• glgec (9/5): Super hotel. Lokacija odlicna, mirna. Dorucak perfektan. Slagali nas za besplatni transfer sa aeroma - Super lokacija, iako je malo dalje od centra. Ovo nam je deseti put da smo u Istanbulu i hotel je super: Okolo je krš i lom ali to je Istanbul :) Dorucak je predobar, ispred hotela je doner koji radi 24 sata i doneri kostaju vec od 2€. Tramvaj stanica na tri minute. Super. Hotel je kao i vecina u Istanbulu spreman za renoviranje, ali izdrzace jos koju godinu i ovakav :) Dotrajalost hotela. Premaleni lift. I glavna stvar, kada smo rezervisali hotel trazili smo onaj sa besplatnim transferom sa aerodroma jer nam je let bio kasni. Tu su nas slagali i nisu htjeli da to ispostuju. Svakako je zalba upucena i bookingu.

• Sajid Yaqoob (7/5): Overall it was a good stay and worth the money especially with breakfast included and location - Breakfast was really good, everyday they changed the menu a little but there was something for everyone. Location was excellent, les than 5 mins walk to the nearest tram stop (Tram T1 that can take you to central locations like Sultanahmet in a bout 25mins). Wifi was pretty good too most of the times. Room and bathroom was spacious and beds were comfy. Breakfast room staff lady called Leyla was super nice and helpful , massive thanks for her service would happily say 10 out of 10. Also Umar who assisted us at reception and with luggage on our last day was always helpful again 10 out of 10 for him. Bathroom had a little odour which they tried to fix upon complaint, although bathroom was spacious but bath tub and sink was dated silicone around the sink wasn't very clean. suggestion would be to modernise the bathroom. minibar in the room is NOT like a mini fridge and doesn't keep stuff cold plus turns off when you go out and take the room card key with you. It shall be replaced with a mini fridge and must remain ON all the time. We couldn't keep our baby milk in the fridge when we went out and had to leave in their kitchen fridge and every time we had to put it their and take it out when needed which wasn't very convenient. room windows were not very clean either. wall paper on some walls was peeling off too. in the corridor externally wall paper was coming off too. Room size is very generous they just need to upgrade and modernise the interiors especially the wall papers and little bits etc. Originally they said iron will be provided but upon request they said they can't provide it because it's broken and didn't assist on how to get our clothes ironed. We eventually gave up ended up buying streamer ( after visiting many shops as we were new there and didn't know where to get it from). only one list but was small but was able to squeeze in baby stroller.

• Ntaiana (8/5): Καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής, με μικρές ελλείψεις και θόρυβο λόγω κεντρικής τοποθεσίας. - Σε γενικές γραμμές, το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καλό και σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Σε σχέση με την τιμή που πλήρωσα, έμεινα ικανοποιημένη. Το πρωινό ήταν τίμιο και επαρκές – δεν είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία, αλλά μπορούσες να φας ένα ικανοποιητικό πρωινό χωρίς να νιώθεις ότι λείπει κάτι. Υπήρχε αρκετή φασαρία από τον δρόμο λόγω της κεντρικής τοποθεσίας. Το μπάνιο θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό και ίσως χρειάζεται μια μικρή ανακαίνιση. Επίσης, υπήρχε μόνο απλό σαπούνι για τα χέρια (όχι υγρό), κάτι που δεν με εξυπηρέτησε. Στο πρωινό η ποικιλία ήταν περιορισμένη

The service was excellent and prompt. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again in the future.

The parking is right next to the hotel. A huge thank you to Ömer and Gamze, who are extremely kind and responsive. They made our stay even more pleasant and nice.

• Ibrahimov (10/5): - Otel yerləşməsinə görə çox əlverişli yerdədi. Personal gülərüz və mehriban idi. Otelin əməkdaşı Anar bəyə xüsusi təşəkkür. Qarşılamadan yola salmaya qədər hər şeylə maraqlandı. Otelin səhər yeməyi həm bol çeşidli, həm də çox dadlı idi. Tramvay xəttinə yaxın yerləşməsi də üstünlükdür.

• Paula-mihaela (8/5): You get what you paid for. - I liked how friendly were the staff and how close was to public transport. The hotel is not a 5 star, but for the money I paid, I think it was a good deal. What I didn't like was the option for breakfast, I assume the hotel does not make a lots of money by selling this option. Because I been in a 5*hotel before, I noticed any little details that were not right in the room. Few things in the bathroom, and too much dust in the room. I stayed in one side of the hotel, 4th floor. My friends had some issues in the other side of the hotel with the sewage pipe smell. And the noise we can hear in the rooms. It's stated that the room are soundproof, but they are not. We have other guests last night knocking on the door after we went in our friends room to chat after our cruise on Bosfor (which I recommend). But overall, like I said, you can't have a 5* hotel expectations for the money we paid.

• Vasili (4/5): - Sehr großes Bett (2x2m), saubere Bettwäsche, jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Hotel sieht von außen schon mal aus wie eine Baustelle. Angefangen mit der Hotelzimmertür, die wackelt und riesen Schlitze hat oben und unten und durch die man alles hören kann. Fenster sind überhaupt nicht dicht und lassen den ganzen Lärm von draußen durch (+ Sehr dreckig). Tapeten teilweise nicht zu Ende geklebt, überall Renovierungsreste (Silikon, Fugenmasse, Kleberreste...). Der Spiegel im Bad hängt auf Höhe vom Bauch (Personen über 1,70m sehen nur ihre Brust im Spiegel). Der Abfluss in der Dusche war massiv verstopft, Lampe hing schief und war richtig dunkel. So als ob absichtlich alle Lampen dunkler gemacht wurden, damit man das Chaos im Zimmer nicht sieht. Das Frühstück war auch jeden Tag das gleiche, sehr wenig Auswahl und sehr fettig (Rührei hat vor Fett getropft). Für 1-2 Nächte mit wenig Budget ist das akzeptabel, aber mehr auch nicht.
