- DUC HOAN (6/5): Okay - It is at the very center of the capital city - some hundred steps to the Republic Square and about 1.4 km to the Cascade. It is quiet. The receptionist was nice. She helped with the invoice for my financial arrangement with company. A bit old. The hotel shares the same building with another (Shirak), so one can be confused at first. On my 3rd day there was a water outage while I was in the middle of showering, so I had to use the small bottle of water to finish.

Отель очень простенький. Мебель, плитка в ванной, обои и ковролин довольно бедно выглядят, но при этом было все чисто, мебели достаточно. Завтраки были, но скудноваты. На второй день решили, что будем ходить в кафе. Хотя в ресторанчике отеля сварили неплохой кофе в рожковой кофеварке. Неудобное и странное совмещение двух отелей в одном здании. В итоге ресепшн в одном месте, номера все на одном этаже в другом.

- Sahar (1/5): - On the positive side, they did prepare a takeaway breakfast for me when I had to leave early, which I appreciated I wouldn’t normally leave a review like this, but my experience here was really disappointing. I had to book this hotel urgently through Booking.com. When I arrived, the staff suggested I keep only one night on Booking.com and cancel the rest to book directly with them at a discounted rate. After a long flight, I was exhausted and agreed. Unfortunately, the stay was very poor. My room was on the 12th floor, next to Yerevan Residence, and every night from around 1am there was constant noise—people running, shouting, and talking loudly for hours. I had a conference to attend each day and was left extremely tired. Service was also lacking. There was no daily cleaning, and I had to repeatedly request fresh towels. The bedding was inadequate (a child-sized blanket for an adult), and overall the service felt very low standard.Breakfast, served at Yerevan Residence, was extremely basic—no proper coffee machine (just instant coffee), no toaster, and very limited options. The staff member there was also quite rude. After multiple requests, I was moved to a room in Yerevan Residence for the last two nights. The room itself was better and quieter, but the same issues continued—no cleaning, no fresh towels, and no proper bedding.However, overall this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Yerevan. This was my 7th visit to the city, and unfortunately my first time staying here—and I would not recommend this hotel

Περιποιημένο φρέσκο πρωινό, καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο όλο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό. Η Nazeli στην υποδοχή μας έχει βοηθήσει πάρα πολύ σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν μας συμβούλευε με χαμόγελο την ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα είναι σωστή επαγγελματίας.

- 3voga (6/5): Don't recommend to choose this hotel - Position of the hotel is perfect! We stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite, and it was not the experience we expected from a five-star hotel. The heating in the room did not work. For the first two nights, the room was cold. At reception, we were told that the heating is only on at night. During our stay, the temperature in the room did not go above 20°C. After my request, we were given a portable heater. Instead of trash bin in the room, there was a plastic bag hanging on a cabinet door. Minibar - nothing...

- Selbi (5/5): - the location is good. Breakfast also good. The photos don't correspond to reality. The room they provided was very small, not like the photo. It was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at night. We could hear children screaming in the hallway, cars driving outside, and the window shaking at times. The pool is a paid service and is not included in the price of the stay. Men are not allowed in it. The staff had a problem with me driving my car twice a day; they apparently took advantage of the difficulty opening and closing the gate. The towels in the room were not changed after the first night.

Looked like a box 2x2 on last floor 12 or 13 if I recall ! Because when I went down in the reception to ask for room change they told me I should go to the original reception where I have booked my stay from ! Breakfast was disaster in 2 stars hotel I’ve seen better ! I had a red card on my room ,because I just wanted to rest postpone surgery I didn’t wanted nobody to get inside the room ! I went for check up in the hospital I find my room when I get back that the cleaners were inside ! Second time I’m in bed resting cleaner comes inside without even knocking on the door with the pretext I come to bring towels ! Didn’t y saw the red sign ??????? Like no room entry ? And then she sat in the room to ask question about my surgery that I didn’t even felt comfortable answering ,bragging how she tidy my clothes and put some leftover food in the fridge and tidy my medicine only after I tip her she left the room ! Location was good tho shop near by Overall 3/10

The breakfast was really horrible, chose to eat out instead after the first day. There was one small iron for the entire hotel to use and didn’t work.

- Alexandra (5/5): Never again here - Everything was clean. The pool is only for woman and you must pay extra if you want to go. The breakfast is very poor and the food is not good. Most of the food was old. The appetizers were dry. I think they were cut the day before.

- Alena (8/5): - Отель-пристройка к соседнему отелю Ширак 3*. Отель по факту на одном этаже. Местоположение хорошее, в отеле было в целом чисто при заселении, хороший завтрак, разнообразный и плотный, варят кофе по восточному при желании. В целом было комфортно. Но это далеко не 5 звезд, 3+ или 4- 1) при заселении было сломано освещение в двух номерах, мастер пришел сделала тока одном и то не до конца, больше не приходили. 2) не было воды при заселении, принесли по просьбе 3) халаты тоже пришлось просить и то странно было не сразу принесли и поняли, что хотим, хотя по русски все говорят отлично в стране 4) в один день не было уборки, пришлось снова просить, но после убирались ежедневно (надеюсь была накладка) 5) в ванной протекала вода из кабины, явно требует ремонта Ощущалось что в соседнем Шираке сервис выше, хотя цены на номера там вроде ниже. Хотя могу ошибаться.

- Salah bashir (1/5): Try to avoid this hotel, they are stealing! - Breakfast was good not to much choice but always fresh, the female young receptionist was great and helpful! As well as young male receptionist, restaurant staff really helpful. I m totally disgusted from the housekeeping staff, they still from us 150€ while we was on breakfast, when we reported this incident to the receptionist they call the manager, she was very rude and unprofessional and unhelpful, she didn’t want to show us cameras with answer that in this hotel they don’t steal money! She was an old lady! I’m fully disappointed!

- Olga (7/5): - Завтраки отличные, всё очень вкусно, понравилось. После принятия душа в ванной комнате образуется большая лужа воды под ванной, которую не вытирают.
