Отель находится на Истякляле, в очень грязном и темном переулке. Вид из окон на страшное и грязное здание, очень шумно. Сам Делюкс номер воняет сигаретами, очень грязный, полы липкие, матрац кривой, мебель сломана, входная дверь на соплях, стены черные, шторы вонючие, полотенца серого цвета, вместо одеяла грязный пододеяльник, на простыне чужие волосы, санузел маленький и хлипкий. Убежали утром, но деньги с нас содрали за все дни брони и отказали в отмене без штрафа. Обходите это место стороной.

• Norbert_G (8/5): Gutes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage - Sehr netter Gastgeber. Sehr zentrale Lage. Zimmer absolut in Ordnung. Gut schallisolierte Fenster (wichtig in der Gegend). Sehr guter Preis! Die Türen ließen sich schwer schließen, der Vorhang hing halb herunter. Bei der Buchung wird eine 10-minütige Massage inkludiert, die dann vor Ort nie erwähnt wird. Auch von einem Spa & Wellness Center wurde uns nichts gesagt.

However we also wanted the hotel to be clean and comfortable for our stay. Siva Pera hotel provided us every aspect that we wanted to have during our stay in Istanbul and we are very happy that we chose this hotel. Thanks to Ahmet Yıldız for the quick communication and the hospitality that he provided. He contacted us a day before our stay and clarified the details. Hotel is clean, rooms are brief, nothing extra that is not needed. Moreover the bedsheets, towels, shampoos were properly changed. Ahmet Yildiz is a very kind, cool and humble man that is always open to have a chat with people, he always tries to be positive and funny. Also, initially we booked the small room, however Ahmet offered us to stay in the big room as it was empty at that time. It clearly shows how much hospitality he has. The previous year our friends stayed here, and they were very positive about this hotel too. nothing

• Michael (9/5): Friendly boutique hotel in a great location. - The hotel is in a prime location to Taksim square, Galata, and Kolokoy and other great areas. The staff is super friendly and desired to take care of you at every turn. There is simple breakfast included and a small area to buy snacks and drinks (or there are plenty of shops just outside on the street). There is a lift and the rooms are generally spacious (compared to other European style rooms) The showers are really nice and have some of the best water pressure I've had in a long time. Wifi was good and allowed me to use my computer and phone with no issues. Would definitely stay here again especially for a stop over. Recommended for solo tourists! These aren't really bad/sad things, but this is a boutique hotel meant for a budget traveler. A little dated and has its weathering, but for the price and location you just couldn't beat it and I was very happy for myself. It's a little noisy and it is pretty easy to hear neighbors, other televisions, and of course the Istanbul streets, but that is to be expected and didn't bother me much. My two biggest critiques that could be solved with a short tour prior to the guests entering the room. The TV was in Turkish and I couldn't figure out for a short time how to put it on satellite. Also the refrigerator was unplugged at first so I didn't know it wasn't cooling my items.
• Joanna (10/5): Lovely, welcoming Hotel - Room was as described, spacious enough for our needs, very comfortable bed, there was a fridge with water and snacks. The hotel is located in a very interesting, busy area, few mins stop from Taksim underground stop. The Host is most welcoming and attentive and we thank him for all his help. It could get noisy outside at night sometimes but then Istanbul doesn’t sleep!

Location is fairly good, an 8 minute walk to Taksim metro station (Note that you have to go down a steep hill if you're walking in the direction of Galata/Sultanahmet). Lots of good restaurants around (just stay away from the main street). Room was pretty big and the wifi was good. Walls very thin so could hear other rooms, staff members, reception constantly. Room was pretty dark since the windows are quite small. Property is a bit old and run down.

• Jonathan (10/5): Friendly, comfortable and inexpensive hotel near Taksim square - Lovely, friendly and inexpensive hotel! I had a great time here, I stayed for almost a week. The staff are very friendly and cheerful, the internet worked well, and the location is great. The bed is comfortable and lots of hot water. You are only a block away from Istiklal street, and a block or two away from the lovely neighborhood of Cihangir with lots of coffee shops, local bread stores, and great breakfast restaurants. You are a five minute walk from Taksim square, and the metro. Nothing worth mentioning.

• Ludovico (9/5): Ahmet(Kurdish man) made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. Thank you Ahmet. - Ahmet was very educated and very helpful. I had aircon problems and he fixed it each time. The air-conditioning to warm up the place had issues. The area at night sometimes was a bit sketchy.

The manager, Ahmed, is incredibly friendly, easygoing, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The staff were equally helpful and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly during my visit. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of Taksim, close to all facilities, including vibrant nightlife and clubs. The rooms were spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained, though a bit on the smaller side, which added to their charm. To top it off, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality and service offered. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and well-located place to stay in Istanbul, I highly recommend this hotel! I wish they offer a breakfast or have a shared kitchen :D

The number of inappropriately high marks is only due to manager's begging for it - The name of the hotel - The manger on duty seems to be nice but only because he wants a 10/10 from you. He’s begging for it, harassing his clients after stay, as he’s using private contacts he keeps, which is inappropriate. - if you don’t give a 10/10, he’s turning to insults - the manager is calling his taxi friends - to be absolutely avoided - the room is unclean - walls are dirty, doors barely closing - people smoking everywhere, hotel management doesn’t care if your room is full of smoke - tap is not closing, water leaking all the time - toilet was broken - a/c truly worn out and noisy, no way to stop or adjust - everything is dirty, especially the bed - old linen, absolutely disgusting mattress - too noisy - windows are old and let through all the bazar from the street - you’d want only one thing: get asleep at the earliest to get out of this filthy place

• Stefan (7/5): Friendly staff but bad management - Friendly and helpful reception staff Close to Taksim square Good price/performance Bed was not comfortable Room interieur was in a bad state (e.g. cables hanging out of the wall, bed lamp broke out of the wall and was not working, doors and furniture obviously worn out, door lock difficult to use) Cleaning staff "overmotivated" and touched all our stuff, folded what should not be folded and even put out charger cable into the toiletry where it definitely does not belong After checkout I was repeatetly pushed by the staff (obviously initiated by the management) to leave a 10 star review. How many stars I give is my decision and this hotel does not deserve 10 stars due to bad management of the room condition

• Sofia (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Easy to find. Hot water but only in the shower (not in sink). Pretty good hairdryer, comparing to usual ones in hotels. Late check in No shower kit, no toilet paper (I know I could asked for that, but was extremely tired..it should be in rooms by default, not by request). Dirty towels, untidy bed. Dirty floor. Insecure feeling because I couldn’t close the door from inside, there’s some system but it didn’t work properly. So in Istanbul there’re a lot of similar hotels like this, hard to find something good without overprice.

• Misel (10/5): Exceptional - The place was feel like I am home because I could take my 2 dogs with me! The room was clean and nice. The personal was very friendly Ahmed,Ahmed and Ferdal make our holiday amazing! I will be back again there! I recommend this place you will not feel sorry if you stay there!
• Valentin (8/5): It can be better - Good location, 1 min from the Istiklal commercial street. A little difficult to find the hotel because there are so many small hotels in the area. Ahmet welcomed us with a water or a tea each time we came back to the hotel, which we really appreciate. Room was small, a little odd shape but still ok. Comfortable bed, air conditioning and hot water always available. Fairly clean. Small fridge available in the room. Room needed some repairs, furniture not in optimal shape, bathroom needs repairs too, with painting pealing off the ceiling.
