- Igor (9/5): - Отель расположен в центре города, персонал вежливый и исполнительный. Во дворе отеля есть бар, если кому то надо перекусить или выпить. Все достопримечательности центральной части можно посетить пешком. Завтрак не заказывали, такой необходимости не было. Цена за проживание однозначно соответствует заведению. Отель маленький с небольшими номерами, но считать это недостатком будет некорректно, поскольку изначально нужно было переночевать две ночи с возможностью посвятить полный день Еревану. Для такой задачи отель подходит отлично.

I liked the entrance courtyard with the little cafe/bar. The shower has a fixed glass and plenty of water would come out during our shower. There was a bath mat outside which would get wet, so I would reccomend to change those daily so more comfort.l

Очень вкусное армянское вино. Ребята все дружелюбные. Чистое постельное и полотенца. До аэропорта тоже не далеко. Цена за одни сутки 7.000₽ считаю завышена. Учитывая, что завтрак не включен. На диване были пятна, это конечно никак не сказалось на проживании, но выглядело не очень. Не думаю, что сложно заказать клининг для его очистки.

Очень маленький, на 5 номеров, отель со своим маленьким садом и кафе. Пока кафе не работает полноценно, но в ближайшее время обещают не только напитки, но и еду. В номере все есть. Had to make my own arrangements. Hotel didn’t even offer to pay for my taxi there. They asked me to cancel on the website so it wouldn’t look as if they had made the cancellation on their end.

Номера чистые, сантехника новая, персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Очень милый дворик, где можно посидеть с чашкой кофе. Завтраков не было, но поблизости есть кафе, ресторанчики, проблем не возникло. Для первого знакомства с городом - идеальный вариант.

- Taylor (8/5): Modern clean well located but for a light sleeper not so good - Great location. Comfortable. Comfy bed. Bar was right outside the window, all on ground floor around reception so for a light sleeper wasn’t great
- Apressyan (9/5): - Mist - совсем небольшой отель, 4-5 номеров. Завтрак не предоставляется. Во дворе отеля есть кафе "Merlin", в котором можно позавтракать; в хорошую погоду - на открытом воздухе. Можно и вечером перекусить или выпить. При заказе номера стандарт нам был предоставлен номер полулюкс: две комнаты это удобно. В центре Еревана можно перекусить или размашисто потрапезничать на каждом шагу. В том числе в районе отеля. Выбор огромный и разнообразный. Окна именно этого номера выходили в сад со столиками кафе, но в общем это никак не беспокоило. При закрытых окнах застольные разговоры вообще не были слышны. Двуспальная кровать - широкая и удобная. Персонал - почти невидимый. А когда видимый - любезный и радушный. Расположение - замечательное. С одной стороны, в 3 мин от площади Республики, с другой - внутри кварталов, в тихом месте. Хотелось бы, чтобы полотенца были более гигроскопичные.

- Anna (6/5): Location is brilliant! - Location of this hotel is fantastic, very central. The entrance is gated leading to a lovely garden. However, the WiFi isn't accessible in the garden. Unfortunately, we were very unlucky and there was no hot water in time for us to have a shower. The hot water became available only after I had asked them and it seemed like they had to switch the water heater on. So do ask in advance if you stay there. Our room had a very strange smell, sort of like the sewage smell after you take a shower, and the shower cubicle could do with a deep clean as it seems there could be a mix of mould and sewage smell coming from the bathroom after the shower use.

The room was cleans and quiet, the bed comfortable. The owners are extremely thoughtful and kind-they had a small party at the bar next to the hotel and to make our stay comfortable, offered us a quiet room far from the bar so that we could rest well. This was without us even asking. Thank you for the hospitality!
