• Scherrens (3/5): A fuir. Jamais vu un endroit aussi négligé en Thaillande. Personnel super désagréable. - Le prix est raisonnable. Le personnel est absolument désagréable. Pas représentatif de l'acceuil des Thaillandais. Pas de porte dans la salle de Bain ou se trouve l'évier. Pas de réception apres 19h. Un chat ayant la galle se trouve dans l'hotel. Des fuite sur le toit et j'en passe. Je ne met jamais de mauvaise note en general. Mais vu l'acceuil odieux. J'etais obliger.

Tôi đặt phòng có WC riêng nhưng lại nhận được phòng WC chung, báo cho chủ khách sạn thì được trả lời là hết phòng không thể sắp xếp trong khi tôi đã đặt trước rất lâu. Xa trung tâm đi về phải tốn thêm tiền đi cao tốc.

Did not sleep well room was too warm air condition is not working well my daughter was bitten by mosquitoes.We checked in late like nearly 4am I feel bad when 1 staff kept asking me what time we leave and i replied why rushing me anyway I payed for 5 nights as we are waiting for my daughter to wake up she slept late like 7am was anxious with the insects .

• özay (1/5): - It was like a zoo. Not a hotel, it was a zoo. I saw all sorts of strange insects I'd never seen before, and there were cobwebs in the rooms. Nowhere had been properly cleaned.nothing All the employees talk to people, to the customers, as if they're rude or disrespectful. There was nothing good about it. So I definitely don't recommend it. Don't even go near it.

Nikt nas nie przyjął ani nie odebrał telefonu , nie odpisał ani na whatsapp ani na booking. Kasa przepadła a oni nas olali. Booking powinien usuwać takie miejsca, bo traci się zaufanie. Nic mi się nie podobało pewnie dlatego, że pomimo informowania dzień wcześniej że będziemy o 23:00 to jak pojechaliśmy bylo zero kontaktu z recepcja i właścicielem. • PREEYAPA (7/5): ถ้าหม่คืดอะไรด้วยราคานี้ก็ดีมากแล้วแต่ถ้าปรับปรุงจะดีมากๆๆๆๆ - ราคาดีมากพนักงานนิสัยดี ไม่ชอบไฟอัตโนมัติ ต้องเดินผ่านที่มืดก่อนไฟติด. พอมาชั้นล่างกำลังต้มม่าม่าไฟก็ดับมืดมากต้องเดินผ่านให้ไฟติด คุณตั้งเวลาไว้สั้นและตั้งเซ็นเซอร์ไม่ถูกจุด มันอันตรายมากนะ ถ้าตกบันไดคุณจะรับผิดชอบไหมถ้าเกิดเรื่องร้ายระหว่างไฟหยุดทำงานคุณรับผิดชอบได้ไหมกรุณาปรับปรุงด้วย

• Matt (3/5): Choose somewhere else - Roughly a 10 min walk from a BTS station, 5 min walk from a 7/11 and some decent streetfood vendors. Service was non existant, staff/lodgers unhelpful. Bed was full of ants, they didn't bite but kept me up anyways. Shower barely worked and was full of mosquitos, no way to keep them out. Lots of noise at night, partying downstairs. Would advise elsewhere even if desperate.

• Filip (1/5): - Fotky vůbec neodpovídají. Spali sme v pokojich na matraci na zem,i kde nebylo nic dalšího. Matrace byly nové, ještě zabalené v obalu a přes obal povlečené. Koupelny sdílené, špinavé, nepříjemný zápach.

Nothing like the photos at all the state of the place isn’t advertised . Check in says till 22:00pm got there at 8:45 with no one there just a peice of paper with 2 phone numbers on it . Had to call them as what’s app didn’t work and line wouldn’t work and just said nothing they can do of it don’t work as they have to send me a video of how to self check in . Witch was 3 numbers on a box they could of just told me while I was stood outside waiting for over a hour to sort out “self check in” , ended up what’s app working after they bothered to try and add me on there instead and text me . disgusting hotel don’t risk your lungs staying hear

• Vicente (7/5): Overall fine for the price - the bed was comfy some cleaning utilities were missing, there were some web spiders in some corners and last but not least, we couldn’t get to play with the Golden Retriever that they have because the owner didn’t allow us to (he was so cute, excited to play with us and friendly but sadly we couldn’t even pet him 😢)

• Wan Qing Qian (1/5): - Wrong spot location on Google maps. after I booked a taxi to drop off there was the wrong place, luckily the security guard of that place pointed me out how to go there and let me know I'm not the only one who was there. In the previous they always had foreigners drop off there by taxi and after that they needed to go there by work or make new taxi reservations to go to the hostel. After that I needed to go there by walk at night. Second I was late and checked in after 10 pm, I wrote the message to inform the hotel about that, but the application showed me the need to pay a deposit by cash, I prepared for that but while I was on the way to go there they messaged me to pay deposit via bank transfer and I told him I already prepared for cash after that they not reply me till I arrived there and I needed to transfer deposit they just reply and give me the right code number to open the keys box. After I can get inside my room, I'm a bit disappointed that they are not similar to the picture on the booking app, Aircon was not cool just like only the wind out. And no water bottle in the room.

