• Olena (10/5): Very good stay with friendly staff and a great location for the price. - The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Muhammet and Bekir. I was welcomed with tea, helped with my luggage, and everything in the room was explained. The room was clean, with fresh bed linen and towels, and there was always hot water. The location is excellent — close to the metro, attractions, cafes, and restaurants. Great value for money. The internet is a bit weak if you need it for work. Also, it can be noisy from the street, so earplugs are recommended.
• Mouadh (1/5): Really a bad experience i don't recommend at all! - The location is good it is near to Istklal street which is good, there's many market near by and restaurant. there's no breakfast, they gave me a room in the 5th floor even there's room available in other floors. There's no elevator, no even help for suitcases, stairs are too small, difficulty in walking, that was a nightmare !They don't clean the room, no changing for the towels. Nothing more,

L'emplacement est idéal, à côté de la grande rue piétonne Istiklal, avec ses adorables chats un peu partout, ses commerces, restaurants, transports en commun, du métro Taksim et des bus. Aucun problème d'insécurité dans le quartier pour une femme seule. La chambre était parfaite, avec des draps et serviettes propres. Les propriétaires sont super gentils, accueillants et très serviables. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir 😊

• Abu mayyaleh (7/5): - Mohammad and Baker were so kind and helpful and they trully respond for any inquires fast and they have amazing receiption support 24hrs and they help me with my bags when I arrived and lift. The location was great near Istiqlal street and Taksim square and near transportation. Their price was good for the location. There is no elevator so it is trully hard to go up and down every single time you go out as well you will need help for your bags.Their is no clean service, just if you request they will do it. The rooms are so small also their is no coffee corner or even water. The rooms not that much clean specially the floor dusty, their is no shower box in the restroom so it is hard to take shower and it is small space the restroom itself and the AC in the room not well working so it is cold in the night. Their is an old small closet and the drawer broken so not useful, I keep all of my clothes in the bags.

• Carolina (7/5): Relación precio-calidad - La ubicación es super centrica además de ser un barrio con mucha actividad y cerca de bastantes comercios, además el staff del hotel es super amable y colaborativo por lo qué siempre estarás bien atendido. Al see un barrio movido suele haber mucho ruido en la noche por lo qué puede ser dificil dormir.

Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich bei jedem Anliegen sofort bemüht, eine passende Lösung zu finden. Dieser persönliche Einsatz hat den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Alcune cose si possono migliorare con poco sforzo, piccoli dettagli da migliorare.

• eva (6/5): - Staff just ordered brunch when I arrived as was an hour early or so early. They invited me to share 😊. Room was well stocked. Felt safe. 2 mins from Istikal road, 5 from the square. Was 2 days in Instanbul as a layover. The noise of night time Instanbul is absolutely chronic! It sounded like there were 2 million pple a hundred metres away on Istikal street. As well as the narrow street of hotel where music , karaoke, substance induced shenanigans were on ALL night long. Granted; it was Victory Day holiday although I suspect could be same deal every night. Didn't stop me from sleeping though as I was dead tired from 36 hour trip from Oz via 12 hr layover Ho chi min !! I just closed the window. . Also this street is big grown men dressing & ' selling ' as women 😂. Who knew 🙄

• Selma (1/5): Nie wieder und es ist nicht empfehlenswert - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mitten im Taxi mitten im Geschehen erreicht alles super zu Fuß Die Unterkunft ist eine Katastrophe. Das ganze Haus ist von Schimmel befallen. Nach Ankunft mussten wir unser Zimmer wechseln, weil man kaum atmen konnte vor dem Schimmelgeruch. Das zweite Zimmer im höheren Stockwerk war etwas besser. Aber auch da war es die reinste Katastrophe. Und wir sind nach einer Nacht ausgezogen und haben ein anderes Hotel gesucht.

The man at the reception desk was especially helpful and went above and beyond to assist with a few things. There are many nice bars and restaurants in the area and within walking distance. There is no elevator. The hotel has a/c, but not in the rooms. The music from the nearby bars/restaurants might make sleeping difficult.

Location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Definitely recommended! The room wasn’t soundproof. I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it hard to sleep sometimes.

• Yasser (3/5): Poor - Location is really good, 5 min walk from Taksim Square. Really noisy in the night until dawn but some people like such vibes. The toilet seat was broken and left at the floor. The ceiling fan was squeaking and I hardly got a good night sleep.
