotel is conveniently located and close to both Siam paragon and Siam Square Malls. The manager, Mr. Potae was present during our check-in and ensured that the entire process was very smooth. The room was comfortable and sleep quality was good. However, there is elevator work going on in the hotel during daytime hours, which makes a little noisy. Furthermore, the breakfast variety is limited for vegetarians & some of the Indian food is not prepared in-house! Since the hotel is located close to the malls and the Sky Train station, it is convenient for travel to different places through all transport modes with grab/ bolt taxis, tuktuks and metro all available easily. A good stay with limited meal options!
