• Polina (10/5): Отличный уикенд в Стамбуле! - Очень приятный и уютный отель! Бронировали его из-за красивого вида на город с террасы — и не прогадали: вид действительно чудесный. Отдельной благодарности заслуживает гостеприимство персонала. До приезда с нами заранее связались, уточнили время прилёта, предложили трансфер, а также сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера. По приезде нам предложили провести 2 из 3 ночей в просторном номере с джакузи и видом на город — без доплаты. Владелец отеля лично нас встретил, посоветовал, какие достопримечательности стоит посетить, а на какие лучше не тратить время, подсказал, где выгоднее менять деньги и другие полезные мелочи. В конце отдыха нам также помогли заказать такси до аэропорта по приятной цене. Завтраки в отеле неплохие: есть выбор сыров, овощи, сладкое и другие позиции. Мы передвигались в основном на трамваях — до остановки добираться удобно. А в конце поездки нам подарили на память два брелока — было приятно! В целом остались очень довольны проживанием и с удовольствием рекомендовали бы этот отель🙌🏻✨ Из небольших пожеланий — немного освежить ремонт: местами видно, что интерьеру уже требуется лёгкое обновление
• chunyang (10/5): The hotel owner Gokhan was one in a million and made our Istanbul trip very enjoyable and memorable. - The hotel owner Gokhan welcomed us with tea and Turkish delight when we arrived at 11pm at night. The breakfast had a good variety and all freshly prepared. The location was excellent, close to major sites such as Blue Mosque and restaurants, local shops. Only 5 minutes to the sea. The magic thing about this place was that there were seating area in front of the hotel and we sat outside chatting with other guests and the owner provided tea, biscuits, fruits. This was the highlight of our stay in Istanbul - meeting people from all over the world and becoming friends at York House Hotel! The night before we left, Gokhan prepared fresh sandwiches as he thought we were hungry. He was such a kind young man and was there for us 24/7 which made me feel safe and well looked after. Gokhan arranged Taxi transfer to Airport and he even bought us freshly baked rolls as he didn't want his guests to leave the hotel without breakfast. I might forget what I did and saw in Istanbul in future but whenever I think of Istanbul, I will remember York House Hotel and the genuinely lovely caring Gokhan simply because it's hard to find a hotel owner with such human touch like this in AI/self service age that we are living in. • Tamara (8/5): Sve u svemu, prijatan hotel sa odličnom lokacijom i dobrim odnosom cijene i kvaliteta. - Doručak je bio sasvim korektan i dovoljan, sa svim osnovnim stvarima koje su nam bile potrebne, nalazi se na rooftopu na terasi pa smo imali i lijep pogled. Svi važni sadržaji su na dohvat ruke. Gostima su na recepciji bili dostupni voda, kafa, čaj i sokovi tokom boravka. Posebnu pohvalu zaslužuje menadžer hotela koji je bio izuzetno ljubazan i uslužan. Potrudio se da nam preporuči mjesta koja vrijedi obići, čak se ponudio i da nam pripremi sendviče za put. Kao lijep gest pažnje, poklonio nam je i privjeske za uspomenu. Sve u svemu, prijatan hotel sa dobrom lokacijom i dobrim odnosom cijene i kvaliteta. Jedina zamjerka odnosi se na toalete, koji su u nešto lošijem stanju, ali nam je rečeno da je njihova renovacija već u planu.

• Fajardo (6/5): NuestrabEstadia no fue muy conforme - De resaltar la ubicación, realmente esta muy cerca de todo para llegar caminando, no requieres utilizar transporte Habíamos reservado dos habitaciones, cuando llegamos solo estaba disponible una, y a mis amigos se los llevaron a otro hotel cerca, pero la siguiente noche debieron volver a cambiarlos. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, no hay lugar para poner las maletas, los baños son super pequeños y las duchas igual, si levantas los brazos te pegas con las puertas. La otra habitación fue arreglada el baño y tenía un olor fuerte a silicona. Aunque el lugar esta bien ubicado por los sitios de interés, el alrededor es un poco sucio. Los muebles de la habitación se encontraban un poco deteriorado.

Feeling very welcomed and safe. Recommended best tourist options for few days by walking and tram. Main spots by walking - 9 minutes to tram and Big Bazar, 2 tram stops from Sophia and Blue Mosque. Very easily reachable from airport exit - 11 bus line to Sultanahmet, great views during daytime trip and then 6 minutes to walk to York House Istanbul hotel. Back to airport - walking 14 minutes to Metro or Tram+Metro - fast and cheap.

Напротив красивая старинная церковь с колоколами, терраса с видом на церковь и Босфор. Завтраки домашние , разнообразные . Администратор очень старается чтобы все было по домашнему , угощает помогает дарит сувениры . Горячие батареи и горячая вода . В двухместных номерах балконная дверь замещающая окно выходит на стену , так что заказывайте трехместный номер - он с видом на церковь и Босфор .

