• Haidy (10/5): - Het hotel was prima voor de prijs, het personeel was vriendelijk en de locatie ten opzichte van het winkelcentrum en de metro was geweldig.
• Sokhna (1/5): HORRIBLE! - I didn't like anything about this hotel. When I arrived, I was put in a room with dirty sheets. Later, the owner moved me to a room on the 3rd floor because the hotel building isn't very well maintained. Mosquitoes got into the room, and I told the owner, who had installed a pump that bothered me a lot because of my asthma, that the room had a strong smell of cigarettes. I explained to the owner that it was difficult to breathe with my asthma, and he moved me to a third room on the 2nd floor, which was the same. The sheets weren't clean, the room had a strong smell of cigarettes, etc., so I called Booking.com to get a refund and go to a more comfortable hotel. They said the owner has to accept the request, so I just have to leave because, ultimately, my well-being was the most important thing to me, and I hope to at least get a refund for the three nights I didn't spend there. It's a scam to me even thi the picture of the hotel looks nice on the booking app and not even a place to heat coffee or have a breasfast brunch like many other hotels in istanbul

• Pluwik (10/5): - Расположение максимально близко к остановке автобуса havaist Приветливый персонал Низкая цена Номер выглядит значительно хуже, чем представлено на фото. Обшарпано и грустно. Все это компенсируется низкой ценой. За такую цену не знаю, уместно ли вообще предъявлять какие-либо требования. Вполне подходит для того чтобы передохнуть между перелётами.

• Александр (8/5): За свою стоимость хороший отель. Все рядом в пешей доступности. - Приняли раньше времени. Очень дружелюбный персонал, есть рускоговорящие. Дали номер больше оплаченного. Все приносят в номер по запросу. Очень холодно в номерах, кондей отапливает номер за пару часов, но пол холодный. Очень изношенное постельное белье. Нет чайника в номере, но по запросу приносят чай, кипяток, кофе.

• Benzohra (10/5): Pour X-NELLAYI hotel İstanbul - C'est un bon hôtel, confortable et plus proche du métro Aksaray ainsi que des supérettes et des restaurants. Les stuff sont accueillants et toujours à la disposition. Je vous remercie infiniment !

• Nizar (1/5): DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL - Nothing Its dirty, and half of the room without light. staff unable to speak english~ nightmare locaton and the bed is dirty.....if yu have other option, dont stay in this hotel..... Cant even call themselve a hotel......... bad experience.......the toilet have many place is broken...... dont wanna remember my experience there......dont stay there please
