В комнате есть все удобства для пребывания с детьми,даже стиральная машинка с порошком. Апартаменты на центральной улице,но тихие. Звукоизоляция номера,слышно было как соседи смотрят громко тв. Очень жёсткий диван, и матрасы неудобные ,как надувные ,колебаться от каждого движения.

- Valeria (9/5): Very good option to stay in Yerevan, recommended! - Great location, very clean and neat room, great option for this price! The entrance door to the room was tough to open - you need to physically push hard.
- Natalia (9/5): - очень просторная комната с миникухней, диваном и кроватью. Предварительно оплату не берут, по заселению на месте. До Площади Республики минут неспеша можно дойти за 15 минут. При оплате наличными просите квитанцию, чтобы потом не было недоразумений. Нам накануне выселения позвонили в номер и начали выяснять платили ли мы и кому. Апартаменты находятся на втором этаже, вывеска не очень яркая, а внизу располагается детская студия и никаких указаний на отель. Нужно больше указателей!
