• Sevim (10/5): Je reviendrai à cette hôtel pour mes prochains séjour - Je recommande cette hôtel la chambre était très propre et très jolie le ménage était fait tout les jours, le personnel était très accueillant chaleureux et à l’écoute et aux petits soins Au niveau plan géographique il est très bien situé proche des stations de métro et proches des monuments touristiques à 5 mn à pied du grand bazar ,de la mosquée Bleue et Sainte Sophie … J ai était très statisfaite de mon séjour à cette hôtel Et un grand merci pour le personnel qui sont tous aimables et souriants Je le recommande

• Tatiana (4/5): Все было бы здорово, если бы не поверхностное отношение к гостям - Очень понравилось месторасположение и кафе, принадлежавшее отелу, постояльцам делали скидку и это было очень удобно. Не понравилось отношение персонала к гостям. К сожалению, во время нашего пребывания там из номера пропали пижамные шорты, предполагаю, что их могли случайно забрать вместе с полотенцами во время уборки, но никто их даже не потрудился найти и вернуть, развели руками и сказали искать у себя, мол сами виноваты. Но не могло были такого, что я проснулась в них, ушла гулять и вернувшись, их не обнаружила, но было заметно, что была уборка.

• Habiba (5/5): La Zona está genial pero la habitación doble estándar demasiado pequeña. - La zona. La habitación doble estándar era muy pequeña, con espacio insuficiente para moverse con comodidad. No había apenas mobiliario para dejar las pertenencias. El baño también era reducido, con un lavabo muy pequeño e incómodo. Además, las sábanas tenían manchas que me dio mucho asco.

The food was delicious, and while we ate, they rushed to prepare our rooms and gave us the keys much earlier than expected. ​The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-heated with perfect water temperature. Housekeeping was excellent; they cleaned every day and provided fresh towels and supplies. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! We liked everything. 😁

• Sarmīte (9/5): Viss patika, ieteiktu citiem. - Atrašanās vieta bija ļoti laba, tuvu galvenie apskates objekti, varēja izstaigāt ar kājām. Numuriņš bja tīrs un mājīgs, bet maz vietas. Brokastis labas, par kafiju bija jāmaksā. Tuvu pārtikas veikali un dažādi restorāni. Nebija informācijas, ka reģistratūra atrodas citā ēkā.

• Weronika (1/5): AVOID - Nothing I strongly do not recommend this property. My stay was extremely disappointing on many levels. From the beginning, it was very noisy, making it difficult to rest. The room was small and not properly clean. Additionally, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The most serious situation happened while I was taking a shower – the glass shower panel suddenly fell off and shattered while I was inside. I got cut and was bleeding. It was a very dangerous situation that could have ended much worse. This clearly resulted from poor technical condition, the hinges simply came off, which shows a complete lack of maintenance and concern for guest safety. The hotel’s response was completely inadequate. I was given only two small bandages, which was almost a joke in such a situation. The only thing they offered was extending our stay by one hour (it was our check-out day) and moving us to another room so we could shower … After returning home, I tried to contact the property, but they never responded. I also reported the case to Booking, but unfortunately the hotel did not cooperate to resolve the issue. Overall, this was a huge disappointment. The property is poorly maintained, unsafe, and shows no real care for guests. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

• Antonella (10/5): Excelente recomiendo y volvería - La habitación es tal como la muestran en imágenes, estaba muy bien calefaccionada. Nos tocó el segundo piso, es por escalera (ojo con el equipaje pesado ya que no posee servicio de botones). La ducha excelente temperatura. Las sábanas y colchón en perfecto estado. Como servicio adicional había una pava eléctrica con café, té y una botella de agua mineral. La recepción es 24 horas. El servicio de desayuno es muy completo. La ubicación es ideal, tener en cuenta que para salir es en subida (tómense en Uber) pero para volver es en bajada!! Se puede caminar bien, está muy cerca del gran bazar, la mezquita azul, Santa Sofía y los lugares característicos del casco histórico. Todo fue bueno, si vas con mucho equipaje está justo el espacio pero es tal cual informan.
• Costru (10/5): A fost un sejur minunat. Recomand acest hotel. - Hotel curat și frumos. Este la 20 min distanță de pe jos de principalele atracții turistice. Aproape de multe restaurante și cafenele autentice. Micul dejun a fost bun și pe săturate , se servește la un restaurant de pe aceeași stradă. În fiecare zi s-au schimbat ștergarele și s-a aranjat camera ce e super fain. Personalul a fost amabil și receptiv, ne-a ajutat cu tot si ne-a oferit servicii la un preț foarte bun. Le mulțumim pentru asta. Cafea nu este inclusă în micul dejun, se achită separat, este la un preț foarte accesibil și are un gust bun. Poziția față de tramvai ar fi un minus pentru persoanele mai în vârstă sau care merg mai greu. Hotelul este poziționat în vale cam la 15 min de stația de tramvai. Vederea din cameră este spre alt perete,nu este dramatic dar ar putea pune niște plante pentru a colora un pic vederea din camera.

