Aufgrund unserer frühen Abreise wurde uns statt Frühstück ein Sandwich gemacht und problemlos der Checkout organisiert. Super Lage für Ausflüge und Rafting.

При заселении, нам не совсем понравился домик хоббита, пространство номера маленькое.(скорее всего это была наша усталость от долгой дороги) Наше плохое настроение, было замечено персоналом. На следующий день после завтрака, предложили поменять номер на лучший.Действительно номер был выше по комфорту , находился в здании на втором этаже угловой, с большим балконом и хорошим видом. Но уединение, в домике хоббита взяло своё, просыпаясь утром с природой наедине, ощущение свободы и свежесть утра., за порогом жилища хоббитов. Мы отказались от лучших условий. Спасибо вам большое. Будет возможность вернёмся. 👍

• Dane (8/5): - The location is very good. The room is beautiful with a great view (I was given an upgrade to an upstairs room for free). The food was excellent. The pool is great. The soap dispensers in the shower were empty. The main slat supporting the bed is broken and tied with rope. There was no sheet on the bed so I used the throw cover - which was OK because I was one person, but for 2 people it would not be OK. The toilet roll holder in the bathroom was broken.
• joffrey ter (9/5): - Heerlijk kleinschalig hotel. Prachtig uitzicht over groene vallei en bergen. Heerlijk turks ontbijt wat zeer gevarieerd was. Mooie grote kamer. Heerlijk zwembad erbij Prima restaurant. Lokatie is top en vanaf hotel kan je er genoeg doen zoals raften,hiken, jeeptour of quat of buggy. Prachtige omgeving met schitterende kloof. Wij hebben geraft met tornado rafting. Spreken heel slecht Engels en is daarom soms wat verwarring. Stonden 3 flessen wijn op de kaart en bestelde er 1 maar was niet aanwezig. Bestelde de volgende en die was er ook niet. Zet ze er dan niet op denk ik dan of geef het aan vantevoren. Dit geld trouwens voor heel veel plekken. Wij waren een van de weinige gasten in t hotel en sliepen hier een paar nachten. Bij het uitchecken was de rekening verspreid over tal van briefjes en konden ze niks meer vinden terwijl ze daar toch wel al tijd genoeg voor hadden gehad. Zelf maar alles op de kaart aangewezen dan wat we hadden gebruikt. Wel jammer want er zullen vast mensen zijn die hier misbruik van maken. Maar ook hier zijn ze dol om op stoelen te zitten. Moesten er uiteindelijk ook wel erg om lachen allemaal
• Bastian (10/5): - Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein Häuschen mit Pool bekommen. Klasse Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal, alles wurde uns sogar zum Zimmer gebraucht. Top!
• Guest (10/5): - Безумно красивый отель с невероятным видом и очень отзывчивым персоналом! Забронировали стандартный номер, но, так как людей в отеле было не много на тот момент, нам дали номер немного выше по классу с очень красивым видом на горы и долину, из окна можно было даже услышать звук воды в каньоне! Номера чистые, уютные, со всем необходимым. Попросили у менеджера теплые одеяла - принесли их за пару минут Сама территория просто потрясающая. Ухоженный газон, цветочки, бассейн, ресторан с видом на пейзаж. Отличный ресторан и три маленьких котенка, которые запали нам в сердечко Расположение тоже очень удобное - немного подальше от дороги, где проезжают автобусы и машины с туристами, поэтому их почти не слышно, но при этом очень быстро можно доехать до самого каньона, ресторанов, рафтинга и главной дороги, которая ведет обратно в город В общем, впечатления только положительные, все было замечательно! Обязательно вернемся еще, уже порекомендовали всем друзьям и родственникам

Z powodu, drobnego nieporozumienia przy meldowaniu otrzymałem bezpłatne podwyższenie standardu pokoju, co było zaskakujące i miłe. We stayed as a group of 6 distributed to 2 rooms, one group had a perfectly comfortable bed while in the other room two of the beds were extremely uncomfortable where you would just feel the springs the whole time while the third bed was totally fine. 2- You would need to call the reception for just anything. No second roll of toilet paper (even in a room of 4 people, they don’t even clean the room next day so they just assume for 2 days one roll is enough). In a room of 4 people they just leave 2 towels etc. 3- Price is random: We were greeted at the reception at the strangest way. I booked one of the rooms for 280€ and the other for 400€ from booking.com with the agreement to pay it there (since paying in advance was not an option for this facility). They were surprised and uncomfortable when we arrived there, they said they usually rent the rooms for much higher price. They will not accept our payment in Euros but we have to pay in Turkish Lira’s where he would put a extremely high conversion factor to boost up the price on the spot (1EUR=49.5TL) while the currently right now is 1EUR=47.4TL. I was very annoyed that we are literally told in front of the reception, coming all the way there that if we want to stay the night we need to pay a higher price than what we have agreed for via booking.com. In the end with different bargaining powers, for the room of 280EUR he applied a conversion factor of 48.5 and 400EUR a factor of 48, while real conversion rate that day was just 47.4, again totally random. 4- Portions at dinner are totally random: First night I ordered mantı and i was literally hungry when I left dinner since the portion was so small. Next day I had a stomach issue, thought I would eat little so mantı would be a good fit, a massive portion arrived, almost double of first day. Not a place we will be visiting again. Shadi (1/5): Don’t recommend to stay in this hotel and won’t come back again - The service was bad, no room services, no room cleaning, no towel replacement, the staff treatment is bad, aggressive, hard to communicate as they don’t speak english, the reception staff is no helpful specially when ask for entertainment around the area he was racist and discrimination as he treated us based on our nationality
• Fares (9/5): Very nice experience - The atmosphere is special, the hospitality is amazing, and most importantly the food was super delicious. My kids loved the place. The facility is not equipped as five star hotel, but it wasn’t a big deal!

