• Philasande (3/5): It wasn’t the best of places. They can do better. - I was close to Chatuchak market. No receptionist, you have to communicate via a LINE if you need something. Room was totally different from the pictures. Room was too expensive for what I got. Painfully slow WiFi.

• Alicia (2/5): No recomendable - En la recepción no hay nadie, hay un número de teléfono al que tienes que llamar (para viajeros no siempre es facil poder llamar). No WhatsApp ni Telegram, hay que descargarse la app LINE para poder contactar de alguna manera. A veces hay una chica que no habla nada de inglés que hace de enlace con la dueña. Las habitaciones no son como en las.fotos, peor calidad. Caro para para calidad/servicio que ofrecen

The place is very far from subway station and subway is Ari, not Phaya Thai Internet works very bad and there is no good access. The personal doesn’t speak English at all They take deposit and didn’t want to return it back to me For the guests they charge 50 baht per item per hour for storage of bags. Very insane and very bad attitude
• Hajnalka (1/5): Nobody book!!! - Semmi sem! Nem teljesült a foglalás, pénzt nem adtak vissza. Elmenekültünk onnan!! 1 lány állt mellénk, mikor már fél órája vártuk, h beenged valaki..! Pénzt akart kérni, pedig már a foglalás rendezve volt. Depositot akart, nem adtunk. Szégyen a hely, és az elrendezési mód is!
• Spale (2/5): worst hotel I have seen in Thailand - Almost all bad They ask for deposit 500 bath, not mention during booking Nobody at reception, only telephone number, then they sent a girl, she does not speak English. Worst of all at check out time nobody at the reception to give money back, they took 500 bath.

• Magdalena (6/5): Na szybki wypad ok. - Klimatyzacja. Pokój szybko się wychłodził co było komfortem przy upale jaki panował na zewnątrz Obsluga. Kontakt z obsługą był niemalże niemożliwy. Pokoje są w bloku w którym wynajmują też prywatne osoby pokoje. Gdyby nie pomoc jednego z lokatorów stałabym pod drzwiami całą noc. Obsługa nie mówiła wogole po angielsku.

• Ace (5/5): - Some reviews show low rate but what do you expect for this price. I think it was decent for the price. One problem was that they don't have anybody at entrance so need to call to the number on the door. I bought a sim beforehand but if you don't have local sim or other internet connections, you will have hard time to communicate with the owner. A girl who take care of the building is there but don't speak English and have no idea about reservations.
• Giulia (1/5): Pessima accoglienza - Personale totalmente inesistente, per il check in e check out abbiamo impiegato 1 ora, in quanto il gestore del residence non è presente e bisogna chiamarlo, dopo svariate telefonate si presenta una vicina per raccogliere i soldi e darci le chiavi dell' appartamento, la ragazza non parla inglese ed è quasi impossibile comunicarci se non con google traduttore. Per il resto, pulizia scarsa e lenzuola sporche e bucate.

• Roger (6/5): - Exceptional is the view (given I was on the 9th floor), and as there is a small balcony. Ask for the remote of the AC - the first nights with the given setting, it was too cold and windy thus got a cold!

Man muß eine nummer anrufen, den pass fotografieren dort hin schicken..das hat eine nicht englisch sprechende putzfrau für uns gemacht. Die kaution von 300, angegeben waren 200 baht haben wir der Putzfrau gegeben. Von ihr bekamen wir es beim ausquecken wieder zurück. Türe zim hotel öffnet sich über codiertem schlüssel. Es ist möglich die zimmertür mit eigenem vorhängeschloss zusätzlich zu sichern.

• phatphamous (7/5): Great value for money, balcony with city view - Small balcony with great city view. Comfy and big bed, refrigerator, free WiFi (ask for the Password). It´s an apartment building where many young people live, some rooms are rented out to tourists. Late check-in possible but you need to call the lady and use LINE to get further instructions. Great value for money ! It´s a bit hard to find. Need to install LINE to communicate with the receptionist. It´s about 15 min walk to the next SRT station. Nearby restaurants are higher priced as it´s a wealthier part of BKK. But street vendors are there, too.