In acest sejur a fost si ziua mea, iar cei de la cazare, fiind foarte atenti la clientii lor, mi-au pregatit drept surpriza un tort extrem de bun. A fost minunat, gesturile mici contand cu adevarat! • Elisabeth (9/5): Très bon hôtel, situé dans le centre d'Istanbul. - Le York House Istanbul est un hôtel très agréable ! Son gérant est toujours présent et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner était très bien le matin pour démarrer la journée ! La localisation de l'hôtel est très bien à quelques minutes de marche du Grand Bazaar. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir pour un prochain séjour :) Nous pouvons entendre le bruit provenant des chambres voisines (les murs sont assez minces). Pas d'autres points négatifs à ajouter.

I min walk from many restaurants and 5 mins walk from money changers, public transport, Grand Bazar and ten minutes walk from Sultana Met No lift since building is historical. Fortunately, we are fit and climbed the stairs happily everyday. When you arrive, it is located in a commercial area not very neat. But once you discover the room, the hotel roof top, the manager who is very kind and welcoming and its good location, you forget where it is

Делал все, чтобы нам было комфортно: подсказывал все места, куда стоит и не стоит ходить, ориентировал по ценам, помогал по всем личным вопросам, все время интересовался все ли нас устраивает, и на память подарил нам брелочки🥺❣️ Гёкхан владеет данным отелем с февраля и за это время преобразил его: посадил цветочки, установил кондиционеры, улучшил завтрак. Завтраки на территории отеля вообще без слов! А какой шикарный вид с террасы, просто не описать😍😍 Помимо этого, Гёкхан всегда давал нам бесплатную воду (в других отелях она платная), всегда чем-то угощал. • GALLEGO (2/5): À fuir - L’emplacement et le Monsieur à l’accueil Hôtel très bruyant jusqu’à 1h du matin. Si vous n’avez pas de chance vous aurez l’une des 2 chambres situées au rez-de-chaussée (réception) où il y a beaucoup de raffut jusqu’à 1h du matin (normal, les gens vont et viennent). C’est vraiment chiant… Nous ne sommes pas très regardants mais c’était vraiment sale. Présence de longs cheveux en ouvrant le lit la 1e fois, comme si les draps n’avaient pas été changés. La couette à l’intérieur de la housse était pleine de sang séché. Point négatif aussi c’est qu’il y a 4 tables pour le petit déjeuner alors qu’il y a environ 20 chambres…

И расположение отеля, и завтраки, и спасибо за помощь администратору!) - Хорошее расположение отеля, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Рядом магазин, различные кафе и сувенирные лавки. Администратор нам сразу рассказал, в какую сторону можно пойти и где главные достопримечательности, помог подключить местный интернет. Вначале нам дали номер не очень, было холодно и номер был сильно"уставший". На другой день нас переселили в номер этажом выше, все полностью соответствовало фото при бронировании. Мало розеток, они все немного шатались. Душевая кабина течёт, когда принимаешь душ.

• Ronald (10/5): Great hotel in Old Town - Great location and excellent service. The staff were very helpful and friendly, offering suggestions for restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel is ideally located in the Old Town, with many restaurants within easy walking distance. It is also close to the Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, and Blue Mosque. Our room had a great view of a church. Breakfast was included and very tasty. We had a very early check-out due to an early flight, and the hotel owner kindly arranged a packed breakfast - something we had never experienced before. We have stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was a first, so thank you. We wish this new hotel operator and his team all the best for the future, they have the makings of a truly wonderful, family-run hotel experience.

La limpieza del hotel es correcta en general. Las vistas desde la terraza son realmente bonitas. En cuanto al desayuno, es muy completo y variado, con opciones para todos los gustos, incluyendo alternativas para vegetarianos. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena y se ajusta perfectamente a lo que ofrece el alojamiento. Además, el hotel facilita la organización de actividades y excursiones a buen precio, lo cual resulta muy cómodo, especialmente para destinos más alejados y así evitar perder tiempo en transporte público. También nos gustaría destacar detalles como el agua disponible para los huéspedes y la gran flexibilidad a la hora de hacer el check-in y el check-out. Sin duda, nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido muy agradable. Desde el primer momento, el personal fue muy amable, profesional y servicial, haciéndonos sentir cómodos durante toda la estancia. Como único punto a mejorar, el baño es un poco pequeño, aunque cuenta con todo lo necesario.

Blízko zastávka autobusu a tramvaje, památky jsou v pěší vzdálenosti. Na pokoji byla k dispozici rychlovarná konvice a fén. Čistota diskutabilní. Ložní prádlo bylo čisté, ale na zemi prach a vlasy předešlých hostů. Toaleta nebyla čistá a voda ze sprchy tekla velmi špatně.

