They have a great breakfast buffet and facilities. I am glad there was a refrigerator in the room but I pull have also liked a coffee pot set up for the morning.,

- silvia (8/5): - la ubicacion es excelente. el personal muy atento y amable. las habitaciones son muy antiguas para el valor que cobran.... estaba tapada la bacha de la cocina...no teniamos suficiente acolchados para la temperatura nocturna. los picaportes del bano se salian y nos quedaban en la mano y la ducha tenia un hilito de agua muy incomoda para sacarse la arena y banarse bien. el estado de la habitacion que me costo mas cara que lo que estoy pagando x el mismo nivel de hotel en Roma, Italia !!!

Por otro lado, el personal fue muy amable, por ejemplo Fabio de recepción muy resolutorio y empatico, o Marcelo el encargado de pileta muy amable, cordial y diligente.

- Gisela (5/5): DESILUCIONADA - la ubicación frente al mar. es lo mas favorable pero Si hubiera ido con mi hija , esa playa no es la mas linda y hubiera elegido otro lugar pero yendo sola, estuvo bien reserve un depto de dos ambientes a traves de booking con desayuno incluido y pague 300 dolares por noche. Cuando llegue no me incluyeron el desayuno y frente a mi descontento , decían que booking se habia equivocado. Accedi a pagar el desayuno aparte: 25 dolares aprox x dia. Pregunte que tipo de desayuno servían. Pregunte por el cafe expreso especialmente porque no me gusta el cafe americano. Me dijeron que me lo iban a hacer sin problema. Fui entonces el primer dia a desayunar y me cobraron ademas , los dos cafe expreso que pedi.(ese desayuno me termino saliendo 35 dolares) A partir del segundo dia desayune en el parador de en frente, mucho mas rico y encima mejor precio y mirando al mar. viajo mucho por todo el mundo y en cuanto a precio calidad , este lugar quedo con balance negativo. Por otro lado las toallas por ejemplo estaban en mal estado, el living tenia mobiliario muy barato y escaso , las TV eran antiguas, el wifi fallaba, el baño tenia la tapa del inodoro en mal estado, un secador de pelo era de esos chiquitos blancos que no te secan nada . Es decir tenia detalles que un lugar como este no deberia descuidar

- Vitalii (2/5): Booking photos are fake. Moved us only after complaints. "Compensation" for $2,534 stay - one coffee - Good location - 3 minutes to the beach. Pool is good. After complaining, they moved us to a different room which was better. Room at check-in was COMPLETELY different from Booking photos: - Photos show wooden floor - got dirty cold tiles - Photos show 2 windows - got 1 - Photos show sofa for children - got wooden benches, my son couldn't sleep - Mold in bathroom - Toilet, bathroom, bedroom doors had no working locks - Cheap dishes, nothing like photos Paid $2,534 NON-REFUNDABLE for a room that doesn't exist. This is false advertising. Spent first vacation day fighting with reception instead of relaxing with family. They only moved us after I threatened complaints. At checkout their "apology" was ONE free coffee. Second room was better but still old and worn. For a 4-star hotel rated 8.4 - this is unacceptable.

Buen desayuno, ultimo dia hubo mosca arriba de la comida, inviable para mi. Piscina excelentes. Solo debo destacar que sacamos media pensión y la carta fija toda la semana sin poder salir de esos menues, no me parecia adecuado. No como pastas, milanesa por lo frito, comi todos los dias pescado y sin otra opcion.

- Rosario (7/5): - La Ubicación es espectacular. La recepcion, lobby, zona pileta divino! Todos muy amables La habitacion es demasiado vieja. Deberian renovarlas urgente. Una lastima. La tele del living no funcionaba ninguno de los canales infantiles. Importante si vas con chicos. El aire tampoco funcionaba.

- Alejandro (9/5): Excelente hotel frente al mar, muy recomendable. - La ubicación frente al mar, la comodidad del apartamento. El Desayuno es muy completo e incluye fruta fresca, quesos y fiambres de calidad y las tostadas de masa madre espectaculares. Además, todos los días cambian las toallas, los artículos de aseo son de buena calidad (esto no suele ser frecuente en hoteles de Argentina) y no escatiman en la cantidad que dejan en la habitación. Que me cobraron 10 US$ por día el parking por hacer la reserva en Booking. Por otra parte, el wifi no es muy confiable y los TVs necesitan renovación, no son smart y las pantallas pequeñas.

- Wildsmall (8/5): Very good - Very nice hotel! I really liked the room designs! We had a cozy room on the top floor with a balcony and an ocean view. The hotel staff is friendly and always happy to help. There is a beautiful swimming pool on site and a minute from the hotel there is a clean beach, and next to it there is a restaurant. Delicious breakfast and on-site restaurants also serve delicious food throughout the day. The spa is great too. The hotel very rarely responded to messages in the Booking, and I received a number for correspondence in whatsapp only the day before arrival at the hotel. I didn't like that in a 4-star hotel, the refrigerator in the room is filled only upon request. I didn't like that there was no kettle or capsule coffee machine, and bottled water was given only once upon arrival. It seems to me that these things should be present in such a good hotel by default

- Lankots (6/5): English only spoken in reception, strange rules in breakfast and hot pool. - Appartment smaller than we would expect, but comfy and clean, with nice balcony. Nice outdoor pool, extra bonus was the hot pool on the top floor. Nice that ocean was only few meters away. Breakfast was suprisingly not a buffee, all food had to be asked from the waiter standing behind the food counter and only then they handed you the food. Not normal solution when having hundreds of people at breakfast and also not being able to communicate in English - the waiters spoke only Spanish. This left a bad feeling that hotel does not trust it's customers. The hot pool had restrictions for children, who could not use it after 7 p.m.. and no info about it beforehand. As the staff does not speak English, then our children were given the towels and only after they had enjoyed the pool for 10min - there came the person who announced the rule of not allowing children to the pool in the evenings. Very disappointing!
- Jan (5/5): Too expensive for the stay. Not 4 star. No parking included. Piramar has seen better days. - Views to ocean are nice. Room was not well isolated. Bad bathroom. Hairs in Bed sheets. Old springboard bed. Mattrasses dated and yellowish. Not for European standards. Door didnt close properly. Hot tube dirty on terasse. Breakfast: not up to the standards. We left a night earlier.. tip: go to Cariló.
- Annekathrin (8/5): Very good - Cute room with a view of both the sea and the outdoors pool. Quite spacious, comfy and as advertised. You have to tell staff what you want from the breakfast buffet, which is a bit counterproductive, especially if your Spanish isn't great.

- Josefina (9/5): Really nice hotel with beautiful beach views and top floor hot tub and spa. - great location! room was comfortable and perfect for three adults the carpet in the hallway needs to be changed. the gym doesn’t open until 9 am and there are no hand weights.
- William (8/5): The staff working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. No complaints there. - The location near the beach was good. The pool was clean. Breakfast was good but the best part were the fresh fruits. The bathroom seemed very old and not renovated like the bedroom. The toilet flush worked but then the water kept running and the bathtub appears to have been a former spa tube. Old is all I can think of.