Cartier liniștit, nu se auzeau tare rugaciunile de la moschee (era ceva distanță). Amplasarea - la 15 min pe jos până la Moscheea Albastră. Dejun gustos, variat, copios. La plecare la ora 6 dimineața ne-au servit cu dejun la pachet. Administratorul a fost disponibil non-stop.

I really wanted to put my feet down and sit. But sadly the check in process was sad :( . They don’t tell you, you have to go to door 19, a small door, white on the side that’s labeled something else and ring the doorbell there and wait for someone. This was uncomfortable considering it was 30 degrees out and wet. But after we checked in the manager came and was very calm and helped me.

• Eugenio (7/5): Ottima posizione e struttura pulita - Struttura in ottima posizione a Sultanahmet, a circa dieci minuti a piedi dalla Moschea Blu, perfetta per visitare la zona storica. Reception aperta 24 ore (anche se si trova nell’edificio di fronte). Camera singola non grande ma adeguata per una persona. Bagno funzionale e molto pulito, con sapone, shampoo, pantofole, cambio asciugamani e pulizia quotidiana impeccabile. Comoda anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in reception dopo il checkout. La camera era la prima all’ingresso e affacciava sulla strada, quindi si sentiva rumore quando gli ospiti rientravano. Il letto era piuttosto duro e non ho dormito benissimo. In bagno avrei gradito una mensola per appoggiare gli oggetti personali.

Per una settimana che siamo soggiornati non e stato lavato nemmeno una volta il bagno solo rifatto il letto e una sistemata veloce ma niente di più ,per lo shampoo dovevi chiedere perché non avevano l'accortezza di vedere che mancava

• Ortega Sánchez (7/5): Buena estancia en Azalea Mansión, aunque con detalles a mejorar. - La localización del hotel es muy buena, a unos 12 minutos caminando de la mezquita azul. Nos ha parecido una zona segura, hay muchos hoteles similares alrededor. El local del desayuno, que está fuera del hotel es muy bonito y el desayuno es abundante y muy bueno. Buena relación calidad-precio. Personal amable. La habitación es más pequeña de lo que parece en fotos, con los techos bajos. El principal inconveniente que hemos tenido es que se escuchaba mucho ruido de los demás huéspedes. Poca insonorización. No limpian la habitación a fondo cada día, se limitan a cambiar las toallas y hacer la cama. Poca cantidad de productos de aseo del baño. El desayuno no incluye café, se paga aparte.

Un paio di gg sono ok - La struttura è in buona posizione per raggiungere i punti di interesse Stanza piccolina ma confortevole e pulita .colazione sia dolce che salata intercontinentale servita nel ristorante convenzionato a pochi passi Attenzione che la colazione è compresa nel prezzo tranne che per le bevande che sia esso caffè o latte etc.. questo penalizza perché abbiamo pagato 4 caffè 16 euro

Our vacation was incredible! Although the room is small, it has everything you need. We arrived around 12 o'clock at night because there were delays in the bus. Despite this, we were quickly met and checked into the room. The staff were very polite and helped with the luggage. The breakfasts were incredibly delicious and filling! Problem je da se sve ..kava,caj,sokovi naplacuju za dorucak po velikim cijenama što nije u redu i što do sada nisam nikada dozivio tako nesto. Dorucak za te novce nije nista posebno. Dobijete samo 0,15 dcl vode gratis

El desayuno venía incluido aunque el café era aparte (cosa que no entiende porque no se concibe un desayuno sin café, esto no me pareció bien). En general un 6-7/10, nada descabellado! • Ana (8/5): Good value for the price - The location is just 12-15 minutes walk for the city centre and the Grand Bazaar so everything is pretty close. The breakfast was ok and enough, but only water and Turkish tea included, for coffee or anything else you had to pay extra. The room looked ok and the stuff was nice, they also changed the towels and cleaned the room. The bathroom looks bigger in the pictures, but it is actually extremely small and doesn t have a window, this made me realise I might be claustrophobic haha. There were mosquitos coming from God knows where.
