• Andy Brausch (7/5): Tolle Lage denkt aber an die Ohrstöpsel - Das Hotel ist 4 Minuten vom Taksim Platz entfernt. Auch die Haupeinkaufsstrasse war nur eine Querstrasse neben an. Ohrenstöpsel Pflicht! Wenn man recht ruhig schlafen möchte. Den unten drunter sind Bars wo bis in den morgen gefeiert wird. Sonst a er alles gut!

• Yasemin (9/5): - The staff were very friendly and helped with any queries and problems we had. The room was a very good size for two people with a nice balcony. The location made everywhere we wanted to go easily accessible and is good if you want to enjoy the nightlife. If you're staying during the weekend, be aware the area is very lively during the night until late so it is something to consider if you can't sleep with noise.

The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything necessary, Wi-Fi connection is good on every floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Uğur thank you for conversations and tea :) I would be glad to return to this place again one day.

Right in the tourist area, lots of restaurants and bars and you can hear the noise until 5-6am. Hard to sleep until you get used to it.

• Julie (7/5): Good - The localisation is central to do all by walking, receptionists are very nice, room is spacious and the terrace is a good plus. The fridge is very useful. It is very noisy every night until 5am, there are a lot of night clubs around. The cleaning isn't perfect.

AC was turning on but not cooling, and also blowing stinky air out (I guess the filter was super dirty?) the bathroom - if we can call it this way- was separated by a shower door, not even a toilet brush inside. House keeper did not come even once during my whole stay (4 nights). The WiFi does connect but does work. The staff is very unapproachable, they don’t speak English and they are extremely rude and homophobic. also majority of them smoke inside the lobby - and I saw the house keeper smoking in the room - so the whole place smells of cigarette

• Juliette (10/5): loved my stay - I really had a nice stay. Although you are in the middle of the city, I slept at the street side,but slept like a baby. Th e rooms are very good isolated! One of the owners his name is Ugur , he shared some nice moments with me ,serving me every night a nice Turkish tea. Having a talk and even watched soccer with me when I was sitting downstairs .When I needed something he really served me well. This is my favourite hotel , if you search a hotel, not expensive, quiet when you sleep and in the middle of Taksim. This is a good hotel. Bus ,train and metro in 10 minutes walk.

The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The room was clean, they give tea, cups, sugar and other staff, location is good, near metro stations,bus stops. noisy (there are a lot of bars and pubs in the neighborhood), no elevator, so it was difficult to climb to the room on the 4th floor.
• Michelle (9/5): Convenient comfortable budget hotel - Great room with everything needed. Very comfortable bed. Room had a small bar fridge with bottle of water, plus kettle and tea/coffee. Bathroom was totally fine with good water pressure. Window for fresh air had decent soundproofing when closed. Completely adequate breakfast. Location was great. Obviously it's on a busy street for restaurants and drinks so don't expect peace and quiet! But if you're happy to be in the middle of everything, this hotel is great. Booking site said checkout until 12 midday, and I chose this hotel partly for that reason. A staff member was knocking on my door at 11:40 as I was showering getting ready to head to the airport and saying "checkout". I don't understand Turkish so perhaps she was just confirming? No idea, but I checked out by 12 with no problems. I didn't appreciate the banging on the door while in the shower.

• Saltanat (4/5): Disappointing - I booked two rooms for my mom and her coworker. Both in the app, and the confirmation letter it was written that we booked 2 separate rooms. When they got there, the workers there gave them 1 room only! My mom doesn't speak English well, and I had to call them all the way from Kazakhstan to prove the workers I booked 2 rooms. It almost looked like they were trying to use the fact that the guests don't speak the language in their advantage. It took me 20 mins to prove my point, they called the boss, and only then my mom and her collegue were able to check in. Absolutely unacceptable! Other than that, it was fine. Please work on your service!

A big thank you to Mr. Ugur who was so helpful & guided us how to get to the hotel from the airport using the public shuttle service. We had to carry our own luggage to the room which was on the 5th floor, no elevator. Limited set portion breakfast plate.

All in all a brilliant experience. Would love to stay here again in future. Kudos to the management, they were very kind. The noise outside the street late night and early morning caused some disturbances. Other than that, this is an ideal place to stay.

This room is large, with a nice bathroom and a beautiful terrace where it is nice to have dinner with a wonderful view of the nightlife of Istanbul. The staff is sociable and friendly. For me it is not a problem), but if you want to live in upper floor with good view be ready to climb to staircase.
