• gary (4/5): - Central location for cafes and pubs. The receptionist was surly. He wasn't very interested and not helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor. There was very little headroom and no aircon. There was no shower curtain, so water flooded the whole bathroom floor when having a shower. It was a Saturday night and so we expected a bit of noise. We didn't expect the music from the street to be quite so loud though. Even though it was too hot to do so, we closed the windows and wore earplugs but were still kept awake. At 7am the noise in the kitchen below started.

• Berron (10/5): Increible - Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Todo estaba impecable, la habitación amplia y muy cómoda, y el personal encantador. Nos guardaron las maletas sin coste mientras hacíamos la ruta de trekking entre Valbonë y Theth, y el desayuno resultó variado y muy rico. Lo mejor fue la atención: olvidamos unos AirPods y, en lugar de tener que regresar (ya a 3 horas del hotel), nos los enviaron por correo al siguiente alojamiento. Un detalle enorme que demuestra su profesionalidad y amabilidad. En resumen, una experiencia de diez en un hotel céntrico, bien ubicado y con mucho ambiente alrededor. Lo único malo es que, al estar tan céntrico, hay bastante ruido por la noche y puede resultar un poco molesto. Aun así, la experiencia fue tan buena que sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

Jest kuchnia, ale nie ma w niej nic oprócz zlewu i lodówki, jest to po części zrozumiałe, ale myślę, że czajnik i parę kubków by nie zaszkodziło. Personel był nieco dziwny, nie oczekuję od nikogo uśmiechu od ucha do ucha, ale Panowie pracujący na recepcji zdawali się być mocno znudzeni swoją pracą. Prysznic nieststy daje dużo do życzenia, podczas mycia się woda wylewa się za brodzik przez co cała podłoga w łazience jest mokra...

• Klaus (9/5): - Nettes, kleines Hotel direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Parkplatz hat es keinen, den muss man selber (gleich ums Eck) bezahlen (5€ bis 10€ Euror für 24 Stunden. Bis Mitternacht kann es sehr laut sein (ja nach Jahreszeit), da in der Fußgängerzone ausgelassene Stimmung herrscht. Uns hat das gefallen, wir waren aber auch selber nicht am Zimmer.

• Zvika Goldberg (9/5): נעים ונוח, מיקום מעולה, צוות מסור שנותן מענה לכל צורך - המלון נוח ונעים. המיקום מעולה. הצוות עזר מאוד. כשיצאנו מוקדם לפני ארוחת הבוקר הכינו לנו שקיות אישיות עם כריכים, פירות ושתיה. נסענו ללילה אחד לנהר שאלה ואיפשרו לנו להפקיד את המזוודות עד שחזרנו. אהבנו הכל, היינו מרוצים מאוד. אין מעלית.

• Artūrs (7/5): - Simple room for a quick stay. Room was on promenade side and because of that could hear the loud party music past midnight. Also could hear somebody snoring from other rooom. Minifridge was more like freezer. My yoghurt was an ice cream in the morning.
• Angela (9/5): - Goede locatie, heel erg vriendelijke man achter de receptie met goede tips. Prima bedden. Ontbijt kregen we mee Hing een half gordijntje voor het dakraam dat weinig tegenhield. Geluid van de straat wisten we, helaas ook wat gasten rond 3 uur 's nachts die veel herrie maakten. Kan het hotel weinig aan doen. Geen lift, gewoon iets om rekening mee te houden

Am Wochenende Nachts durch die umliegenden Bars etwas lauter Der Sonnenschutz am Dachfenster war nicht komplett verdunkelnd und daher früh Hell im Zimmer Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein

Parkeren is even zoeken maar de eigenaar legt t je haarfijn uit. Onder- naast het hotel zit een patisserie waar ook het ontbijt geserveerd wordt. Gezellig centrum met heel veel restaurants, barretjes en winkeltjes. Er hangen hele mooie schilderijen met een venetiaans thema. In Shkoder zit de fabriek die de enige echte venetiaanse maskers maakt. Leuk om te bezoeken. ( Venice Art Mask Factory) Tijdens onze dagtocht kregen we lunchpakket mee. Niets

• Adelais (5/5): - Great location, there is a paid parking is just a few meters away. Good value for money. The rooms in the upper floor are very short because of the roof and the feeling is unpleasant. Beds and bathroom needs updating.
• Mara G. (9/5): Niente di meglio per soggiornare a Scutari ! - La posizione super centrale , la pulizia , la colazione , il rapporto qualità - prezzo . Ma sopratutto la gentilezza e disponibilità infinite dello staff . Davvero consigliatissimo!!! Giusto per completezza di informazione la centralità ed adiacenza della struttura ai molto carinissimi locali del centro di Scutari porta con sé un po’ di rumore nelle sere d’estate . Tutto termina senza indugi alla mezzanotte e a noi non ha dato nessun fastidio comunque .

• Silvia (7/5): Se non si cerca un hotel lussuoso, il Promenade è carino e posizionato in una zona molto centrale. - Hotel nella media, pulito e posizionato in una zona molto centrale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo staff è molto gentile ed attento alle esigenze del cliente. I prodotti da bagno erano un po' scarsi, ma per il livello dell'hotel accettabili.
• EVADIOLA (8/5): Lovely stay and leisure - I liked this stay a lot, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at the same time , I got very useful information and guiding map of the city so I could visit most of the touristic attractions in such a short time. Lovely breakfast was served and everything was clean and tidy. I would recommend it to everyone. The location of the hotel is marvellous , and 5 minutes walk from Marubi Museum , one of the best spot in Shkoder. There was nothing to complain about. It exceeded my expectations .

Parking kojeg su nam u hotelu preporucili je par metara udaljen,kosta cca. 2,8€ od 12 do 24h parkiranja i pod stalnim je nadzorom. Prilikom sljedeceg dolaska u Skadar namjeravam opet odsjesti u ovom hotelu.

• Laura (10/5): - The man who checked us in made us feel really welcome and explained so much to us. Great for our first night in Albania after a long day travelling. We were allowed to leave our luggage there for 4 nights while we were in Theth. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Even though we were on a street with restaurants and bars we didn’t hear it at night, the windows were well soundproofed. There were bedside lamps and a bin in the room which doesn’t seem common in Albania so far! Nothing to dislike

• Katherine (10/5): The location of this property was wonderful… in the heart of restaurants, shops and tourist area. It was clean and cozy - The staff were amazing, the beds were comfy and it was in a great location. There wasn’t anything I did not like.
