• Anna (7/5): Hotel.na 1/2 noce - Bliskość plaży (choć brzydka i brudna) bliskość centrum, wygodne łóżko i czystość w hotelu mimo tysiąca niepotrzebnych dekoracji wokół. Masaż całego ciała rewelacja choć wystrój wnętrza w spa pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Hotel jest naprawdę "butikowy". Wystrój - czysto - niestety zagracony, tysiąc rzeczy niepasujących do siebie stwarza ogólne wrażenie nieładu. SPA okropne. Pachnie stęchlizną, o włączenie jacuzzi każdorazowo trzeba prosić, sauna mokra śmierdziąca, sucha nie do końca ciepła. Śniadania słabe, stoją automaty do kawy ale sam nie możesz zrobić, musi podejść obsługa. Pieczywo nieświeże, brak sałaty i warzyw (tylko grillowane) jajka sądzone zimne, o podgrzanie czegokolwiek trzeba prosić obsługę, wystawione dosłownie 2 szt. deseru, słabej jakości produkty, brak jajek na miękko, fasoli, jajecznicy, bekonu, ryb wędzonych itp. Po Albanii słynącej z dobrego jedzenia spodziewałam się czegoś więcej. Obsługa słaba oprócz jednej Pani z kręconymi włosami. Pokoje wygodne ale widok z okna bardzo słaby. Hotel z zewnątrz wygląda dużo gorzej niż wewnątrz.

Camere barocche ma molto carine: nonostante io sia un appassionato degli hotel moderni, l'ho trovato molto caratteristico e ben curato. Avevo chiesto una sorpresa per il compleanno di mia moglie e mi hanno fatto trovare bottiglia in ghiaccio e cuori fatti con petali sul letto. Davvero un servizio eccezionale!

Név szerint Leonard rengeteget segített önzetlenül, amikor a bérelt autónk lerobbant. Finom reggeli. Közel volt a strand. (2 perc séta) A szoba nagyon hangos volt éjszaka. Minden más tökéletes volt.

• BEGÜM SİNEM (10/5): - All staff were very kind. The room was always clean and the staff were harf working, always smiled and helped. room was very big even if i had bought a one person room. The staff in spa were great and friendly. The hotel is very close to the beaches and restaurants. And the breakfast was awesome, very delicious and fresh.

She was such a cheerful and friendly member of staff. Also a shout out to the young gentleman on reception. A love person. There was nothing to dislike.

Breakfast is not so creative, but still, lovely and make you full. Receptionist helps me with booking a taxi to pick us up from and drive us to the airport (The price around 25-35€). If you need help, just talk to the receptionist! The hotel is close to the beach. We just walked like 3-5' and already prepared to swim! Hotel is directly near the street. In the night will hear car's noise and dog's bark. Little bit uncomfy.

The Spa and wellbeing service was excellent 💯 satisfaction. We will definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and look to book again in the future. A little walk away from the city centre apart from this cannot fault anything.

• Riina (10/5): Truly luxurious experience in this stylish hotel! - Amazing beautiful hotel with original, slightly bohemian decoration style. Loved all of it and felt like such a queen there! The hotel also has a lovely spa, which is included in the price. The breakfast at the beautiful Ladies Hall upstairs was generous and very tasty. I truly enjoyed this experience and will be back! Great location, just by the sea. The bed's mattress was a bit firm for my liking.

Near by the main beach and restaurants. Cuddly ! The bed sheets were not quite clean. I found two hairs on my me sheet. We are two people, but we found only one set of towers. Probably the staffs didn’t have time to check all setup in each room.

I enjoyed taking a walk both to see the sunset and in the morning. This hotel is very close to the sea, and there are so many nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The coffee at the hotel was also good.

I stayed there 3 nights and did not manage to try all the food we had in the breakfast. Nina is such a warm and great person that makes you really feel at home. All staff were very helpful with all questions I had. I strongly recommend this hotel and I will go back for sure!

I also really like the spa facilities. I wish the they offered dinner facilities in the hotel. They said there was a sister restaurant by the beach but I never found it. But there many opportunities to find food in durres, so big problem.

• John (8/5): Charming and very pleasant - Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, nicely decorated with care and attention to detail. Great breakfast! Located nearby to the beach and restaurants. Hotel is located on a busy street so you need to sleep with the door closed and the air conditioning running, but there is no problems getting a good night sleep, the view out the window is to a dirty alley way which leads to a construction site so it is best to leave the blinds down.

• Ileonora (10/5): Exceptional - Wow, what a perfect gem of a hotel. It's situated in the perfect place, a few yards from good little beaches, a stretch of restaurants, shops and coffee places while backing onto the famous promenade lined with restaurants, amusements in the evening and wonderful sea views. The hotel is clean, organised and decorated in its charming classic taste. My room was large, comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable with good pillows so I found I was able to relax after walking the Via Francigena in Italy. The bathroom has a great powerful hot shower everything is new looking and well maintained also big. There was ample space to put my suitcase and clothing and good AC. A very nice room. Breakfast was a treat a selection of continental and traditional servings with the diligent caring manager who checked on me if I was running late for breakfast (due to enjoying the sleep) it was touching to be thought of. Everything is laid out for a great start to the day in a nice breakfast room with large windows allowing for that morning sunshine to come in. Downstairs in reception, there is plenty of seatinng and tables to enjoy a coffee or hang back. Nice to have the space to think or plan the day while also getting advice from the wonderful receptionist. Who speaks perfect English able to advise, guide and help with anything. I wanted a haircut, a taxi, to know a good beach etc. Everything she did was dealt with efficiently and professionally but warmly and that is what makes this place special. The warmth of all the staff made you feel comfortable, looked out for and able to relax. Good humour goes a long way and they all kept me smiling throughout my stay so much so I extended another 4 days. There is more to this hotel it has use of a spa facility which is accessed by the hotel lift so very easy to book appointments and enjoy all the facilities.
