• Donald (8/5): Clean, convenient and great rate! - Easily the cleanest hotel I stayed at in a long time. I mean spotless! Although location doesn’t have that curb appeal you are right at a skytrain stop and next to a 7/11! If you are driving there is plenty of FREE PARKING! Also the hotel’s restaurant is reasonably priced for really tasty food. My only complaint would be hot water doesn’t really get hot. Although I take cold showers I do love a hot face towel after shaving. So injustice used the kettle in room to get some. 👍🏽😉

• Johannes (8/5): Net en schoon hotel voor een enkele nacht als je in dit stadsdeel van Bangkok moet zijn. - De kamer is schoon met alles wat nodig is voor een verblijf aanwezig. Voor ons was het een goede locatie omdat we op 1 van de vele universiteiten in dit deel van Bangkok moesten zijn. Ook de airport Don muang bevindt zich in dit stadsdeel. De badkamer op zich is prima, wel wat klein. De douchekop is aan vervanging toe, de waterstraal was voldoende maar kan beter. Ook het water kan warmer. Wat betreft onbijt kun je kiezen uit 3 setjes, zelf kan je dit nog aanvullen met wat salades, fruit, en kan je nog brood roosteren. Er is 1 koffie inbegrepen per set. Wel kan je zelf nog wat water of fruitsap tot je nemen. Al bij al een krappe voldoende.

• Jittanan (9/5): - Bit expensive Location convenient to BTS Room has everything you need but ask for one away from the main road if you are a light sleeper. Room was supplied with a water heater but it didn't boil the water properly for a coffee or tea. We bought our own kettle.

• Priscilla (7/5): dated rooms but clean and comfortable - nice reception, polite efficient staff. room was dated but clean. amenities are adequate, with smartTV and a hot water dispenser. plenty of hot water in shower. everything works well. very close to green line station N14. 20mins drive to airport. bfast for 150B next door (pretty average but polite staff) only 1 main light in the room, the desk / mirror area was quite dark and not great for work. first room had no hot water (pls check in ur room) but they moved me to another room with hot water. shower water flow is quite weak so it takes longer to shower. shower area also has no lighting. bathroom is quite old. hot water dispenser had 3 dead ants floating around, doesn’t seem like they wash / pour out the water between guest checkouts.

• Barbara (7/5): - Sehr saubere Unterkunft in der Nähe der BTS Station Royal Forest Department ( Green Line). Sehr laut!!! Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, selbst mit Ohrenstöpsel war der Straßenlärm die ganze Nacht zu hören.

• Peach (9/5): Great location - The room was really clean and they renovated the bathroom. It was so nee and clean. The location was so close to the BTS station. The wifi signal not stable. But it is usable.

• philippe (10/5): Très bon hôtel - Hotel bien placé en fonction de la BTS line pour aller en centre ville. Personnel très "pro" et aimable. Hotel d'une propreté incroyable. J'ai prolongé d'une nuitée. Ne pas arriver trop tard au buffet pour le petit déjeuner .

• MaewPL (9/5): - Location, price is acceptable, and safe area for travel at nighttime. Room is large area, clean, and comfortable. Hotel has restaurant with excellent southern style Thai food. Nothing at this hotel that I don't like. But the temperature on the 4th floor at daytime is a bit hot from the ceiling. The air conditioning did help but it took time to cool the hot room down.

• Kane (9/5): Good overall - Used this hotel to relocate for a few nights after the earthquake, the location has 7-11 almost next door and rooms are clean, bed is a little uncomfortable and some road noise can be heard at night but overall it's not bad at all. The ladies at reception especially in the morning/afternoon shift were lovely!

Loved the beds and the rooms are spacious and clean. Close to BTS and 7/11. Location wise it's a little out of the central area, but as i said, very close to BTS Sukumvit line. So you can go anywhere you want.
• Thiti (6/5): Unexpected Cash-Only Deposit Policy - The hotel is located approximately 1.X km from Kasetsart University, not far from the campus. The rooms are new, spacious, and clean. Surprisingly, even though I reserved it via Booking.com and the payment was to be made at the property, I understood that. However, the deposit upon arrival was only accepted in cash. They could hold a certain amount on a credit card or even scan a QR code for mobile banking.

• Chieh-ming (8/5): Great place but breakfast can be better - This is a vintage-style hotel. It is simple yet spotlessly clean. I particularly like the desk and the hair dryer. Two glass bottles of drinking water were complimentary. The location, 7-11 next door and the BTS station 20 meters away, is perfect. I did not like the buffet breakfast, which cost 150 Thai Baht per head. Half of the food had been emptied when I entered the restaurant at around 8:30 a.m. Only a plate of cut fresh veggies was refilled before I left around 9 a.m. I ate two slices of toast, the last spoon of fried rice, one pork porridge, and the last half cup of cold coffee. I enjoyed the room, but this breakfast was unsatisfactory.

There are several things that I totally don't like. 1. electronic equipment is really old. 2. The staff don't really have a service mind. 3. Free toiletries are not that much, just small soap and half leftover shampoo, some cotton bud, shower cap also no hand soap. 4. I see some insects are in the toilet. With this price, there can be better.

• Anirut (8/5): I'm coming back! - Just step out of the hotel and there's a 7-11. Restaurants nearby are good as well. Also close to the skytrain station. The elevator is very small and rather slow.
• Travelbaba (6/5): The only advantage of the hotel - 150 m to the next BTS station. - -Close to BTS-Station: National Forest Department (N14) / Sukhumvit Line ; 7-eleven close by -The hotel is located next to Highway 1 at Royal Forest Department BTS Station (N14). So it is very far away from the city centre (about 40 minutes by BTS to Siam Station) and from all the sightseeing attractions, such as Khao San Road, China Town, Sukhumvit, etc. There is nothing to do during the day or evening (restaurants, entertainment, shopping)! In my opinion, the only advantage is the connection to DMK Airport and BKK Airport. The distance to DMK Airport by taxi is only 10 km. The journey time to BKK Airport via BTS and Airport Rail Link from Phaya Thai is about 80-90 minutes. -The hotel is ok, but nothing special, the room was clean, but the furnishing of the room is a sadly careless. If you plan well and book early, you can find equivalent accommodation for the same money near Khao San Road, Chinatown or Sukhumvit Road, where you can go out in the evenings without the need for a taxi or BTS. - If your flight from DMK or BKK is in the evening, there will be no opportunity for a shower after check-out. For a two or three star hotel, this is a matter of course!
