• Allison (10/5): Exceptional hotel in every way. - The location is incredible. Based in the old town so authentic and amongst local Thai residents, and not dodgy as someone previously mentioned. I travelled solo and had no concerns. 20 mins to The Grand palace, 5 mins to the underground station and one stop to the restaurants in China town which is open 24 hrs. Exceptionally clean, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Thank you! Would definitely come again 😊

• Harpreet (4/5): It was an ok stay I think staff could have been slightly more accommodating to requests such as two key cards however it - We liked the location in terms of proximity to key attractions in Bangkok We were only given one key per room and unfortunately this meant the ac was switched off when leaving the room because you need the key card to get into the building. We found two rooms we had extremely hot until at least an hour or so it began to cool down. Staff were helpful however we did have to carry our own suitcases up two flight of stairs due to lack of lift.

We were back in Bangkok for one last night at the end of our trip, and we didn’t want to stay anywhere else! We will definitely be back!! Everything is great

• Deborah Fariñas (5/5): Acceptable - I stayed here at the end of february for 3 nights with my partner. Bedroom It looked exactly like the photos from the booking platform. It was confortable, and looked pretty new. We were pretty happy with it. Service They were very helpful and attentive. Our flight landed very early in the morning, and they made sure to be there so that we could store our suitcases. During the check-in, the receptionist shared with us some recommendations too. They also offered free bottled water in multiple occasions. We got a message when the room was ready (a couple of hours before the official check in time), and we found our suitcases already in the bedroom so we didnt have to carry them up the stairs. Location It is very convenient if the plan is sightseeing, visiting temples, the palace, china town, etcetera. - They only provided a towel per person. The was no handtowel in the bedroom at all. Initially, I thought it might be how hotels usually handle towels in Thailand, but we stayed at 4 other hotels of a similar category and price (one of them in Bangkok too) and in all cases we got more than one towel per person (at least one big towel per person, plus a handtowel). With the humidity in Bangkok, it was an inconvenience to re-use the same towel for everything because we would shower at night, and would still be wet in the morning when we woke up. - There is a construction site next to the hotel. We were informed about this during the check in. Of course this might depend on the itinerary that each person has, but on my case I tried to take a nap on the arrival day and I couldnt because of the noise. There was also one of the days that we started hearing noises as if someone was cutting metal or similar at around 7am. - There is a speakers store pretty much downstairs (a few meters away to be more precise). This also contributes to the high levels of noise during the day.

• John (9/5): Quiet good value hotel within walking distance of sights - Good value hotel within walking distance of the grand palace, wat pho and Chinatown night market. Very clean, quiet at night and comfortable. Friendly staff and a little kitchen area provided to make own (uncooked) breakfast. The area is not touristy and the locals were all really friendly. The room has good lighting, blackout curtains and the shower was hot. 10mins walk to a self service launderette. Small room so nowhere to store luggage really. A microwave in the kitchen would have been good.

The hotel is located right in the city center, within walking distance to the main temples and the Grand Palace, which made exploring very convenient. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. To our surprise, we even received a small farewell gift when we checked out — such a lovely gesture! Thank you so much for everything!

• Guilherme (10/5): Ótimo custo-benefício - É perto dos principais pontos turísticos. Fiz quase tudo a pé. Também é perto do metrô, o que é uma grande facilidade. O local é um pouco “escondido”, mas me pareceu bem seguro, pois tem um prédio sa polícia a poucos metros. O quarto é novo e aconchegante. Os móveis são novos. O local é silencioso e o staff muito atencioso.

• Lindsey (9/5): Really lovely stay! - Lovely staff, super helpful and very kind. The room was very clean and the bed comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. The check in was easy and the reception area was very comfortable. A very calm environment. Would definitely stay again! Our bedroom didn't have a proper window (we had a thin, frosted window which didn't get much natural light), which meant that our room was quite dark - we weren't aware of this at the time of booking. This didn't impact us hugely as we were out and about a lot though.

