Grande suite spacieuse, propre et petit déjeuner simple mais sympa Grosse déception, quand à notre Suite ! Très peu de lumière du jour, car la fenêtre donne sur une minuscule cour, et donc , on ne vois que des murs!, impossible de voir dehors. J'ai fais la remarque au personnel, mais impossible de changer de chambre. Tout était complet. Sur les photos que nous avions vu, rien ne signalait ce GROS détail. C'est bien dommage, il faudrait le préciser sur l'annonce

- Ulrike (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Unser Zimmer (Suite Ridolfi) war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider sind die Fenster nicht schallisoliert und in der Nacht ist es ziemlich laut, wenn sich das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite befindet. Keine deutschen Fernsehsender für diese gehobene Klasse.

- Yuan (8/5): A charming and quiet boutique stay in a historic Florence building - This place is super historical and cool, right on the top floor of an old building. The room itself is big and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax, although the bed may be a bit too soft for some. The shower is a standout feature, with exceptionally strong water pressure—possibly the best among all my stays in Italy. The bathroom is slightly small but functional. The hallway leading to the room had a really strong "smelly feet" or "stinky cheese" funk going on. We actually had to spray perfume at the entrance of our room to keep the smell from drifting in. If you can handle the hallway smell, it’s a great stay. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station (around 18 minutes on foot), though Florence itself is not a large city and the walk is manageable.

This was on the opposite side of the road from our original hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful and told us we should look at the history of the house. This just added to our break and my partner loved the history of the house and was the icing on the cake for a special city break.

The historical architecture of the place and the views from the windows was magnificent. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to fulfill any request. Penthouse apartment stairs were a bit long, almost 2 floors of stairs. Hard to carry luggage up. Temperature was too hot — no cold AC.

The location was very central as well, so easy to find after walking around Florence. I highly recommend. Nothing

- Deborah (9/5): Beautiful property, and I would absolutely retun - Bed was firm and very comfortable, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, building is beautiful inside and out, location was perfect The only complaint would be the street is busy and the inner courtyard stones are old and beautiful but slightly difficult to walk on, and roll luggage. Breakfast was okay - not worth €15/pp

- elizabeth (10/5): Luxurious Palazzo stay in the Oltrarno District - I have been to Florence several times, but always stayed near Ufizzi. This time we wanted a slower experience, so after much research we chose this Palazzo and we could not have been happier. We stayed in the Royal Suite and it was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in! When we arrived, the market was happening in the Santo Spirito square…so we got to explore a bit of the Oltrarno neighborhood. Thank you for an amazing stay with stunning frescos on the ceiling! There is also an elevator for those of us that don’t love stairs! Not a thing
- Hazel (10/5): Perfect accommodation in a beautiful city - We booked the ground floor apartment and it was absolutely ideal. Super clean and beautifully decorated . A five minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. A two minute walk from Piazza Santo Spirito which has lovely restaurants in. Our favourite was Gustooanini Nothing

- Marcin (9/5): Zdecydowanie polecam - Bardzo pozytywnie, zaskakująco klasycznie, dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Zatrzymaliśmy się w apartamencie typu Penthouse z doskonałym widokiem w stronę centrum, bywałem w różnych miejscach i hotelach, ale ten widok i klimat 10/10. Polecam nawet przejazdem na 1-2 dni.

- Arno (8/5): Mooie locatie - Het trappenhuis en de lift. De plafondbeschilderingen in de ontbijtkamer zijn prachtig. De douche was top. De matrassen waren hard waardoor het slapen niet fijn was en je niet uitgerust wakker werd.
