• Magaña (4/5): The guy from reception Uzbekistan guy is a stalker - I liked the location and they offer a very good breakfast, the room is not bad, but the double deluxe room is very small, and also the bathroom, what I didn't like is this guy from Uzbekistan who works in reception of the hotel, he opened me the door at midnight, like what for? He has the masterkey of all the rooms, so he opened me the door, knowing perfectly I was alone and I am a woman, so I couldn't get back to sleep, because I was afraid the guy wanted to do me something, it was a bad experience, because this guy was trying to seduce me before and I didn't want to play his game, so he thought it was easy to open me the door, so for that reason I would never ever come back

Staff was very friendly and accommodating and price was also good. We didn't get the room clean during our stay for few days and no refilling either items missing. Breakfast wasn't great for me, very artificial. Lack of maintenance in the rooms in general.

Если не знали как добраться до нужной локации, то без проблем помогали нам в этом. Завтраки вкусные , разнообразные .Есть русскоговорящий менеджер, зовут Бахрам. В номере есть все необходимое , сантехника чуть подуставшая но рабочая. Близость к центру, в квартале от отеля , улица где есть всё от сладостей до кожи. С удовольствием вернёмся в этот отель. Маленькая душевая кабина.

• RUIZ MORENA (8/5): Estancia agradable y ubicación excelente - 💚Ventajas: - Ubicación excelente - Personal de recepción: todos muy amables, simpáticos y atentos - Habitación confortable - Limpieza bien. - Se conserva bien el calor. ❤️Desventajas ( en los que hay mejorar): - *Desayuno*: actualmente es muy básico...( poner Tostador para calentar el pan...que no hay... poner más piezas de frutas, yogurt, màs variedad de chacina, de panes, pasteles, etc). - Poner más almohadas o cojines en la habitación ( actualmente te ponen solo 2 almohadas) - Mejor insonorización en las habitaciones ( se escucha todos los ruidos de los pasillos) A pesar de los puntos a mejorar, nos ha encantado nuestra estancia y el personal de la recepción ha sido muy amables todos

They advertised that it has lift but when we got there, to my disappointment we had been given a room on the 5th floor and the lift only goes up to 4th floor. My mother is on wheelchair and he expected her to climb the stairs to the next floor up. The were charging us extra for a room which was available on the second floor for one person and had no shower. The were not very accommodating the only thing they were interested in was making money and tried to charge me for the taxi when I booked my personal one as their driver failed to show up. I had to go and look for a new hotel at 2am. I would like my money refunded as I personally even messaged the hotel manager on watsup that my mum is on wheelchair and he agreed and said no problem with the lift. This was a shocking experience for me and my family. I honestly would give this hotel 0 for rating.

• Diogo (6/5): Boa relação qualidade preço. Suficiente mas sem limpeza regular. - A localização é ótima. Muito central e numa zona boa. A 2 minutos do grande bazar, 10 minutos a pé de Santa Sofia, da Mesquita Azul e do Palácio Topkapi. O pequeno almoço foi bastante bom, variado e em quantidade. Os quartos são bastante pequenos, têm pouca arrumação e algumas coisas encontram-se um pouco degradadas na casa de banho, que é relativamente nova. Nunca foi efetuada limpeza, tendo sido trocadas as toalhas a meio da nossa estadia de 5 dias. Numa das manhãs ficamos sem água quente. O quarto tem ar condicionado e aquecimento central. Muito boa relação qualidade preço, sendo que pagamos cerca de 15 euros por pessoa por noite com pequeno almoço incluído.

You'll have a headache and won't sleep well. The breakfast is very average. My advice is: don't book this hotel. You'll regret it. I'll say it again: the service is awful.

• Patrick (7/5): Es war eine angenehme Atmosphäre - Die Lage war gut. Am Anfang kam es uns etwas unheimlich vor weil das Hotel in einer etwas zwielichten Gasse befindet wo man normalerweise nicht lang läuft, aber die Straßenbahn und der Supermarkt waren keine 2 Minuten entfernt und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es hat uns gefallen. Für den Preis konnten wir uns überhaupt nicht beschweren und wir konnten gut im Zimmer schlafen. Wasser und Heizung haben funktioniert. Die Dame vom Zimmerservice hat uns gefragt ob sie das Zimmer machen soll oder wie es für uns lieber ist. Im gesamten waren wir zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Man könnte vieles sagen über, das bett steht etwas schief, oder hier und da wackelt etwas, aber das ist aus unserer Sicht irrelevant. Das sind Kleinigkeiten die für uns völlig ok sind. Es ist ein kleines nettes Hotel gewesen und man hat uns freundlich und zuvorkommend entgegen genommen und das hat für uns vieles ausgemacht. Die Sauberkeit und das Bett war nicht optimal aber für uns persönlich noch ok. Der Bettbezug war an manchen Stellen kaputt und löchrig, ein Handtuch war verfärbt. Aber die Sachen wurden gewaschen und frisch. Daher hat es das für uns auch getan. Wir fanden es jetzt bei dem Preis auch nicht so schlimm das die Bettwäsche löchrig war.
