Gill (8/5): - מלון דירות, דירה ענקית, מרפסת מאחד החדרים. ממוקם בשכונה מרוחקת מאוד מהמרכז ומחייבת מוניות (עולות זול מאוד אבל לוקחות חצי שעה לפחות), מתקני המלון מעט ישנים, ולא מאוד מתוחזקים. לי זה הספיק, היה לי חשוב להיות בשכונה בטוחה (שכונה של כל השגרירויות), צוות מקסים, שעות פעילות ארוכות בבריכה ובחד"כ, קרוב לפארק לומפיני. הקומות העליונות רואים את כל בנגקוק, המון מסעדות מעולות באיזור, מרחק הליכה של 20 דק מקניון סיאם. מתקני המלון מעט ישנים, הבריכה לא מאוד נקייה.

L’appartement est très grand et entièrement équipé avec une vue incroyable ! Nous avons adoré y séjourner ! Sa proximité avec les grands axes shopping est un plus! Platinium mall, Pratunam floating market, Siam paragon… l’équipe du petit déjeuner et les portiers sont d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter particulièrement su vous voyager en famille comme nous 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Le café du petit déjeuner cela est peut-être du à la machine qui doit sûrement être mal réglée mais sinon tout étaient parfait !

Hal (9/5): Relaxing & convenient with good rooms & good service so I usually stay there when in Bangkok - Love the convenient location. Kitchen and laundry machine are a big plus. I've stayed at Urbana Longsuan multiple times and really enjoy my stays. Kitchen floor had some stains. Not sure if dirt or just stains. Also a stained area on carpet next to bed. (Room 0606). On two occasions for just a brief few seconds I smelled what seemed like a pungent Chemical cleaner type smell near the desk that may have been coming from the ventilation system. ? Chemicals from maintenance of system ??? I only noticed it twice for a few brief seconds, on the 2nd (?) day of my stay. I considered asking to change rooms, but I didn't notice it any more.

Patrick Dalton (8/5): Great helpful and polite staff - Firstly the staff were helpful, courteous,pleasant and efficient all through my stay.They were excellent at helping on things that appear insignificant but in total boost the hotel. The apartment was nice and the bed was comfortable.Everything was fine. Before I say anything you must remember that this is Bangkok.Its changing minute by minute every day. The rooftop pool is tiny. The place could do with some maintenance but everything works. For example you have a great view of the city but there's a huge sign on display but that's Bangkok,you can't change a city because you don't like the view 🤣

Daniela (3/5): Sehr freundliches Personal, aber der extreme Geruch im Zimmer hat den gesamten Aufenthalt unerträglich gemacht. Nicht em - Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Auf Beschwerden wurde schnell reagiert und man hat versucht, das Problem mit einem Luftreiniger zu lösen. Aus Kulanz wurden uns außerdem keine Gebühren für eine verlorene Karte berechnet, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ausblick vom Pool Wir haben bewusst ein großes Zimmer mit über 80 m² gebucht, da wir wegen der Hitze viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringen wollten. Leider war das kaum möglich, weil im gesamten Zimmer bzw. der Wohnung ein sehr starker und unangenehmer Geruch vorhanden war – eine Mischung aus Kanalisation und Essensgerüchen. Der Geruch kam immer wieder zurück und war teilweise so intensiv, dass wir morgens davon aufgewacht sind und nicht mehr schlafen konnten. Am letzten Tag waren wir so genervt von der ganzen Situation, dass wir erleichtert waren, endlich abzureisen. Selbst einfaches Entspannen im Zimmer war dadurch kaum möglich. Wir waren bereits in mehreren günstigeren 1- bis 2-Sterne-Unterkünften, die in diesem Punkt deutlich angenehmer waren. Für uns entspricht das leider keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Standard und sollte keinem Gast zugemutet werden. Wir wollten eigentlich nach dem ersten Tag abreisen. Katastrophal. Wir würden hier nicht nochmal unterkommen wollen. Am Poolbereich gab es leider nur wenige Liegen.

Cirous (7/5): Läget och personalen är den starka sidan som jag upplevde - Läget, bekvämt. Personalen. Hotellet var slitet och mindre välskött jmf med ett år sedan som vi var där. De kanske inte hade ett annat rum som tillgodosåg vårt önskemål om ett rum med två sovrum. Vårt rum var bra på många sätt men slitet på flera andra sätt. Kanske turistindustrin går inte bra i Thailand pga saker som händer i omvärlden.

aliaksandr (7/5): - The hotel has a good location, which is definitely a plus the property itself needs renovation and feels quite outdated. One of the biggest issues was the extremely noisy air conditioner, which made it very difficult to fall asleep and get proper rest. I also noticed that previous guests had already mentioned this problem in their reviews, but unfortunately, it seems that no action has been taken to fix it. Overall, the location is convenient, but the comfort and maintenance of the hotel need serious improvement.
Peter (9/5): - Stayed in one of the suite for 5 nights. Plenty of room, nice and clean, amazing view of the city. Breakfast for fantastic, plenty of options. The location for perfect. I had a convention at the CentralWorld and it was a 7 minute walk away. The room was a tiny bit dated but that didn't affect anything