• Ekaterina (10/5): Незабываемый отдых - Отель в горах у каньона – волшебный отдых! Невероятные виды, свежий воздух и уют – этот отель превзошел все ожидания! Мы жили в домиках хоббита - очень атмосферно и комфортно, всё новое и продумано до мелочей. Особенно понравился теплый бассейн с панорамным видом на горы. Персонал на ресепшене помог организовать тур на рафтинг и экскурсию в каньон Тызы – впечатления незабываемые! Питание: завтрак стандартный, но сытный, а на ужин в ресторане отеля подавала свежевшая форель по приятным ценам. Отдыхали компанией из 8 человек – все в восторге! Однозначно рекомендую для тех, кто любит природу, уют и активный отдых! Все отлично!

• Claire (10/5): Extremely relaxing and perfect if you want to take advantage of all the activities in the area. - Perfect for our white water rafting experience. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the food at the hotel for all our meals. We had a great room overlooking the pool and view. Whilst the hobbit rooms are popular we enjoyed ours. Breakfasts were the Turkish delights one becomes accustomed to, and dinner was nice too. The pool area is kept clean and well maintained . The rooms are cool without ac, and the staff were very friendly. Pool was too warm.. not a criticism of the hotel as the weather was so hot! Some covered parking would have been appreciated.

The staff did everything — and even more — to make our stay comfortable, and they spoke Russian as well, which was very helpful. We were upgraded to a better room free of charge. Everything we asked for, including dishes and kitchenware, was promptly provided. Any request was fulfilled immediately. The rooms were spotless with a spacious shower. Dinner by the fireplace, with authentic and incredibly fresh cuisine, was absolutely perfect! Breakfast is available at any convenient time, based on guests’ preferences. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and will be coming back ourselves! Top marks — and a big thank you to all the hotel staff!
• Polly (8/5): Very good - The pool wasn't open so we cancelled our booking on arrival. They were very kind about this and apologised. No payment required and we were served drinks and fruit by way of apology. Superb views and location. When the pool is filled it will be heavenly. The pool sadly wasn't open and this was not communicated to us.

I could have sat and looked at the mountains and the mist in the valley for weeks. Delicious breakfast, again with a view of cosy fire. Deep appreciation as a solo traveler for the kind welcome 🤍 and attentive care given to ensure I had everything I needed and a 5star stay. Thank you, recommend

• Sean (9/5): Overall excellent, disappointed with lack of kettle but was impressed 👌 - Everything was very good , the location,room and staff were superb. The meals were very good. Worst thing was lack of coffee facilities in the room.Having to cross to the restaurant for a tea/coffee first thing in the morning was unacceptable. It was very easy to miss the turn from the main road, although there was a big sign ,an arrow or turn instruction would prevent you overshooting the side road.We were using sat nav and it struggled too.

Rooms are very spacious and very clean and comfortable with gorgeous view of the river and mountains. All the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. They recommended Fortune Rafting, just down the road for canyoning and rafting and they were also excellent.

Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming hospitality truly made us feel at home. One of the most memorable activities was rafting on the river. It was an exhilarating experience, and the staff ensured it was both safe and fun. Additionally, the hotel pool offered a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains, making our swims both relaxing and picturesque. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We loved every moment and can't wait to come back!
• Peter (9/5): Peaceful location with great views - Peaceful hotel in the heart of Koprulu Canyon. Hotel was quite empty so we were upgraded to an upstairs room with a balcony and view. Clean and comfortable room. Decent individually served Turkish style breakfast, with picturesque views across the valley from the terrace. You have to eat dinner at the location as the nearby restaurants are geared towards providing lunch to the rafters and day trippers. The food was fine but service slow. The man who checked us in was friendly but didn’t speak any English. We waited some time for the manager to arrive, but he just said hello so this was not necessary.

Special thanks for unlimited coffee and tea (my friends and I drink a lot of coffee in the morning))) The cook always asked us if everything was fine and offered more. And the most important thing for us: there was hot water))) There is no internet in the "Hobbit" rooms. This information is available on Booking.com but we didn`t pay attention to it.
• Luc (3/5): Nice hotel, but eat NOTHING there ! - Beautiful new hotel. Neat and modern rooms. The hotel is located at the end of a very steep dirt road. The hotel-building and its rooms are very clean and good...but the food isn't. And that's an understatement as the lamb-chops I ate there for diner gave me severe food poisoning. And yes, I am 100% sure that they were the cause! It made me severely ill for 4 days. What the owner wrote below is a lie. My wife did not eat the same. She had Adana köfte. The first morning the bread at breakfast came out of the micro-wave (steaming limp). The second morning, the owner had not even bothered to put it in the microwave. He simply gave us dried-out pieces that were several days old. Not that it mattered to me because I was too sick to eat anything anyway. Thank you, dear owner, for this wonderful travel experience. BTW: This is the first negative review I ever wrote. I always try to give positive comments but in this case that's hardly possible.

• Hilco (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet location with a beautiful scenery view. Very nice pool side and sun beds. Rooms are good. Stayed with three persons in a room. Staff booked rafting for us. Bed options are not accurate on booking.com, we emailed the accommodation for information. Lunch and dinner options could have been better: not many options and not very well prepared. Breakfast was good.
• Łukasz (10/5): Two perfect days - Only best marks for Maison Green Hotel. Perfect location with panoramic wiev over mountains, confortable rooms and good restaurand (moderate prices). However above all: personnel is so kind and helpful like nowhere else! Staying there over night during river rafting is a must!