Отель расположен в историческом центре Стамбул, в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей, набережной и трамвайной остановки (всего 5–7 минут). Это делает его идеальной базой для прогулок и знакомства с городом. Номер был безупречным: чистый, тихий, с приятным ароматом и уютной атмосферой. Постель и полотенца — белоснежные, матрас очень удобный. Всё работает исправно, продумано до мелочей. В номере есть всё необходимое: чайник, кофе, чай, тапочки и полный набор косметических принадлежностей (зубная щётка, паста, шампунь, гель и т.д.). Отдельно хочется отметить сервис: стирка бесплатная, вещи возвращают уже выглаженными — это невероятно приятно! Также в отеле есть хамам и сауна, где можно полностью расслабиться после прогулок. Турецкий завтрак — просто потрясающий, разнообразный и очень вкусный. Кофе и различные чаи доступны круглосуточно. При раннем заезде хозяин отеля любезно пригласил нас на завтрак и заселил без ожидания — за это наша благодарность! Терраса — это отдельная любовь: с неё открывается захватывающий вид на Мраморное море и город. Рассветы и закаты здесь — настоящее удовольствие, а чайки создают особую атмосферу. Особую благодарность хотим выразить хозяину отеля — Gökhan Yaman — за тёплый приём, внимание к деталям и искреннее гостеприимство. York House Istanbul стал для нас настоящим вторым домом в Стамбуле. С уверенностью рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ценит комфорт, уют и высокий уровень сервиса!
• Katarina (10/5): - I am amazed with hospitality from the owner Gökhan! From day one till the last day he was so pleasant, friendly and polite! He was always there when needed, to give everything you need(no extra charge) and answer any questions. The breakfast was delicious, and even though I was often late, I was always served with kindness. Complete staff was very nice, especially Mehmet-my favorite, who always made us laugh while making us coffee or tea in the lobby. Huge respect and gratitude for all of them! Big greetings from my dad and me!

Özellikle Gökhan beyin özenle misafirlere yanaşması ve istekleri karşılamaya çalışması çok üstün bir hizmetin göstercesiydi. Bookingle bağlı yaşadığım sorunu gidermeye çalışması, elinden geldiği kadar yardım etmesinide özellikle çok taktir etdim. Oda ve lavoba genişliyi daha iyi olurdu. Ancaq bu isteğe bağlı birşey.

He has great advice for first timers in Istanbul and is always smiling and happy. His friend Mehmet is also so kind and friendly. The location was excellent, within walking distance of - I really liked the location of the property—it’s very close to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque, which made exploring the city extremely convenient. What I appreciated the most, though, was the friendly and helpful people there. I met a guy named Mehmet who was helping the owner, and he is honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. As a professional in the hotel and tourism industry, I have high standards, and there were a few aspects that I didn’t like. The main issue was that the room I received was an economy class room, which I had not booked. It had a window facing a back wall, so there was no natural sunlight at all. Additionally, the room was located next to the reception on the first floor, which made it quite noisy at night due to guests talking nearby.

В прочем , они нам не понадобились. Затраки великолепные: овощи, фрукты, сыр, колбаса, яйца варёные, омлет, зелень, выпечка.. . И вишенка на торте: турецкое гостеприимство : радушный приём и уважение к гостям. Благодарим за уют , комфорт и заботу о гостях.

• Lucia (10/5): Cómoda, tranquila y con un trato excelente - Nos ha gustado mucho nuestra estancia. La zona es muy buena y está bien ubicada. El personal del hotel, desde recepción hasta las limpiadoras y la cocinera, ha sido siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno estaba muy rico y la habitación era cómoda y estaba en muy buenas condiciones. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva.

• Abrahel (1/5): DIRTY!!! - At least they gave the money back. Everything was dirty, mold. We took the bigger room because of the jacuzzi, that didn’t work. The receptionist took us as dumbs saying that it did work, and that it was not dirty when clearly you could see stains everywhere and pressing the buttons of the bathtub nothing happened. He said that it was normal, it always been like this. he also step in the bed barefoot to change a lamp in front of us. When we talked about the cleaning he just said that we didn’t need to stay if we didn’t want, but for him it was clean. The bed had some stains that I leave you imagine of what it was. Having to go to the 4th floor without lift to have a non cleaned bedroom. Finally we preferred to just go away not only for the cleaning but also for the treatment of the receptionist.

Невероятно приятно было проводить время на террасе и в самом номере, любуясь потрясающим панорамным видом Приятным сюрпризом стало то, что при проживании более недели и оплате наличными отель подарил нам вечерний круиз по Босфору с ужином. Это было незабываемо! Из минусов — в номере не хватало шкафа для одежды, с ним было бы гораздо удобнее распределить вещи при длительном заезде. Также сам номер выглядит немного "уставшим" и требует небольшого обновления интерьера
