• Katerina (9/5): - The location of the hotel is great,just a few steps from the seafront promenade. The rooms are very clean, good size and tastefully decorated.Bathroom also big with a nice shower. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.Most importantly the people who manage the hotel Donald and his sister are the best hosts,always helpful,polite and friendly. Breakfast room a bit hot in the morning.

• Jan (10/5): Perfect location with free parking - Best location 👌 directly in the city center just a stone throw away from the board walk but very quiet at night. Donald the son organised a parking for us every day which is crucial in Saranda. They also serve breakfast on the terrace every morning. We will come back. The rooms are a bit small.More than 1 toilet paper roll per day would be nice.

• Julia (9/5): Great location just steps from the sea - The staff were incredibly welcoming and Annie spoke impeccable English.They sorted parking right outside the hotel for us. Breakfast was an incredible spread of fruit, eggs, pastries, fruit juice, cheese etc. The location is just steps from the seafront. The room was spotless and very tastefully decorated. Nothing. Maybe some water in the fridge?
• Michb. (9/5): Lovely newly built, tasteful but small hotel - Lovely small, newly built, tastefully decorated family run property. We only stayed 1 night. Communication with staff throughout was excellent, including help with parking as impossible to get in this area (we reached out to them in advance and they held a spot just at tge door for us), help on checkin and recommendations for restaurant. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and the home made jams are a must. Good air con throughout and good facilities in bathroom /bedroom (toiletries and fridge). Loved the simply framed crochet/lace in reception area... A nod to Albanian hand crafts, and possibly family made. A little pricey for small room in Saranda, you're paying a premium for proximity to promenade and newness of property Bedrooms on the small side but adequate for a couple for 1 night. If I was picky I'd say mattresses were very springy / on the cheap side, I've seen a lot better in Albania.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the location couldn’t be better, right in the center and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. A special thank you to the lovely mother and daughter who run the place, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. And let’s not forget the breakfast – absolutely the best we’ve had on our trip. Highly recommended!

• Bledar (10/5): Exceptional - Staff: The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression. Location: The hotel's location was perfect for my needs. It was just a short walk from the beach, allowing me to easily enjoy the beautiful coastline and stunning sunsets. There were also plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area .Breakfast: The breakfast spread was simply outstanding. Their homemade olive oil was so fresh and flavorful, it elevated every dish. The bullseye eggs were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of runny yolk. But what truly stole the show were their homemade jams. Made with locally sourced fruits, they were bursting with flavor and the perfect complement to the fresh pastries and breads

• Ming (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was good and plenty. The location was really good because it is close to the public beach and the promenade. The room was clean and nice. Staff was helpful and provided us with towels for the beach. For 5 euro we could do laundry. Instructions for the parking and we could not find the hotel easily.
• Hugo (9/5): Very nice apartment at an excellent location - Very nice family hotel. Excellent location. Easy to find because it is close to hotel/bar Republica, every taxi driver knows this place. Very frienly staff. Rooms are very clean. I had to convince them that changing sheets and towels every two days, instead of every day, was more than enough for me. The room had a nice patio, with a table and a chair where I could use my laptop. Very good breakfast. No elevator, while breakfast is at 4th floor. The organization is a bit chaotic. I discussed this with the daughter (who cleaned the rooms together with her girlfriend) and she told me that this apartment/city/country is overwhelmed by the number of tourists. It doubled each year three times in a row.

• Ezgi (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff, smiling people, great location just a minute away from the coast! Also, the room was perfectly clean (smaller than we expected though), shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. The street is too narrow where the balcony is facing. Meaning, sitting at the balcony or hanging in the room with the curtains open was not comfortable since your are facing the neighbours' apartments, literally. Was a pity because we were looking forward to hang at the balcony.
• Anthony (7/5): The room was clean and spacious, staff were great but surrounded by buildings that needed attention. - The surrounding buildings were in disrepair and it lacked in room hotel facilities like a kettle or coffee machine and teaspoons. It was hard to find and could do with a sign at the entrance.
• Polina (9/5): Quiet stay in Saranda - The guest house is clean and personal there is very friendly. They help you with everything and can give you umbrellas and chairs to use it on the beach, because beach is public. They had shower gels and ect which is great! And can help you with everything. It is plus and minus, they have parking slots and they are not really comfortable to park and unpack. I got lucky to re-park my car near the Main Street, but if you drive away, that parking can be taken and you need to park in uncomfortable place. Quiet place. With A/C and drying rack and terrace on the first floor. The hotel don’t have comfortable parking, so you need to call in advance to ask them to help you with parking somewhere and later personal re-park you car. Which is good, but would be better to have more comfortable parking in such city as Saranda, where was no parking at all around the city, just to let everyone know.

• Anonymous (10/5): Saranda is a lovely and hectic place and this hotel felt like an oasis of calm and peace. - Location was excellent. Room was beautiful with a massive bed and gorgeous designer bed linen. Bathroom was beautifully appointed with lovely shower and two hairdryers. Balcony was lovely too. Breakfast was excellent - everything was of the highest quality and the combination of fruit, eggs, croissants etc was perfect. Also liked the fact that you made your own tea- so you can get it just how you like it! Nothing

• Karoline (9/5): Great hotell in the middle of everything - The location was absolutely perfect, in the middle of everything. I don't think it could've been better. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved all the fruit opptions for the breakfast. Rooms were great, spaceous, and perfectly clean. We had a nice little patio outside. Our stay here was excellent. It was a bit hard to find. I would wish for a sign outside, or a better or more precise placement on Google maps, or maybe a more descriptive explanation for the directions. My friend and I had a little moment of panic when we couldn't find it after a really long day of traveling. But when we finally found it everything was excellent from there on.
• Albert (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms are simple and super clean. Very modern furniture with super bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, with a good view. Saranda Boulevard is 30m away from the hotel. If I go back to Saranda, this is definitely a place I will be looking up. Hats up!

• Luke (9/5): Lovely hotel close to promenade - Nice hotel, a bit difficult to find and access is through a pedestrian area however the staff help you a lot and also help you find parking. Location is right in the middle of Saranda with the promenade only a 2 minute walk away. Difficult to find.

They helped us to park right in front (not easy to find a parking spot in downtown Saranda) and served breakfast at room. For a stay in Saranda city the location was perfect, right in front of the public beach. All staff were very polite and helpful.

• Inma (10/5): EXCELLENT PEOPLE, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. - The incredible kindness of all the people we interact with: helpful, friendly, problem solvers, The breakfast was made to order, so it was excellent. They lent us towels and chairs to make the beach day more pleasant. Just one detail: I think that hangers and towel racks will be useful, there is no place to leave the wet towels in case you want to use them again. They only have laundry baskets.

Clean and comfortable room, bathroom had a bidet and the staff washed & dried our clothes without extra cost. -Hard to find in the beginning -Parking was a bit of a hassle but the staff are there to help you at any time.
