• Viviane (7/5): - The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! The hotel overall could benefit from some maintenance. The location can be a bit tricky. If you miss the operating hours of the Cascade’s mechanical stairs, you might face a tiring climb of around 800 steps up the hill. Yandex/Taxi is a good option.

• Olga (10/5): Отличный отель. - Отличный отель. Удобное расположение. Отель очень уютный, чистый и оснащенный всем необходимым для спокойного отдыха. Особенно хотелось бы отметить персонал отеля: все очень внимательны и всегда готовы ответить на любой вопрос. Обязательно вернемся!

• Amin (7/5): - It was my second stay in this hotel. Location , Breakfast and staff were great. Unfortunately beds were dirty and smelled so bad. Another thing is that you don't have any room service during your staying period and for example your towels won't be changed daily.

Рекомендую, прекрасное расположение, рядом хороший супермаркет с банкоматом для обмена валюты, ресторан, в пешей доступности центр города, Каскад, парк Победы и т.д. Персонал добрый и отзывчивый.

Рядом есть магазин, до обменника нужно чуть-чуть пройтись. Вкусный и очень плотный завтрак. Кофе божественный Постельное белье чуть уставшее.

De asemenea, mi-au făcut o surpriză, oferindu-mi o cameră de lux în locul celei obișnuite pe care o rezervasem. Vă mulțumesc frumos! Totul mi s-a părut în regulă.

• Ekaterina (8/5): - Останавливаемся на первый раз, нравится соотношение цена-качество, хороший вариант на 1-2 ночи. Чисто, спокойно. Не центр, но нам подходит именно этот район. Центр в целом в пешеходной доступности (до Каскада под часа прогуляться) Все в рамках ожиданий, особо не к чему придраться. Не всегда удобно парковаться рядом, так как своей полноценной парковки нет. Но всегда можно найти, где приткнуться

• Denis (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast was good and the room is exactly matches photos Terrible cleanliness of the room (except for the toilet). The room stank terribly of dirty socks, the carpet was all stained and it was scary to walk on it, moreover, I hurt myself while walking on it. There was no light in the toilet, in general the room was dark because many light bulbs were missing. A rooster was crowing under the window in the morning, and considering the open windows, I had to "wake up with the rooster" because of the smell.

They take you to places others can't, and it's personalized. My tour was excellent. I would do it again with the same person. Thank you for such an unforgettable trip.

• Saba (10/5): It was superb! - I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Juliet! The staff were all kind and helpful, but I especially want to thank the lovely lady named Irina (or Iryna). She spoke perfect Persian, which truly made me feel at home—it was such a comforting surprise. I stayed in the room with a queen bed, which was spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom was perfectly clean, with great water pressure and temperature. The lighting throughout the room was excellent, and the soft light above the bed was especially soothing for sleeping. The Wi-Fi was unlimited and worked flawlessly the entire time. Irina helped me with my suitcase using the service lift, which made things so much easier. Irina’s warm hospitality and welcoming attitude truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!
