Хочу отметить, что персонал охотно и активно отвечал на наши вопросы до приезда и про форму оплаты, и сколько стоит такси. Спасибо за ответы. все хорошо, рекомендуем

The only thing that was a bit confusing were the lights but who doesn’t like a little puzzle here and there!? I would definitely stay again and half the cost of the Shangri-La around the corner where my conference was held.

• Kenny (10/5): - Excellent staff. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. Only wish was the TV had movies. Very convenient location. About an 8 min walk from the subway/mall. There’s a cafe, bakery, & 7/11 located right around the corner. Soda beverages (coca cola, sprite, fanta ) were provided and refilled daily free of charge in the mini fridge. Bottled water as well. Would definitely stay again.
• Vincent (8/5): - It’s close to where I need to go. Very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel does not offer a lot of options for food or room service. Has basic breakfast buffet and reasonably priced. The room I was in was smaller than expected but cost and clean. Good enough for 1 person or couple.
• Todd (8/5): - The hotel is supposedly non-smoking but the room was clearly a smoking room and you can smell the cigarette smoke in the hallway. I had to change rooms due to the smell but the staff was very accommodating. Great staff, willing to help. Aircon took 18 hours to cool from 26C to 22C after maintenance put the air at 16C on max speed.

• Cong (3/5): Poor - Terrible front desk; very rude. The room is very small based on what I paid. I paid for breakfast for a double bed room but they only provided one breakfast, which is ridiculous. The breakfast itself is also very poor. I regretted paying for that.

• Yuki (5/5): Don't be like me, pay in advance. - Its proximity to the New Bund area I stayed at the hotel from Feb 24-25. It's been over two weeks and I have not gotten my deposit back, nor have I gotten any responses or any type of correspondence regarding my deposit.
• Shane (9/5): For comfort, value and location, there is no better option! - Great location, amazing value for money, fabulous fresh design and spotlessly clean. Staff are really welcoming and accommodating also. Very little. Breakfast range could have more western options I suppose.