• Alba Evelyn (10/5): - Very clean and cozy. Room is on the small side perfect for a solo traveler, location is great. Staff is super helpful and kind!! Please note that this hotel DOES NOT HAVE A LIFT which can be a problem for some people. I was in the 4th floor but the receptionist was incredibly kind and between the both of us got my luggage to my room, thank you so so much for that! I definitely will stay again here in my next visit! 10/10 No lift in the property.

Quartos pequenos mas confortáveis. Bom para uma curta estadia. Fica numa pequena rua pedonal, mas a 2 minutos a pé de uma rua principal que permite acesso de carro. Não tem elevador. Pode ser um problema para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.

• Jamie (8/5): Alles zusammen sticht besonders die Lage heraus, da man vieles zu Fuß erkunden kann und nicht in den Touri Hotspots über - Die Lage war wirklich gut. Ein modernes Shopping Center direkt gegenüber mit Apotheke und kleinem Food-Court, Wat Arun in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und mit Grab bezahlt man von IconSiam etc. ca 100 Baht wenn man nicht direkt von den Hotspots aus losfährt ( 10min weiter gehen ) Das Personal war auch immer sehr freundlich und sauber war es auch. Es war beim ersten Mal etwas schwierig zu finden, da von der Straße aus kein Schild zu sehen ist. Die Adresse auf Google Maps ist aber richtig man muss die letzten 50m durch eine der beiden Gassen gehen.

The hotel in general and the rooms specifically were clean, quiet and well decorated. The beds extremely comfortable. All of us slept very well. We loved our time there. Not the easiest hotel to find. The taxi driver circled twice....but all the locals in the neighborhood know where it is. Just roll the car window down and ask.

• Tadeusz (7/5): Good hotel for exploring the Old City in Bangkok. - Overall great location withing walking distance to most attractions in Bangkok Old City. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean facilities. The hotel is in an alley off another alley, making it somewhat hard to find. You can only get to it on foot. The room was small, and there was no TV. Mattress was quite thin and hard.
• Leah (9/5): Lovely staff, great location and so clean! - We had an amazing stay in Bangkok at Livinn91 Hotel, the staff made us feel so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed as well as giving us lots of local recommendations for food/ activities/ taxis etc. The location is great and so close to everything, we walked almost everywhere and the metro being near by was really helpful for getting to places a little further and the airport. The room was lovely and so clean, the only thing was the bed was a little hard. We would definitely return if we are lucky enough to come back to Bangkok one day.

• Tassos (10/5): Delightful - Had a wonderful stay at Livinn91. The hotel is family owned and operated by a brother and sister team which brings with it a delightfully warm, personal feel. On the day of my birthday they gifted me a box of traditional sweets with a handwritten note which perfectly demonstrates the small touches that make this hotel a great choice. In addition to this, the hotel is well located, close to the MRT and a cheap grab ride gets you anywhere you need to go. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again on my next trip to Bangkok.

Out of normal hours airport pickup and checkin was handled very well. Nearby building works made the approach to the hotel untidy at times.
• Kritti (10/5): wonderful and comfortable stay - It is a small, but comfortable place. It is located in near the subway station, in walkable distance even with the luggage. Although the facility does no have the elevator, but the staff was very helpful to to bring all luggages up through the stairwell. The reception is local to the area. He can recommend places to eat, visit, and hang out during the night.

• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Clean rooms with AC. Small room with bathroom and everything you need. Staff were very lovely and accomodating to my early checkout. You need to go down a small alley to access this hotel, so keep this in mind if you plan on coming back late at night. Overall enjoyed my stay!
• Stefan (8/5): Very good - Tiny hotel not far from the Sam Yot subway station. In walking distance to Wat Pho and the Royal Palace and even to Chinatown. Hidden in the middle of a city block, could be scary to some people walking the dark alleys at night. Old Siam Plaza shopping center across the street with food court, grocery store and cafes. Really nice and attentive staff! No daylight in the room, the tiny window was facing some wall, but there are brighter roomson the upper floors.

The staff were exceptional though, so helpful to us especially as one of our party lost their passport. They helped with numbers for contacts, arranging taxi's allowing us to stay longer whilst we sorted ourselves out The approach to it was a bit of a building site, but this will be temporary.