• Jakob (1/5): 1 night in hell - nothing. Stay away from this hellhole Worst hotel experience in my life, I checked out after 1 night and was unfortunate because I booked for an entire week. I learned that many travelers had the same issue
• Thorp (1/5): Disgusting slum - NOTHING AT ALL Booked for 2 nights and left after the first one. On booking it said I could check in until 10pm when I got there at 9.30pm no one was there, I was “checked in” by a guest of theirs whom was kind enough to do this for me. Next day at 9am one of their Thai staff knocked on my door shouting hello, I opened and she said I had to give her my passport, and pay a deposit which I was very confused since my room didn’t come with anything I could even damage. I told her I didn’t have the cash and asked to pay card she said no, she said to pay her in dollars but Thailand doesn’t even use dollars, the situation was very sketchy and I didn’t feel safe as a solo traveler so I told her I’d rather check out (mind you this was at 9am) this woman literally stood by the door watching me pack and I couldn’t even have privacy to put my bra on or anything. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. My room was not as advertised, no window no anything literally just a bed. And the shared bathroom was disgusting filled with flies and bugs and cables everywhere on the ceiling, please do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

I was sent a picture, of the supposedly box, where my key should have been, because I came later in the evening. I looked for that box, a long time, and called the owner- as mentioned before. He told me where to look, which wasn't even where the picture was showing, and without a key. He told me to knock on the landlady's window to wake her up. I was knocking for 5 minutes, when I was greeted by her angry boyfriend, who yelled at me, and then shut the door to the hostel. After a while, the landlady came out, after talking to the owner. We got the things in order, and finally I got my room. Don't know who to blame, but Booking.com wrote in description, that i had my own bathroom, which I didn't.

• Ruttkay (1/5): Easy to reach location. Moldy windowless hole of a room. - Easy to reach with the Bangkok metro line. We arrived at around 21:55. On Booking.com it said that checking in is available until 22:00. It turned out the info was incorrect. Checking is till 21:00. We tried the given phone number, nobody picked it up. We started to knock on the door. Thankfully the recepcionist came out. She was a bit grumpy at first because we came late in her opinion. After that she was Ok. She checked us in. We got a room on the top floor without windows and a very very moldy bathroom. Its actually very bad… the photos we took in a hurry dont do justice to the situation We were travelling almost more than 2 days before that. So we decides to sleep at this late hour and get the hell out next thing in the morning before we get some lunginfection from the mold. On the pictures there were windows. SoI guess we got a worse option. If there were no mold it would have been okay for the price but this is a healthhazard at this point.
• May (6/5): A place, where I was not well treated and I will never stay there again. - It’s in a good location, near to BTS but you have to walk if you have a lot of luggages. The staff, especially that Thai lady who only speaks English, she was not very welcoming. She tried to explain how the room card works and because of her accent, I was not clear, so I asked her again, and she asked me “ Are you listening to me ?? “ in a rude aggressive tone. And I was not treated well. The other staff they are fine. Plus, as it’s a common bathroom, it stinks and it was not well maintained.

• Lawrence (1/5): Demeaning staff. - Arrived at night during the rain, the lady there wouldn’t even look at me. Turns out they over booked which seemed to be an enormous, unnecessary hassle for them. I had a virtual interview the next morning early so was a little stressed, and they just laughed at me while speaking Thai to eachother. Quite demeaning. In the end, they helped me find somewhere else to stay, as they should. Experience was terrible. Could not believe the rudeness.

• Dean (9/5): Great location and super room for the price - The hostel is on 3 floors. Each floor has 4 rooms that share a bathroom. I was on the top floor and felt like the bathroom was my own. It is basically 2 m from all the rooms. It's cleaned regularly throughout the day. The room had a double bed, air conditioning, and desk. Very close to railways and buses. 2 x 7-11's within 500 m. And a few very reasonably priced restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay. Location great and close to everything and accessible to all places by public transport. Fridge, hot water, and washing machine are all available. I requested to drop off my bags at 7am, and it wasn't a problem. There is only one communal lounge area on the bottom floor. It has a sofa, fridge, and microwave. The only problem is that the staff sit there ALL DAY and smoke, so the guests cannot use it. I stayed for 5 days, and I can't remember a time when they were not sitting there. So if you are only after a room and not shared areas, then this place is great. It would be a good suggestion to have separate areas for staff and guests.
